Initially started as a 5 star however since the manager Tyrik (pretty sure I spelled his name wrong) left it's been horrible customer service. The communication that I've had with heather has been nothing but pleasant however the "regional manager of customer service" Mike was the worst encounter thus far. Very rude, aggressive and spoke in a disrespectful tone. Kept over talking me, cutting me off when I kept trying to get an understanding because he kept contradicting himself. Was very exhausting conversing with him. If customer service is your deal breaker to picking a place to do business please stay away from this location. Not sure if his "regional" title is for all locations or just this bc I was given two diff title roles so again please stay away. Thx Pricing is ridiculous also. read more

Absolutely insane price increases. Tarik was super nice during interactions but that doesn't make up for the cost here.

The employees encounter were very pleasant & helpful. The facility was very well taken care of & always kept clean. My complaint is that after only being there for 4 months we received a notice indicating that the monthly price for the storage unit was being increased by $27.00. I can understand if I had been there for at least a year but this made me feel deceived. They offer a reasonable price to get your business then turn around a few months later & raise the rent. Unfortunately, this is not the kind of place I want to give my business to. read more

Nice location and clean. As another review has said I'm feeling deceived. My rate for a 10x10 was 117 a month. Last month they automatically took $199. Out of my account. I went In today and talk with a nice staff member and he asked me if I received a post card with the price increase, I said no I did not. He did reduce my rate to 160 but did not credit me the difference. He said he could not to more without manger approval. This makes no sense. In reading a reply to another review they say prices increase due to area and market conditions but when I looked on their website it quotes $117 a month. I feel taken, really after 4 months you almost double my price. Stay away from this place unless you only need storage for a month or 2. This place is a rip off, I'm moving my crap out in the next couple of days I would give this place no stars for having deceptive practices. read more

We looked at a few places in the area, and found the size selection here to be what we needed. The staff were very professional and friendly. The indoor unit we picked was SUPER clean, and it seemed the whole place is well-maintained. Whenever we had questions, the staff was very accessible and happy to help. I was reading the reviews and everyone mentions "Tarik" who helped them. It absolutely must be the guy that signed me up (I think he lives on-site). Yes! So helpful, and just an efficient, nice guy! I've been here over a month and love this place (I have an inside spot). Super clean. Move in and Move out process is super quick and easy. Unit was clean and easy to get to. We were annoyed at the drastic rate hike and choose to move everything out instead of doubling our fee. read more

We have received EXCELLENT service from Tarik and his team!! We only needed our unit for 6-8 months with moving and downsizing. The price was about average and got the service we were paying for! The complex is very secure and never ran into issues entering or leaving. Unit are easy to access and study locks. If we need more storage needs, we will certainly be back!! read more

I've rented storage units from different storage unit companies over the years and they are generally ok. Tarik was demonstrated outstanding customer service from point of inquiry to move-in day. As I was moving from out of state, it took me a few days to lock in a few things. Tarik was with me every step of the way with excellent communication and follow-up. Storage units are pretty similar but Tarik is the difference maker and made this experience stellar. read more

Don't be fooled by introductory rates! I was referred to this storage facility because they had a lower price point than my current storage facility. But after two years, my price has steadily increased to well over $60.00 more a month than when I signed up, so it ended up being a lot more expensive than if I had just kept my stuff at the other place. I am moving it back to them. Also when you all the on site office, do not expect them to pick up. You will have to leave a message and wait for a call back. read more

I rented a 10x10 storage unit for approximately $100.00 back in 2018 . They have increased the monthly rent each year 20 % now wanting 140.00 per month. Stay away from this business . They suck you in and raise rates knowing how much of a hassle it is to move. EmIly, I called the phone number and received no satisfaction in the explanation . I was told it's the going rate at this time and I received a special rate when I first signed up. So just as I stated you raise rates to make up for the original lowered cost initially. I can understand a minimal price increase but 40 % over 2 years is exorbitant. read more

He's a kind nice gentleman and it was a pleasure doing business with him and I'm really happy we picked this storage as he is a very competent person and I feel that he will really watch over our belongings. I rented a 5' X 10' unit here on Nov. 01, 2017 and got a good introductory rate plus first month free. I also got a $50.00 credit for referring another customer. You have to pay an administration fee and $11.00 a month for insurance, which they can't legally force you to take, but do anyway unless you can show proof of homeowner's insurance of your own that will cover your storage items. It took me 3 months to get the $11.00 credit back after proving I had insurance, the very next day after moving my storage here on Nov. 02, 2017. My friend that I referred here just got a rate increase from $79.79 to $90.00 + $2.07 tax = $92.07 after only 4 months. I got a rate increase from $64.14 to $79.79 after just 3 months. I will probably be getting another rate hike soon also and I've only been renting this unit for 7 months now. This is already as much as I was paying at my last rental place for a 10' X 10' unit (twice as big as the one I got here. The introductory rates are too short. read more

The location was convenient for us; however, we are super disappointed with the customer service here. We wish we had done everything online (or with another company all together) because it would have been a lot less expensive and less frustrating, even though the manager (Mike Comer) at this office was supposedly giving us "deal" (first month free). The monthly price ends up being a lot more vs online and the late fee is pretty ridiculous (20%). The office opens pretty late (9:30a) even though I believe the manager resides on-site, so the office hours were not convenient for us. I went to pay our bill at the office on the last day of our grace period but the office wasn't open yet...I forgot to call until 2 days later (I understand that was my bad) and the late fee was $51.80. When I went to the office to pay there was an elderly couple there as well. They were just 1 day outside of their grace period (on a unit they were paying for for a family member) and their late fee was also $50+. When they asked if there was anything that could be done about it, the answer was "no" and Mike Comer showed very little empathy or understanding. Sometimes life gets crazy and busy and we, as people, forget things for a day or two. When I asked if I could pay part of our balance the day I was at the office and the rest the following week and just grab some of my daughters medication out of our unit (as our move was delayed and we were running low on her meds), the answer was "no". The lack of understanding and empathy shown to two customers within the short time frame I was at the office was super frustrating and disappointing. Dealing with an actual person vs a computer system was part of the reason we decided to setup our unit in person instead of online, but I wish we hadn't. I regret not setting everything up online. With insurance and administrative fees and everything it ended up being over $400 for two months of storage in a non-climate controlled unit. Not really worth it in my opinion and we definitely won't be using this facility ever again. read more

Reserved a space online. Saved money and time! Nice clean lighted space. Very pleasant helpful office manager' - Jody. Only problem is with the entry mechanism. If someone wants out when you want in, forget it! They can get out before you can get to the gate and then it closes on you and someone has to go back and re enter the code. This has happened more than once already ( first month) and is very irritating. Entry pad needs to be moved closer to the gate. read more
