From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and ready to work. They followed up several times before the move to confirm all the details, which gave me great peace of mind. They were on time, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the process. You can tell Foster's is a small business that truly cares about its customers and takes pride in doing things right. Here's what I was told: they were on time, efficient, priced fairly, and safe with all their valuables. So I thought I'd give them a shot. We were just moving our small apartment to our new home in Arcadia. Jeff was early to the job which was helpful, and communicated exactly what was needed prior to him showing up. He had these super helpful boxes (picture attached) with a little rack that you could keep clothes on the hangers and just hang them inside the box! Everything else was exactly as advertised: on time, efficient, moved with caution, and priced well! It was also a super quick move so we could get started unpacking fairly quickly! I'm glad we hired them and look forward to using them in the future.

If there were no stars, that would be my rating. I have never worked with any business that is as…read moreterrible as Blue Box Moving. They sent two guys with a Budget rental truck and they immediately broke a leg on a small desk. They loaded the truck so poorly with no wrapping or cushioning at all, that all my new wood furniture was damaged and the back corners of the sofa were ripped off. I repeatedly asked them to wrap the furniture, the lead driver Kahil refused and was unbelievably rude. The other guy was on his first day and was much more careful and polite. The move was very small with one bedroom, a desk and file cabinet, a small family room, a dining room table with chairs, a kitchen table with chairs, 10 boxes and some patio furniture. Nothing was loaded like professional movers, just throwing it into the truck in one layer, stacking wood stuff right against the trailer walls. Aa a result it took them two trips with damages to many pieces of furniture. Kahil told me and his boss that we had a 4 bedroom house which is why it took so long. Really? It was a small house in Sun City with an empty living room and empty bedroom and it was almost $600 for this move. The owner Tom Outman said that I lied about everything, that it was just flaking varnish and that the furniture was already damaged. It was new furniture never moved before. He promised a refund of $120, which was never done. He has blocked his number so I cannot reach him and he removes bad reviews from social media as soon aa they are posted. This is a very unreliable business that provides untrained and rude staff. Do NOT believe any of the positive reviews and do yourself a favor. Use another company and do not ever use Blue Box Moving of Surprise, AZ.

Side note and cute story, when I called for a quote, the owner answered and let me know he was literally about to walk down the aisle but would get back to me ASAP. As a business owner myself, I totally get it. I told him good luck and to call me back next week. He said "nope I'll call you tomorrow and get you taken care of". And my goodness, they did just that!
