My storage in on the underground level and it SMELLS of BO BAD not to mention I can't access my OWN storage most of the time because THE HOMELESS people across from me just have all their stuff laying around. The WORST part is at night they WAIT for you to open the gate to leave so every time I leave they RUSH next to me it's scary I've almost called the police because they literally rushed to the gate as I was trying to leave one night. If you rent a space here just be aware of you're surrounding. I intend on moving else where I DO NOT feel safe here at all!!!!

It's difficult to keep storage centers cool in Arizona in the summer. This one manages to do it. I'm not worried my candles will melt here. I used to have two storage spaces, one with a competitor. As I've sized down, I closed the competitor space. Extra Space Storage is all I need.

So if you only need a couple of days, you have to pay the entire month. Tried telling me their system isn't sophisticated enough to do that. It's 2020, they are a big enough company to be able to have a system that pro rates. They just refuse to do it so they can screw you over. I have nothing negative to say about the location I was at or manager. Both were great. I think the company as a whole is horrible and will never use them again and I will also discourage others from using them.
