As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Unfortunately, the receiption was received immediately had us decide, this is not the place. We walked in, it was empty, and the woman sitting at a desk wasn't on the phone or anyone. However, she just looked so annoyed that we were there. We kept our questions very brief and did receive answers and basic costs. Hoowever, it was the attitude that just had us stop there and leave. As soon as we got outside of the building, we both looked at each other and said "Dang she had attitude, we'll go somewhere else..." My suggestions continue to Rightway Storage on 83rd and lakepleasant. The woman that works there is amazingly friendly and made us feel like family. My wife immediately suggested we drive towards home, because there is a storage in that cross street off of 83rd and LakePleasant. We are so glad that we did. From the moment we walked in, the woman working in the office immediately greeted us like she had been waiting for us all day, and we were family. We explained our goals, what we were in the middle of, and she sat with us, handed us paperwork, and made us feel like she'd be there with us till we got moved in. We both knew this was the place. We did get our uhaul there about a week later and got it completely filled. There wasn't any issue when we had questions the day of the move in. The initial price was a modest amount each month but within 60 to 90 days quickly became $169.00 monthly. I had registered a credit card with Storquest which was auto-billed on the first of each month. In December 2025 I informed the Storquest office manager (Ray) that we would be vacating the unit by December 31st. We actually had everything out by Dec. 30th and I swept the floor and left the roll-up door open to show we had everything out. But come January 1, my credit card was billed another $169.00. I talked with Ray at the office and he said he could not authorize a refund of the billed amount as this had to be done by his supervisor. He said everything would be taken care of within 10 business days. I waited but no refund was credited to my card, so after further communications with Ray (who instructed me to follow up with my bank, displaying a classic "not my problem" attitude), I had no choice but to dispute the charge with Mastercard. By this time it was almost February and it was getting to be quite stressful. I'm a retired disabled veteran living on fixed income and maybe I'm wrong but $169.00 is a lot of money to me, anyway. Finally the money showed up on my card on March 20 with no explanation as to why it took almost three months to correct the erroneous billing. There are so many storage facilities in Phoenix and my advice is to find a different one than Storquest.

The communication that I've had with heather has been nothing but pleasant however the "regional manager of customer service" Mike was the worst encounter thus far. Very rude, aggressive and spoke in a disrespectful tone. Kept over talking me, cutting me off when I kept trying to get an understanding because he kept contradicting himself. Was very exhausting conversing with him. If customer service is your deal breaker to picking a place to do business please stay away from this location.
