Had a great experience with this company. We were moving from Gilbert to Avondale and needed a moving company since we'd acquired quite a stash of treasure in our 10 years living here. ADM was one of the companies that we reached out to for quotes, and I was (as silly as this might sound) impressed with the quality of their .pdfs and the professionalism of their emails and voice chats. I know that sounds stupid but I'm a sucker for well-drafted forms. Their rates were reasonable, so we scheduled the move. On the day of the move, three gentlemen rolled up and got right to work. They were really extremely pleasant, and they hustled nonstop in the humid July monsoon hell. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and it took longer than we anticipated but it turns out that we just had a lot more stuff than we'd thought. I would not use this company again. After my move, one of the movers called and texted me from his personal number at 12:30 a.m. As a woman living alone, I found that extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I reported it to the company and was told management would follow up. They never did. The company's response was simply that the mover claimed I was "flirtatious" (False) Their original response was that he had a wife and kids so he wouldn't do that then changed their tone to accuse me of being flirtatious Whether a customer is friendly or not does not make it acceptable for an employee to use personal information obtained through work to contact customers privately. Well I'd like to say things went well. but thats simply not the case. Did they arrive on time? Yes. Did they take a break and charge me for it? Yes. Did they STEAL joints from one of our boxes. YES! Did they smoke said stolen joint on the break they charged us for? YES!!!! Explain to me how at $140 an hour, I get charged $831 for a 4 1/2 hr job? 4 x $140 =$560 plus $70 for the half hour =$630. Now deduct the $140 I paid for travel expenses as the deposit. The total I should've paid was $490!!!!!!! How'd I get charged almost an EXTRA $400?! They wrote the hours worked but added some arbitrary numbers. Waited in my apartment until I was able to come up with the sum from a family member. They just stood around in silence holding us hostage in our home until they were able to successfully ROB us AGAIN for the extra funds. It was ridiculous enough when we went to look for our pre-rolled joint that was meant for us as our move in celebration, only to find a F#%*!~ chip in it's place. Did we have chips in the building? NOPE! So how it ended up in our weed bag is beyond me. Just because it was in an open box, doesn't mean they can remove our belonging. Have they contacted me yet in regards to my complaint? NOPE! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! If you value your time, belongings, and hard earned money, then do not use this business. I wish I would've listened to the reviews before I went with this company. Terrible moving experience, and Stephanie and Amy are both very rude employees. I was quoted 4 hours for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment by Amy, so I built in another hour just for cushion in case of any issues. So I'm expecting the job to take 5 hours max. They say they are professional right, so I would assume the estimated quote would at least be in the ballpark of what the job would take. Well the job took twice as long because the movers didn't have the proper tools and were sharing a hand held manual screwdriver between the two of them in different rooms. A handheld manual screw driver to take furniture apart!? Ridiculous, and of course it would take extra time. How convenient that they charge by the hour. On top of this, the movers took several breaks and decided to take a detour and go get food instead of immediately taking my items to my new place which was literally a straight shot down Baseline. They left some of my items at the old place in the garage, they damaged my items in transit, and didn't fully reassemble all the furniture because they got hung up due to not having the proper tools. When I contacted the company I was told by Stephanie "It is what it is." and basically they would not make any concessions. I sent a message asking what could be done about my damaged items and the items that were left unassembled. I did not hear anything back from the company for several days until I disputed the charge on my card for the incomplete job and damage to my items. After receiving my dispute from the credit card company is when Amy finally called me back just to over talk me, be very rude, and not listen to any of my concerns. My advice to the public would be to pay a little extra to use an actual professional company. It will save you more in the long run. This place is a scam and I can't believe they are still in business with the way they treat their customers and how they run their operations. Terrible, terrible moving company! TOTAL SCAM AND A RIPOFF! They continually lied and blocked me from access to my storage unit for months! Discount?! It ended up costing about 3 times the quoted price. My stuff was severely damaged. The movers were completely reckless with my belongings. To be honest, I don't know if they are just that completely incompetent, but after reading the reviews after the fact, it sounds like they have a business model of grifting people. They will dodge your phone calls. Never have they ever responded to an email or even provided me with receipts or a lease. For over 6 months, they denied me access to my unit! I wish I had read the reviews before hiring them because I never would have!! TVs shattered. Antique tables DESTROYED. Lamps broken. My clothes just flung over my stuff, unboxed, while charging me for EXTRA BOXES... which they build and stacked EMPTY! All of my stuff was piled up in a heap, nothing stacked, total chaos. Because of their inefficient packing, they couldn't fit everything in, so they swindled me into a second unit with a six-month lease with them! During the term of my lease (for which I never received a lease to this day), I requested access several times, and every time, there was some excuse as to why I wasn't allowed access. After holding my belongings hostage for 6 MONTHS, I demand at least a photo to prove they even have my stuff anymore. After forcing me to PAY ANOTHER MONTH, they finally sent me a photo to prove they even had it. They forced delays so my lease would run out, then strong-armed me into shelling out additional money on "good faith" that they "would never do that". All told, it ended up costing at least three times what they quoted, and I lost about a third of my stuff. They nickel and dimed me to death. They certainly don't respect my property as proof of all of the damage and broken TVs and furniture! As a minority small business owner myself, I hate to say this about another minority-owned small business: The owner needs to be investigated and the business shut down! If I could leave 0 stars I would. We hired them to move us and I don't even know where to begin with the terrible service that was provided. The movers were moving slow, asking for multiple smoke breaks, dropping boxes all over the place...saying "oops and my bad." Not only did I feed them twice, but we also tipped them $100 each on top of our what should have been 4 hours to move that turned into 7.5 hours. The real issue is that once i began unpacking boxes I started noticing a strong cigarette smell...as i bring the clothes to my nose it's obvious that they all reek like cigarettes...the more i unboxed the more i realized its everything. Frames, baskets, bedding, towels, pillows, my dog beds, EVERYTHING. We called them to complain and have gotten no answer to what can be done for us. They keep giving us the run around saying they will call us back in a few more days....it's been over a week since our move and still no resolution. I even gave them the option of finding me a laundry service that can get the cigarette smells out of my clothing at least but that was not accepted. Instead all we got was a phone call telling us how that it is not scientifically possible that our clothes smell like cigarettes even if they were smoking in the front cabin, i then explained that i did catch them smoking multiple times near the truck with the door up...of course all of my belongings were exposed to the smoke. We were also told that the smell we are smelling is psychological and not factual. They even read us reports they must have googled to try and prove their response. I'm sorry but no i am not making the smell up and anyone in the world can tell you cigarettes are the hardest smell to get out of things because they literally stick to everything. I have gotten multiple migraines now from just unboxing my belongings trying to get my house in order. It is not fair that I have to suffer this way in pain because their employees did not consider my health and sensitivities when they chose to smoke all around my stuff. So not only have they not offered a resolution to the issue but now I have Stephanie the business manager indirectly calling us crazy. This is how they treat paying customers? She goes on to tell us how they've never had this issue before or accusations of this nature. Clearly, I can see that as you have no idea on how to handle these type of situations. The business gets defensive and tries to protect themselves any which way instead of doing the honorable thing and resolving a customer issue. Not to mentioned they were referred to us! We have been nothing but courteous and patient in person and on the phone throughout this entire experience but somehow the business acts as though we are the threat. Please come to my house and feel free to smell everything if you'd like. I promise you can't make the smell up. I beg everyone reading this review to not fall for the same trap I did and get another moving company!!! I went with the movers who had the cheapest rates and to say it backfired would be an understatement. When I called to get a quote we did not know the exact date of our move as it was new construction. They told me that I should book now to lock in the rate and then I could change at any time. They told me the rate and we agreed at a specific price, cheaper than other quotes I had gotten. Then, with over a month notice I got the specific date and we scheduled it in. I was discussing dates with the lady over the phone and she told me that on Sunday they would have to charge more as they have to pay the guys overtime so we agreed to do it on Saturday. The day before the move we got a confirmation call and that is when I was told that the rate had changed and we now had to pay 30.00 more per hour than we originally agreed on. At this point, it was one day before the move and I had no choice but to agree. Their movers came and I will say one of them was a great worker and he did an amazing job however the move took way longer than it should have and two of the workers were not as useful. For example when we moved into this house (3 Br, 2BA) it took 3 hours and these guys took over 6 hours to do the move... again, sometimes the cheaper rate is not the best option. Now, this is where things get even more fun! I had asked several times about moving our big screen TV and they said they would take care of it. Now, when we got to the new place the TV was broken and screen completely shattered. It has now been over 3 weeks and we still do not have a TV in our living room and was forced to host a Memorial Day house warming party with no TV in the living room. Our TV was only 400.00 and they still have not reimbursed us for that. They ask for 12 weeks which just seems ridiculous for a reimbursement. They make everything as hard as possible. I called in April to reserve a move in June. When moving day came, I called to see what time they would be arriving and they could not find a reservation. It took a while for them to find my deposit that I made in April. We had reserved a two-man crew and what they had available that day was a three-man crew so we did end up spending more than we had planned. Honestly, I was OK with the three man crew and spending more mainly because I was just so relieved that we were still going to get to move that day. However, when the three-man crew arrived of the men who introduced himself as the manager was right off the bat pretty aggressive and had a pretty angry tone, the entire move. It was stressful. When I made the reservation back in April, I actually called twice wants to get an initial quote because I was calling around and the second time to actually reserve. I told them both times that I had a few large plants out on the patio and in the house that didn't seem to be a problem when I called. However, when the Manager guy that showed up who really seemed quite irritated, even before he found out there were plants got even more irritated about the plants, and even said at one point in a pretty angry tone, "This is why we don't move plants". Overall, the experience was not great, and we were pretty disappointed. My friend that recommended them was also very disappointed to hear of our experience. Some good things that I could say about the movers though is that they did work very hard and they moved quickly and we appreciated that. I do wish that the Manager guy would have been more careful with a few things, but it was hot and he was working hard. But the biggest thing I wish is that our reservation had not been lost and that we would have not had to deal with such an angry attitude from the one guy. read more

Use at your OWN RISK!!! They stole from me, damaged my furniture, my flooring in several spots, destroyed completely 2 items of furniture , left the damaged piece on side of my wall I found later. Coherced me into paying more money promising to go back to my previous address and pick a huge painting up and did not. When I told them after 11 hrs mind you were going back to get my picture the movers stated ""no we're not call the police".quote. . They left leaving my wardrobe blocking my living room and stairway , I could not get into my living room . I'm talking a huge oak wardrobe. 5 days later 2 others came by to finish move took them 1 5 hrs to rearrange my boxes and setup furniture that was all over the place. They even stated all the errors in handling my furniture was incorrect. These 2 father son duo still work there. Tried to call talk Amy the owner not one apology or anything instead she attacked me verbally was yelling at top of her lungs. Obvious her mentality is definitely compromised. BOTTOM LINE FOLKS DONT USE THEM . Not possible for a 5 star company to operate so unprofessionally. Beware!! This is the worst moving company I have ever used.. do not use this company. They pry themselves on being in business for 40 years and a women company. I am so surprised they are still in business.. it took them 8 hours to move one truck. I had two movers and only one guy working. The other guy stood around and was on his phone most of the time. They charged me for 8 hours. Had items broken, They stole my wedding ring, money, silver coins, my childs piggy bank money. Once I paid, they flagged me down and said I paid the incorrect amount and charged me another $120 dollars. After not receiving a receipt or text, I called the office and she said that was for the workers tip! I spoke to Stephanie all day,Who I believe is also in on the theft and making them stay longer so we would be charged more. discussing how it shouldn't take this long. They basically lied and stole from me, Stephanie said she would reimburse me. I waited 10 days, my bank said they never attempted to put a charge back on my account! Spoke to the owner and not once did she apologize for the shitty service, taking money from my account without my knowledge, probably never spoke to the guy who lied. And now I am having items missing. I don't know how they have been in business this long. But I wouldnt use this company. It is the worst moving company I have ever used... save your money, time and items and go someplace else..They have stolen about 15K from me, including charging me 1,000 to move me. Items were missing from us. One of the missing bins contained credit cards and my check book which were both used the next day after our move. Our JBL party box speaker was also missing. The company insist their employees didn't take anything and I can't prove anything. They are saying their employees we're working when the cards/checks were used so it couldn't have been them. The Fact is items were in a bin that was moved by them and now our speaker and the entire bin is missing and my credits cards and checks were used the very next day. Thats not a coincidence. They are going to get away with this. They know what they're doing and know there's nothing we can do about it. All I can do is try to keep this from happening to someone else. My advice would be to not use them at all as in my opinion they are nothing more than thieves and liars. If you're going to use them I highly recommend you do the following: 1.) Number EVERY piece that will be moved. Once your move is complete make sure EVERYTHING is accounted for. 2.) Seal your boxes with tamper tape. Check all seals once everything is unloaded to insure no seals were broken. 3.) Assign a friend or family member to shadow each mover never letting them out of your sight. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THE MOVERS TO BE ALONE. 4.) They will ask you use your restroom. That's fine but ask them to empty their pockets beforehand for their safety and yours. 5.) Once the truck is loaded follow them to your destination. We foolishly left ahead of them so they were alone with all our stuff. It took them almost 40 minutes to get to our house that was only 15 minutes away. Ultimately we made a lot of mistakes because this was our third time using them and trusted them. The movers violated our trust and I'm now paying dearly for it. All my accounts had to be locked which left me without access to my money for 5 days. They also have all my information to steal my identity. The company is going to respond to this claiming they did an internal investigation and will cooperate with police fully. They say this knowing nothing will come of this. Read all their 1 star reviews and you'll see that they never take responsibility and it's always the customers fault. They will do this again. We used Arizona Discount Movers to move my 94 year old mother from one assisted living home to another located about 2 miles away. I was given an arrival time of between 11 and 3. Just before 3 o'clock I called to see when they would be there. They said they were running a bit late and they would be there closer to 5. At about 4:30 they called to say they would be there closer to 7. I tried to explain that just moving was very difficult for my mother at her age, and running this late was adding considerable stress to an already difficult situation. The woman apologized and said they would be sending a third person at no extra charge. At this point it wasn't about the money as much as trying to have a place ready for my mother to sleep that night. She ended up waiting literally for 8 hours for the movers to arrive! By the time the movers were done we were scrambling to make her bed so she could sleep. I have moved many times over the years. In my experience, professional movers can take one look at a job and give you a pretty good idea how long it will take. Obviously these movers had no idea at all. After waiting for 8 hours they finally showed up around 7 and had the job done by 8:30. The crew was obviously tired but did an OK job. There was a double recliner that had to be taken apart and then reassembled. They did not reassemble it properly and never bothered to check that everything was ok. . The woman called me a couple of days later to see if we were happy and I told her it was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Rather than listen to my input she started to argue with me, again stating how we should feel lucky we got a third guy at no charge. We paid a $145 trip charge plus a 2 hour minimum at $145 per hour for a total of $435. With 3 guys the move took 1.5 hours. So with 2 guys the move would have taken 2.25 hours. Since we paid a two 2 hour minimum the third guy saved us about one quarter of an hour or $36. This woman managed to take a horrible experience and make it worse on her follow up call. Had a great move with this company and highly recommend them. Joey was the lead on this team of three. They had a window to arrive between 8-9am and they were there AT 8:00AM! They quickly started moving our mountain of boxes and shrink wrapping ALL OF THE FURNITURE! They had everything in the moving van by 9:30AM and ready to hit the road. After a 45 minute drive across town they arrived at our new home and started unloading and unwrapping the furniture and boxes. Everything was unloaded by 12:00 noon. All during this process, from start to finish these movers were friendly and courteous. They worked fast and efficiently. And NOTHING WAS DAMAGED!! Their employee hung up on me and the corporate office emailed with justification for the behavior. I called for a QUOTE on April 7th and spoke with Stephanie. I was just getting a quote. We exchanged email twice. Their quote was not the lowest so I selected someone else. Today I get a call from Stephanie (speaking very harsh and rude) telling me that I needed to pay the deposit for my move. I was so confused because I had not signed a contract or confirmed a date. She then rudely told me she had held the day and other had wanted it. I am still confused. We had not spoken since 4/17 for a QUOTE. I informed her that I had hired another company. She then hung up on me! I wrote and reply to her explaining that was not the best customer service. The corporate office relied back as follows: :We appreciate your feedback, Stefanie is the General Manager of our company. She has been for the last 8 years; she has been complimented on how patient and kind she is on the phone. You stated that you would call back to pay your deposit. You also emailed giving us a date, we put you on our schedule board, and held that date for you. Only for you to cancel, and never have the courtesy to call us to let us know that you already booked with another company, although you booked with us. We turned down other customers that wanted that spot and were more than willing to pay the deposit. But instead, Stefanie kindly held onto that day and time as promised that you were going to call back and pay the deposit. We understand that things do happen, but courtesy goes both ways. My mother hired this company to move her. They gave a window of arrival between 11-3. 2:10 still no call no show. Had her call them and they were still in the west valley (my mother is in Gilbert) 3:30 still no show. Called again and they "got a flat tire" they then ask her if she would reschedule AFTER making her wait around ALL DAY. Absolutely not happening. I had my mother ask how they were going to compensate her for her time lost and the lady said they would but did not give a specific amount. Pretty sketchy. As of now, all the poor reviews are absolutely true and I would NEVER hire this company or refer them to anyone. I will update this review if they rectify the situation appropriately but I don't have high hopes at this point. DO NOT USE THEM! Stay away and try another company. Unprofessional, they do not handle with care, unprepared, disrespectful to the items and property. Didn't put the refrigerator back together nor bed frame after asking multiple times prior if they did and confirmed. When I asked the staff they said "oh hell naw, we don't do that, we just move your shit. The people on the phone don't know what the hell they are doing." Broke one of our boxes to fit their ramp. Kept ramming it back and forth multiple times in a span of 20 mins to make their equipment fit Asked if I could put items in my own vehicle because they forgot their own boxes Did not handle with care especially the fragile items. Just stacked fragile items on top of one another and ignored the "this way up sign". Any input or direction was responded with "hey dog I got you" but never acted upon. Unprofessional attitude, didn't care about making mistakes, damaging the door, walls, cussed many times throughout the move. When a door was damaged the response was "oh big deal, it's a fucking dent, you have a whole house and you are worried about that? You gotta be shitting me?" Forgot their own pen to sign paper work Told that they would call on their way to the storage facility but never did. Only call was when they arrived The only positive was the newer associate that was part of the move. Just an update, I submitted a claim on 7/18/22 for the items they messed up and broke. it's said to allow 12-14 weeks. I emailed on 12/8/22 for an update with no response. Called them again on 12/15/22 and they stated I would get a check in the next couple of weeks. I offer no apology because everything your employee said is absolutely untrue. Your employee Carl not only has a poor work ethic, he also has a problem with speaking the truth. Your long, rambling, poorly structured sentences with misspelled words, incorrect punctuation, etc are another example of the quality of this company. 9/24. My move was on 10/22/22. I specifically stated repeatedly, and constantly the most important things were the 3 large TVs. I paid for 4 men and two trucks. at just under $300/hr. What I got was 3 and a possible, LOL but not LOL.. Meaning I got 3 men and one that was constantly on a break and complained about a hurt finger. I was constantly asking where he was as I never really saw him. Because of this, the other guys tried to compensate because the move was getting very long. It ended up being 11.5+ hours. They were all very frustrated with the 4th guy to the point where there was an actual physical confrontation between the movers, on the clock, and guess who had to pay for that? You guessed it... ME! The best part is, they broke not one, but two TVs, an 86 LG and a 75 in Vizio. The movers placed all TVs on their side, facing the wall, so I could not see the damage till they were gone! When I saw them place on their sides, I specifically asked if TVs should be on their sides, and the response I got was, "YES, it's fine." Well it's not fine and two TVs are broken!! I called and was asked to file a claim and have been getting the run around ever since. I have been calm, and polite, understanding, and extremely easy to work with because I figured you catch more flies with honey, but clearly this company doesn't care about their customers. Each conversation was basically an accusation that I broke my own TVs, LOL!! They basically said, in not so many words, "I should have noticed the damage" so oh well is what I got from the conversations. How can I notice damage when the TVS are all facing the wall on their sides? They weight alot. I can't move them by myself. Really?! Amy, the owner, was very rude, continuously cutting me off and very dismissive. Very disappointing. Do better! Hired them a couple years ago to move a safe and compressor. They dropped my compressor in the middle of the street breaking the front attachments and damaged ng the flywheel. After going back and forth for the better part of 9 months they mailed me a check for $132. I sent the check back as I was pissed and still pissed they would not make it right. I wanted nothing more than to repair the damage they caused. Poorly run organization, definately would not refer to family and friends. Update.... 10/06/2020 Yes 1 of 2 items was damaged. Additional insurance, is irrelevant in this case. Your company never weighed my compressor to know what it's true weight was, you never came out to view it. The age of the compressor is a non-factor. I have a cast iron tank. Your math at .60 payout per lb, and you implied the compressor weighed 220lbs. The compressor weighs in excess of 500lbs. Your math is off and you owed me approximately 300-350$. That is on you, you did not follow through. I would encourage your business to get an actual weight before deciding what to pay instead of drawing a number out of thin air. You did not get an estimate to fix it, nor follow up with me. I had to track down your business for any assistance and gave up from sheer frustration. read more

I was referred to this company by my son. I hired three men in order to ensure the move went smoother and in less time then with two. In the prior two moves I made (2 bedroom condo, no appliances, no garage) it took 5 hours total to load and unload and these moves were done with two persons, one of those times just me and my son. The three men sent to me arrived and took 25 minutes before they actually began to load the truck. For the first hour they seemed to move quickly. Around 2.5 hours in two of them disappeared for 20 minutes and then again for 20 minutes at 3.5 hours into loading. When I asked the young man where the other two were, he said in the back of the truck. This was a complete lie because I had just been loading my car directly across from the truck and they were nowhere to be found. Needless to say, they finally arrived after taking 45 minutes for a 20 min drive.. After 4 more hours, they had only one bed put together, boxes were not placed in the rooms despite being clearly marked and they were not stacked neatly near a wall but rather dumped at the nearest place they could find. Every room was cluttered with no walk way. My office floor was 100% covered with bags full of office related materials. Only three furniture items had the shrink wrap removed. Finally near completion they decide to tell me they need me to unpack the armoire boxes, causing an additional 30 minutes of waiting for me which I could have completed hours earlier had I been able to get to them in my room and had they been in the correct room. Most unprofessional event that occurred: The oldest barreled into my door ramming my chandelier with an armoire box because he had double stacked two of them and couldn't see the fixtures, completely unsafe. The youngest proceeded to do the same, also barreling into the light fixture causing it to swing violently and forcing two of the lights to collapse. He then tripped down the small step and barreled into the kitchen ceiling fan which was running full speed after being warned to slow down by me. He then proceeded to cuss me out stating this was his last week on this job and how he didn't need this f'ing sh*t. After witnessing what I considered the last straw, I finally told them to stop despite the unfinished appearance of the rooms, boxes strewn everywhere, spare bed not together and shrink wrap on the majority of the furniture. They wrote the bill up for 7.75 hours which I found appalling considering the state of my house and the unbelievable length of time it took them to do such unprofessional work. I called to request 45 minutes be reduced from my bill which was more than reasonable considering the breaks they took (salads on the back of the truck and disappearing 2x) plus the added time to arrive and length of time it took to actually start moving after arrival. The office supervisor said she was sorry but she was only allowed to take 15 minutes off the bill. A Manager would call me on Monday and he would have more authority to approve further reduction of time. Needless to say, it's two weeks and no call from the manager. Christmas plates were found broken and an entire box of decorative candles warped because they left an entire box crate of my stuff sitting in the sun for 3 hours outside the truck while loading other things. I had to request they put my expensive monitor in the truck after realizing it too was in the sun for over an hour. I unfortunately fractured my ankle last Saturday so I haven't even finished unpacking. I can only imagine what else may be ruined. My son thankfully rearranged all the boxes so they were neatly stacked allowing me the ability to maneuver my knee scooter through the house. Because I'm a genuinely considerate person, knowing how hot it was outside I did give each of them a tip but in retrospect I wish I hadn't after dealing with the aftermath. If only I wasn't so compassionate, they certainly weren't caring or professional with my things. I do not recommend the three black gentleman and am reluctant to recommend a company whose manager doesn't follow up on complaints. I'm missing two of my thick quilted black U-Haul moving blankets and never heard back from the supervisor about them. Rosemary Vittori I requested the manager call me. I've been bed ridden with a cast and had hoped I would receive a call. At least I know have your attention. And I actually did tell you that they were MIA and that I was loading my car and did NOT see them on the back of the truck despite being told that's where they were. If you had honored my simple request to have the manager call me to credit me with the 45 minutes my post would have noted your attempts to make this right. Movers failed to move ALL items from point A to point B. When I talked to the movers about a heavy ladder they forgot, their response was they had another "move" scheduled AND IF they returned to my apartment it would be on my dime. I contacted the office and they said, they would arrange for another driver/moving truck to pick up the ladder. This was 3 days ago and still no phone call to make the arrangements. It cost me over $700 to pay for a service that was not completely done! Do NOT use Update: I heard from the office manager who offered to send another driver/truck to pick up the ladder. The dilemma with this offer as I have repeated since I hired Arizona Discount is I no longer have access to the apartment! Meaning, that I had to be out by May 31st. I used this company recently and cannot in good judgment recommend them to anyone. I forgot that I had some cash hidden inside a small box inside a cabinet drawer(totally my mistake), they did a fairly good job with the move and I wanted to tip the guys when I remembered I had the cash I went to grab it to tip them and it was GONE, when I confronted the workers they looked at each other like they were going to sort it out amongst the 3 of them so I walked inside the house to give them a minute to figure it out but instead they loaded up and took off. They do not move jewelry boxes so I pointed the jewelry cabinet out during the walk thru and stated I will of course move that myself, well after the cash came up missing we went back to the other house and discovered a watch missing as well. I installed one of my brand new tv's and the screen was broken to boot! The management/ownership were very apologetic but ultimately did nothing to compensate me. When considering hiring a legit moving company I would expect to have some protection from these things, I could have rented a Uhaul truck and picked up a couple guys from the Home Depot parking lot. My advice is look better at the reviews and whoever you decide to hire you have to stand on top of them the entire time never assume people will do the right thing. read more

Gave these ppl two chances to show up and both times it was excuse after excuse To come out and give me an estimate. I went as far as re-arranging my dr. Appt and they still gave me a line of bs and never showed up as planned. Got one call saying he had to get gas and go to the bathroom would be here in 15 min.or 20 min. Later.Then I get another call, guy has car problems now. These ppl are worthless. Then if you go through these reviews. I wouldn't hire them now. Wasted my time, all talk and zero action. The 3 men took 7 hours from single story 3bd to single story down the street and just dumped labeled boxes in the garage. Some of my property that left my home in their truck with trust did not arrive at the destination less than a mile away. Broken furniture and scuffed, chipped walls. I would not trust them. You never told me anything until I asked what the amt would be for the claim my calls and emails will prove that so you have my permission to post it. You movers did not take one picture of my furniture until they moved it in and I pointed out the damage. Would love to see what they took please post. I figure 177.00 is better than nothing so you did me no favors paying for pre existing damage as there wasn't any. You and your company are horrible. Hired this company for a move yesterday. Was give 11-3 window so was ready and prepped at 10am. Truck did not show up until 4:30. So whole day sitting waiting. With two drop off (other house and storage unit) the movers and I had to finish the storage unit move in the dark. Totally avoidable.l had a crew been assigned timely. The crew did a great job with moving appliances, washer dryer and refrigerator, skillful in getting all through the front door which took some two navigation with the refrigerator. Totally worth having movers move and navigate the appliances. Boxes and lighter furniture totally different story. I should have hose it at least just the boxes. The method of plastic wrapping every inch of sofa and recliner set and entertainment centers was a bit much. Yes they need to keep edges from grabbing on nearby items and glass doors kept from opening but the method was overkill. Same inefficiency with moving one stack of boxes at a time from the house onto ramp into truck then off same way. Why not wait to ramp elevate several stacks of boxes at once? Of course once they had taken sufficient time at $25 per 15 minutes with these methods and the sun started to set then it became a good idea to put several box stacks in the ramp at once when finishing the move in the dark. I realize these guys need to make money but if they were so busy for the rest of the day being 90 minutes late (= starting 5.5 hours later than I was told to start waiting) I think there were improvement opportunities for both planning and to shore up the moving methods across the move, not just at the end. At least the crew was friendly and courteous and put appliances and boxes where I asked and/ or where reasonable. And as far as I know everything arrived intact. read more

Unfortunately, Amy's message insinuated that we were not clients since she didn't find Ed T. in her database. As most of you know, Yelp asks for abbreviated names, so our last name was not complete on Yelp. We did hire this company and moved in 1/4 /2022. They damaged several items and did not tell us or provide us with the claim forms. We spoke to Stephanie regarding the damage and she told us she would send a claim form, but never did. We would never recommend this company and since we look at reviews before selecting businesses to hire, we wanted to provide an honest review. read more

By far the worst moving company ever!!! Do not use them unless you want all your stuff broken! And do not waste your time with their quotes over the phone because they are wrong. They put heavy stuff on top of boxes marked fragile. Left all there trash all over our driveway.
