The pkg had been delivered to a company we did not know. Jason went personally and was at the door before this company even opened this am. Like a private detective, Jason was able to talk this person into looking deeper for the package (which he insisted was not there) and was able to secure it and hand deliver back to so that we were able to close escrow!
