The parts were awkward and unruly, as it was not completely dismantled, plus we were in a time crunch. This did not phase the Fast Action Team. We have used Fast Action Movers for several of our moves over the past 7 years. My mom first discovered them, while she used them for her move to Gold Canyon. They were so amazing she referred them to to us. Mario and his team are reliable, efficient, polite and professional, not to mention extremely careful with your belongings! I can't believe I'm just now writing this review, because from day one, they have been a five star service for us! We have used them to move our collage kids belongings out of apartments, into storage units, out of storage units and back into apartments, from cave Creek, phoenix, and Scottsdale! The guys Mario sent to move me were the worst. They were arguing fowel mouthed their behavior stressed me out to the point of tears. They didn't put all my stuff on the truck instead they took a china cabinet I gave one of them. I told them my things had to go first they could come back for what I gave him but they didn't listen. I had to hire someone to finish. They stole 4 watches and what they thought was a diamond ring. This is a shady business. I would NOT RECOMEND. I have filed a police report. read more

I was referred to Fast Action Movers by a friend of mine. I was going to get friends and family to help me move but after my friend told me to hire Fast Action, I decided to give movers a try. I will NEVER move without movers again and Mario will be the first person I call! I reached out to Mario and he was very helpful in explaining what I needed for my move, since I have never hired movers before. They did a wonderful job and were more efficient than I ever could have been. I move from a 3200 sf 2 story to another 3200 sf 2 story and they got all the boxes and furniture moved in 6 hours! Do not use this company! my disabled mother scheduled them to move her, they were paid upfront, and showed up 4 hours late on Saturday! They proceeded to tell her sorry we cannot help you today, we will come back tomorrow. Sunday they came moved half of her stuff, and than they told her she will need to pay more for the rest. Than they said we will come back on Monday at 8 am it's now 11 no call no show. She was not moving far only across the street, she did not have a lot! She's moving out of a 630 Sq Ft apartment. It's very discouraging that someone would take advantage of a blind woman. With no real ability to handle this situation. I will be reporting them to OSHA today. I would hate for another elderly person to be treated this way! read more

I don't post reviews very often, but I had to after dealing with Mario and Fast Action Movers for the second time. All I can say is - AMAZING customer service. The first time we used them was a couple months ago when we had to move my boss's husband into a new assisted living facility. With short notice, Mario and his team made it work and were so easy to coordinate with. The second time was more complicated - we were having a bed delivered with very uncertain timing. Again, Mario and his team were incredibly flexible and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and needs. They even put together the hospital-grade bed for us. Prices are very reasonable and so easy to work with. And - no damage on any items. We will certainly be using them again! read more

They were amazing... really fast, and nice guys at the same time... hard workers... the company is lucky to have them... my only hang up was that it was hard to get a hold of the VP of operation even though it's his number on the side of the truck ... I needed some specific things handled and it was hard to get a hold of him even though he said he'd move my things...over all I did eventually get a hold of him and everything worked out well... they didn't break a thing and handled my stuff with care... This is the second time I have used Mario and his team to help me move a large home full of furniture, art, rugs... and LOTS of boxes over a several day period. Jaime, Ernesto and their crew were on time, professional, took great care in protecting my belongings and are genuine, nice guys. They are very easy to work with and even disposed of the trash, unused boxes, and swept the porch and garage so the home looked great for the new owners. Mario was personally involved each day and continually asked if there was anything else they could do to make the move a good experience for me. His price was also very fair. I can not say enough great things about this company and Mario. They dropped everything to help us out in one afternoon. We needed to be moved but not only that we needed someone to pack us and unpack us. They were at the apartment within a half an hour, assess what was need for packing then came right back and had everything packed by 4:30, moved everything over to the assisted living facility, had until 7:00 to move everything in and unpack and put everything away. The gentleman they were moving is legally blind and he could not help with anything and because I was at work we were not able to talk to each other and he didn't even know what was going on or if he was even going to get moved. Then they were so kind to the lady that was waiting for them at the apartment to pack up everything, Mario is so professional and has such a good heart, he just made our day. We had movers lined up the day before that didn't show up then the next day and the same thing, no show. We called Fast Movers looking for a miracle and we found it. When Mario got to the assisted living facility he let the gentleman call me so I could assure him everything was ok. By the end of the day all of us could settle down and be at peace but only because of the miracles Mario and his team pulled off for us. I had Fast Action Movers move my Son and I last July (2019) after getting their contact number from my boss. I couldn't be more happy with their services. There were 3 guys that came to move everything.They were all very nice and one of them Miguel, even helped me setup and put together some of my furniture. They moved everything very carefully also wrapping anything that needed to be wrapped in plastic. They loaded everything from my old house and unloaded everything into my new place. I found out I had to have a senior move from his assisted living on a Tuesday. I was told that Mario at Fast Action Movers is a spectacular person and always ready to help. I found that to be the truth not only did he move my friend with less than a 10 hour notice the price he gave us was absolutely fantastic. My experience with Fast Action Movers was not a good one. I have been dealing with Mario for over a year now and I feel like I have not been treated fairly at all. My move was scheduled for January of 2020, and things started off very badly from the beginning. His company was hired by a third party to help move my furniture. When his movers arrived, (Mario was supposed to be there, but never showed up), there immediately was a disagreement about the amount of furniture that was required to be moved. The crew contacted Mario by phone, and he quickly put a halt to the move until further notice, leaving me quite dazed and confused by this completely unexpected action. Needless to say, this placed me in an extremely difficult position with my apartment manager, since the complex was expecting me to move out that same day. Consequently, this delay cost me financially, as I had to pay for several additional days to stay in my apartment until Mario agreed to continue with my move. Several stressful and anxiety ridden days later, Mario ( who, once again, did not show up), sent an entirely different crew over to my home in a second attempt to complete my move. This group was composed of three movers, one of whom, Lawrence, was the nastiest and most unaccommodating person I have ever met. From the moment they arrived, he started to complain about everything, including my cats, making it quite clear that he was highly allergic and didn't want to be there. Everything was finally loaded in and ready to go, and upon arrival at my new apartment, Lawrence continued on his rant, and, at first, I was very polite and tried to ignore his blatant rudeness, but was soon pushed to my limit, refusing to be the target of his verbal abuse. He seemed to be the boss of the three men, and when I nicely asked if they would kindly place my furniture in specific areas and rooms of the house, he totally ignored my request, ordering the two other men to move faster because they had another scheduled to appointment to get to. Everything was done in such a complete hurry, with virtually no regard to how or where my furniture was positioned. Wherever there happened to be an open space, that's where my items would end up being be dumped. I was ultimately left with a broken TV stand, a mattress left up against a wall in my hallway, and a shelf in my living room that I had asked to be placed in my spare bedroom. When I later called Mario about the incident and told him what had occurred, he promised that he would take care of the situation. Nothing was ever done. Consequently, in an attempt to move the mattress on my own, I injured my back in the process, so I called Mario again, again relating what happened, and stressing the fact that I really needed someone to help get it out of my hallway and into my storage room. I also reminded him of the broken TV stand and shelf. Most of the time, he was extremely difficult to reach and he seldom, if ever, returned my phone calls. It seems like he always had one excuse after another for not coming over. He was always too busy working on another job, and I was a low priority. This all occurred over a year ago. Shortly after, Co-vid hit, and that put a halt to pretty much everything. I ended up living out of boxes for 12 months because I wasn't able to put my very large boxed items (many of which were on top of my coffee table and way too heavy for me to lift) onto the shelf I needed moved, and I ultimately ended up with a mutilated mattress that my cats used as their scratching post. Fast forward to the present. I contacted Mario again, and this time we scheduled a time for my move, and he told me that he would be over to look at my mattress and we would discuss compensation at that time. Well, the crew came a day early, again without Mario, they moved my shelf, and also brought up a fireplace that I had delivered the previous day which I paid them $100 for their time and trouble. They took pictures of my mattress and TV stand to show to Mario, but when I spoke to him the following day and asked him about compensation, he vehemently refused to reimburse me for either the mattress or the broken stand. In summation, as an older woman living alone on a fixed income, I strongly believe that I've been completely taken advantage of in a way that many of his other customers were not. This company lost and damaged several of my items. Movers also refused to use their furniture blankets so I have lots of damage to my solid wood furniture. This guy will rip you off! I refer my clients to him. I work in behavioral health and now I'm seeing someone who will take advantage! I use them last week. First they arrived an hour late. The drank sodas and threw it all over my yard. They keep asking for tips and said how they work better with tips. They scratched my walls, doors, broke my closet. Broke my tv and bookshelves. they left over half the stuff at my old house. and showed up to the new house in 35 minutes which the new place was exactly 6 minutes away. They said they got losses but didn't call. The unloaded the stuff in 25 minutes but it look them an hour and a half to load because they where hanging out talking and asking for tips at the end. we called Mario he refused to answer only text. After haggling with him I got $40 back. Wow thanks. The guys strong armed me into giving them $300 when Mario said $220. I am a pregnant women and my husband was at the other place. All in all my stuff is broken and we had to go back and get the rest of the stuff in 15 trips with a small Nissan because they didn't do there job! Had a great experience with the movers themselves. Very nice guys. My concern is with the dispatcher Mario. I had a terrarium that was broken on accident by one of the guys during the move. No big deal. He apologized, took pictures, and assured me I would be compensated. He called Mario and we talked about him replacing the tank. He said he would bring a new one tomorrow. We didn't hear from him for a week after several calls and voicemails. Finally got ahold of him. Said he would call later because they were busy. Still never called back so I had to call him again. He said he had a used tank that was larger than the one I had. He said he would send pictures so I can see if I could use it. Still haven't heard back. Now I might have to get a lawyer involved. My husband and I purchased an 800 pound safe from Costco. Costco contracts the delivery out to deliver the purchased item, however they do not assist with bringing the item into the home. I then decided to contact Mario at fast action movers. I have worked with fast action movers in my previous work capacity and they have always been very reasonable in price and extremely courteous. I gave Mario a call told him our problem with an 800 pound safe sitting in our garage. Mario was super helpful and responsive he said he would be able to help the next day and he showed up promptly with his employees and moving an 800 pound safe is no easy task.
