This is the first time in 7 years this has happened. I called Tom at Massey's and said I am broke down and need to be towed. He asked what the problem was and I told him. I asked him if he has power so I can plug the coach in and he said so you want an extension cord (he was being funny) and he said yes we have 50 amps to plug into. That said they were 4 people short today and his team hopped right on things and got me taken care of. They worked about 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. Once fixed they ran a force regen on the system and verified there were no more issues. Instead of gouging me like most places would do they actually gave me a big break and my bill was over half what I expected. Thanks Tom and Tim you guys are great and you now have a customer for life.

We were able to get it started with our generator, but needed someone with Rv knowledge to let us know what was wrong before we were all the way to our campsite. This repair was more than I could handle. After all, it's twenty years old, things are going to break down. I had a VERY difficult repair to my slide mechanisms that three other "mobile" companies said they could fix but didn't. In fact, one of them made it worse, charged me a lot, then left without returning to fix it. Those three just wanted "show up" money and two of them got nothing. I contacted the state atty and got a refund - a year later. I did some deeply educational homework on my slide problems so I could know exactly what and how to fix it. I ordered the parts from HWH in Iowa so they would be here when the right repairman showed up and I wouldn't be billed an exorbitant amount. I ran into issues with my gate code and the female "store manager" with glasses, grey hair comes outside & approached my vehicle and offered no assistance when trying to access my unit besides "are you in access hours", kept denying me access to my unit and said the gate is closed. Even tho this company advertises as being 24/7!!!She was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I put up with a lot of issues I run into from this storage unit from having a unit filled with dust and trash always piled up beside my unit. They raised my rent twice within the last year and have never complained about the issues but today really set me off. Simple customer service went out the window and was instead met with attitude. I called customer service after and made a complaint directly with an agent.

I rented a small 5x5 unit here in February 2025 solely because it was advertised at $19 per month…read more Since then, the rate has been increased repeatedly in less than a year--from $19 to around $30, then $50, and now $70 per month. That is more than triple the original price in under a year. When I contacted management to raise concerns, I was told they can increase the rent however and whenever they want, and that if I don't like it my only option is to vacate the unit. That response is unreasonable, particularly given that customers cannot easily move their belongings on short notice--especially when living out of state. This pricing structure feels intentionally designed to lure customers in with a low introductory rate and then impose steep, frequent increases once their property is stored. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects fair, transparent, or stable pricing. The BBB & Attorney General are currently investigating their practices.
