Massey's Diesel & RV Repair

I have to say Massey's Diesel will always be my place to go for at issue or service. My 2013…read moreEntegra Anthem 43 foot class A RV with 83,000 broke down I. Buckeye and had to be towed. This is the first time in 7 years this has happened. I called Tom at Massey's and said I am broke down and need to be towed. He asked what the problem was and I told him. I asked him if he has power so I can plug the coach in and he said so you want an extension cord (he was being funny) and he said yes we have 50 amps to plug into. That said they were 4 people short today and his team hopped right on things and got me taken care of. They worked about 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. Once fixed they ran a force regen on the system and verified there were no more issues. Instead of gouging me like most places would do they actually gave me a big break and my bill was over half what I expected. Thanks Tom and Tim you guys are great and you now have a customer for life.

Told me it'd take a couple days and 4 hours of labor. Fast forward 4 weeks later- these guys couldn't get it together- mistake after mistake they ended up using the wrong settings to run overhead and charged me $2000 and refused to put fresh oil. Broke my shifter, tried to send me home with a truck that had broken shifter and wouldn't shift properly because they messed it all up. Took it back and they replaced it with an after market shifter so I had to replace it myself with my own money. Less than 80 miles later the truck broke down on the freeway. Had a knocking noise and no power. Took it back to Massey's to ask em what the hell they did and found out they used the WRONG settings on my Cummins 400. Months later after having it sit in their yard they kept blaming and saying other problems and finally gave up and sent it to Cummins where they could properly fix the truck and had it done in a week. Masseys wouldn't compensate anything even thought they tied me up with no truck for months. do not recommend this place to ANYONE!

We had a true emergency with our RV while traveling from out of state. Our trailer stabilizers were…read morestuck and wouldn't detach from our truck, threatening to derail our entire vacation. I called and spoke with Ali, who immediately told us to bring it in. From that first conversation to the end of the service, the entire team was outstanding. They went well above and beyond locating a hard-to-find part hours away and doing whatever it took to get us back on the road quickly. Thanks to their expertise, quick thinking, and incredible dedication, we were able to continue our vacation without missing a beat. The level of customer service was exceptional, and the pricing for an emergency service especially considering how far they were willing to go was more than fair. You truly saved our trip. Thank you so much for everything you did. You've earned a loyal customer for life!

The quality and timeliness of the work were good, but the company's accountability and customer…read moreservice were disappointing. While my RV was being serviced, the battery disconnect switch was left in the "on" position, which caused the battery to die. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. One employee even apologized and acknowledged that the switch should have been turned off. However, the service advisor made no effort to correct the issue after it was confirmed that the battery would no longer hold a charge. Instead, she offered to sell me a replacement battery and still charge me labor for the installation. She also stated that I was lucky she was not charging me simply to test the battery, because according to her, the company charges for everything -- even basic battery testing. We spent a lot of money on our repairs so it is really disappointing that they could not offer any solutions for their mistake. In the end, it is not right that they made the mistake of leaving the switch on, and I was expected to pay the full cost of a battery and the "labor" to fix it. (For those that are wondering, the batteries health and performance were great when I brought it in). In the end, the experience left me with little confidence in the company's accountability or commitment to customer service.

OKAY RV peeps, I have had the ABSOLUTE BEST service from a local Mobile RV repair. These guys are…read morephenomenal. They made an appointment way ahead of time and sent texts as to when they would show up. I have a 2005 G38J and usually do all the maintenance myself despite my handicap. This repair was more than I could handle. After all, it's twenty years old, things are going to break down. I had a VERY difficult repair to my slide mechanisms that three other "mobile" companies said they could fix but didn't. In fact, one of them made it worse, charged me a lot, then left without returning to fix it. Those three just wanted "show up" money and two of them got nothing. I contacted the state atty and got a refund - a year later. I did some deeply educational homework on my slide problems so I could know exactly what and how to fix it. I ordered the parts from HWH in Iowa so they would be here when the right repairman showed up and I wouldn't be billed an exorbitant amount. I asked pointed questions to the hopeful repairman and he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. PRECISION RV REPAIR in Tucson is the best. Noah is a hydraulics and RV Master. I cannot express my relief from frustration enough to have found an HONEST, RELIABLE, and AFFORDABLE Rv repair company. I'm so elated to find a knowledgeable local company that I'm posting this. I'm not paid as an advertiser, just a VERY, VERY, VERY happy customer who wants to shout it out to those who need help.
