I politely suggested to the salesman, Christian, that they should delete the ad so it doesn't waste people's time. His response? He just replied with a laughing face emoji That's it. No "thanks for letting us know," no apology, no removal of the ad -- just a laughing emoji as if my time (and everyone else's) being wasted was funny. This level of arrogance and lack of basic customer service is ridiculous. If this is how Sun City RV treats potential customers who are simply trying to help them keep their listings accurate, I can only imagine how they treat people after a sale. Won't be shopping here. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your RV.
