I was looking for a trailer to haul my side-by-side and came across JacksSons Trailers after reading a review about another business. I found the 6x12 single axle trailer I wanted online and called to check its availability. The trailer was available, so I visited their Glendale location. Upon arrival, I spoke with Jares, who was extremely busy as the only salesman working that day. Despite his workload, Jares took the time to acknowledge me, welcome me, and assure me he would assist me as soon as possible. While waiting, several employees from different departments introduced themselves and offered assistance. Everyone was pleasant, and we had some engaging conversations about the trailer. When Jares was ready, the buying process was incredibly smooth. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the business and made helpful recommendations for accessories I had overlooked. The price listed online was honored without any of the typical "salesman" tactics I have experienced elsewhere. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Needed repair to my side by side trailer and located JacksSons in the Yellow Pages and Took my trailer by for estimate. Keith was able to give me the almost perfect quote that was a bit below my budget. Called me when complete and I found the Welding repair(s) and installation of gate lift was well worth the time and cost. My husband and I have been having issues with our brake and turn signal lights working on our kettle corn food trailer. We had tried everything we could think of to figure out the issue. I called Jackssons and spoke with Keith. He let me know that they were booked out for the next week or two, but told me to come by so they could at least help pinpoint the issue. Keith and his service tech spent an hour and a half with us testing things, changing fuses, fixing wiring, they left no stone unturned! They were able to get the lights working for us before we left, and also let us know what part we needed for our truck in order to fix the issue for good. We depend on being able to move our trailer around safely so that we can make money as a mobile food vendor, it's our entire livelihood! Safety chains broke...both.... And only a miracle prevented serious accident or death when my ball snapped off. Haulmark uses 2"balls, not 2 5/16!!! These are heavy trailers. Wtf? Haulmark said they would fix the damage, but only did half. Jacksons tried to return it to me that way. I refused to accept it, but in the conversation with service manager it was clear he did not want to fix it. After two months of hearing nothing I contacted Haulmark and was told they knew nothing if the situation, but said they would deal with it. That never happened and now I have a smashed in trailer. Cannot emphasize enough to avoid these guys, or at least insist on 2 5/16 ball and proper safety chains. Fyi. They also made us register the trailer ourselves. 2 hrs at DMV. Not cool. Gave 3 stars instead of 1 because they have some good people. read more

I have purchased several trailers from them over the years, Always super happy with them as a dealer! My most recent was a 26ft flatbed which has been hard to find with the trailer shortage! And I was glad that they had one! As always the process was super simple and the staff is very easy going and knowledgeable! I stop in at-least a few times a year to look at trailers and they are always friendly and I always fell zero pressure to buy, which is nice with so many places having high pressure sales tactics these days. I have purchased many hard to find trailer items (couplers, lights , center caps) from them over the years and they have quite a bit on hand in the store, and if they don't have it they give you an idea of where to look. I have cracked aluminum fenders on my PJ Car Hauler. I got a price for a small welding job...$400.00...SHOCKED!!! I reached out to JacksSons Trailers...they were very responsive and said they could sell me brand new ones for $400.00. They verified from my VIN # that they had the correct ones in stock and I went to their store. They were friendly and efficient and loaded them in my SUV. Soon as they get paid they can care less. I perchanced a 22k trailer Friday in 5 days of having it 2 blowouts and the other tires all have cracks. I messaged the salesman and not even a response. I will never buy from again. read more

I have been in the market for a dump trailer for quite a while. There are so many options here in the Phoenix area. After doing lots of research on the top brands and quality built trailers I ended up at Jackson Trailers. Mark answered all the questions I had about the trailer with zero pressure to buy! I've purchased 3 trailers from this place and had a great experience each time. However when I recently brought my larger trailer in for service, it was a different story. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. When I first spoke to John in service, he told me to bring my trailer down and he'd get me a quote on some parts that needed welded and repacking my axles. I explained that I use the trailer for work and would need the quote Wednesday/ Thursday so they could then do repairs and have back to me by following Monday. He said that wouldn't be an issue and so I left trailer. So the entire week passed and because I was busy with work I completely spaced that he was supposed to call. It's now Friday and when I call and talk to John, he explains that he wasn't able to even look at my trailer all week, and that the earliest would be Monday. He went on further to explain how "sorry" he was for not getting to it. He explained that Monday he would get me the quotes! Monday came... no call and no call back from my message. Tuesday comes and I get a call in the evening stating that I need an entire brake job!!! What?!... what happened to my quote for my bearings??!! On top of that it was a $2500 quote.. great. So I then asked for an emailed quote including parts and labor. Nothing received that day or Wednesday. When I talked to John this morning (now Thursday) I told him I wanted a quote for all services need to get my trailer updated on all maintenance items that have been discussed. He had the audacity to tell me that he wouldn't have time to get my trailer in today or even possibly tomorrow. Needless to say, I swiftly went to pick up my trailer since my money, and more importantly, my time isn't valued there. Id love to say buy from this place and don't do service with them, but I like doing service where I purchase. Service is a very big part of the sale and having great service shows the real reason why you purchase from someone in the first place. The selection is good but the prices are high. No one will come outside of the office to help you. They are lazy and expect you to go looking for help. The dude in the yard didn't know anything about the trailers nor did the woman who finally came outside. You will need electric brake installed before you can rent anything. They charge $180 to install brake. I do not recommend going to this location. Maybe Mesa location is better place to deal with from the reviews. read more
