I Googled mobile RV Repair and came up with 20 businesses. I went down the list and was able to get an appointment with another company that never showed up at the designated day/time, despite repeated follow up calls. I then went down the list and called nearly every one of them but not one of them, EXCEPT Wrenches N Ratchets Mobile would come onsite for repair. Every one said I needed to bring in my motor home. The problem was, it wouldn't start, so how could I bring in something that wouldn't move? Sean at Wrenches N Ratchets said he would come out and look at it. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel pump. It required removing the gas from an almost full 90-gallon gas tank, and then removing the tank to get at the fuel pump. He was able to secure the part, install it, and she was humming again as if she had received a new heart! Thanks to Sean and his assistant, Sean Sr., at Wrenches N Ratchets for their professional, expert work in tackling quite a difficult job. They showed up when they said they would and kept in constant contact with you. I would HIGHLY recommend them. read more

I would give more stars is it was possible. I've been sitting on a Skoolie project for a few years now and Wratches and Wrenches has been so overwhelmingly helpful in mechanical repairs. I had felt with a few different repair companies waaay back when I got this bus. They were fine but one of them did some damage when they helped me take out the seats and Wratches and Wrenches completely fixed it. Everybody working here is super helpful and very respectful. They explained the repairs and we're very no nonsense throughout the whole process. It was honestly fun to get the bus repaired because of them which was a real treat. I'll definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to all of you who may read this and anyone else I know in the area in need of mechanical repairs on larger vehicles. They we're helpful, kind, and fair through and through. read more

We bought our first ever motorhome from a private owner and Wrenches n Ratchets did a pre-purchase inspection on it. I found this company on Yelp, and they responded within couples of hours with a quota. They were the only company to be available to have the unit inspected the following day (super-fast) and to travel 1.5 hours to the site. The technician showed up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. The report/invoice was sent to us electronically the same day. Great professionalism, excellent customer service, fast delivery. I would consider using them next time for sure. Thank you, Samantha! read more

My son shared a name and number with me since I was in a spot and needed to get some work done on my coach. I was not looking forward to sifting through mechanics to find a stand up individual. After talking with the team at Wrenches N Ratchets, I didn't need to make another call. Not only was the fuel pump replaced at a fair cost but the service was as good as it gets. While the job didn't go exactly as planned (rarely does) it was done right and in a timely fashion! Did i mention the price was fair? Anytime I need work done on any of my vehicles, Wrenches N Ratchets is who I will be calling! read more

This was my first time using a mobile mechanic and I wasn't sure what to expect. It turned out to be a wonderful experience! The price is extremely fair and the experienced mechanic was extremely helpful. He walked me through everything he did and was very informative when I had a question. I know it can be very difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic so I hope this review helps others to make the decision to give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed! Thanks again! read more

Never use this company. They make you pay $480 plus dollars to dispatch "techs" that don't have a clue what they are doing. I had a terminal on a battery loose (diesel Battery they come off) and try to tell me it was the starter. I was with them for an hour and half. Call another company and they had it resolved in 15-20 minutes They make you sign several forms because they don't want you to dispute there bogus charges. I read more

I would say they are by far the best service in the area. They had no openings, but I asked and said we need it done right away. They called and moved customers around and came out.
