When I called to resolve the issue and requested to speak with a manager, I was repeatedly denied access. Instead, I was told by staff that the manager "advised the driver" that the U-bolts required re-torquing. As I am both the owner and the driver, I can confirm that no such instruction was ever given. Furthermore, there is no mention of a required re-torque or mileage-based adjustment on my official work order or any provided documentation. It is disappointing to see a shop fail to stand behind its work and refuse to engage in a professional dialogue when a clear error in installation occurs. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service or professional customer support.

Especially because I've got a diesel and I know they require a special touch. Well, not only was I expecting the bill to be much higher but I honestly wasn't expecting to get it back until Thursday or even Friday. Turns out it was a sensor for the accelerator and they had it ready for pickup on Monday by 3pm! The parking lot was full and my passenger was happy with their service. I needed to replace my Wife's car AC cabin fan and radiator fan. I bought the parts at the dealer expecting to do the repair myself. After watching YouTube videos I decided someone with actual skill and experience needed to do the job. I made an appointment through Yelp. The repair took about three hours. I was happy when they called with the request to proceed after testing that they did not try to up sell me on other repairs, just I was right that the fan motors were bad. When I picked up the repaired car, they did have a list of issues and discussed the importance of repairing each. Most were just fine right now but watch for issues in the future. They did say there was a split hose from the engine air filter to the engine which needed replacing sooner than later. Since I do the routine maintenance on my cars at home they suggested buying a new hose and installing it myself. They were happy to do it but said that part was easy to replace. I also appreciate they returned the replaced parts without me asking. First repair and I'm impressed. I posted on an Uber driver facebook group about the company. One driver replied they don't go Cha-Ching when a female walks in. Everything about my first repair was transparent and fully discussed before the repair and when I picked up.

This is the first time in 7 years this has happened. I called Tom at Massey's and said I am broke down and need to be towed. He asked what the problem was and I told him. I asked him if he has power so I can plug the coach in and he said so you want an extension cord (he was being funny) and he said yes we have 50 amps to plug into. That said they were 4 people short today and his team hopped right on things and got me taken care of. They worked about 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. Once fixed they ran a force regen on the system and verified there were no more issues. Instead of gouging me like most places would do they actually gave me a big break and my bill was over half what I expected. Thanks Tom and Tim you guys are great and you now have a customer for life.

Told me it'd take a couple days and 4 hours of labor. Fast forward 4 weeks later- these guys couldn't get it together- mistake after mistake they ended up using the wrong settings to run overhead and charged me $2000 and refused to put fresh oil. Broke my shifter, tried to send me home with a truck that had broken shifter and wouldn't shift properly because they messed it all up. Took it back and they replaced it with an after market shifter so I had to replace it myself with my own money. Less than 80 miles later the truck broke down on the freeway. Had a knocking noise and no power. Took it back to Massey's to ask em what the hell they did and found out they used the WRONG settings on my Cummins 400. Months later after having it sit in their yard they kept blaming and saying other problems and finally gave up and sent it to Cummins where they could properly fix the truck and had it done in a week. Masseys wouldn't compensate anything even thought they tied me up with no truck for months. do not recommend this place to ANYONE!
