This is the first time in 7 years this has happened. I called Tom at Massey's and said I am broke down and need to be towed. He asked what the problem was and I told him. I asked him if he has power so I can plug the coach in and he said so you want an extension cord (he was being funny) and he said yes we have 50 amps to plug into. That said they were 4 people short today and his team hopped right on things and got me taken care of. They worked about 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. Once fixed they ran a force regen on the system and verified there were no more issues. Instead of gouging me like most places would do they actually gave me a big break and my bill was over half what I expected. Thanks Tom and Tim you guys are great and you now have a customer for life.

Told me it'd take a couple days and 4 hours of labor. Fast forward 4 weeks later- these guys couldn't get it together- mistake after mistake they ended up using the wrong settings to run overhead and charged me $2000 and refused to put fresh oil. Broke my shifter, tried to send me home with a truck that had broken shifter and wouldn't shift properly because they messed it all up. Took it back and they replaced it with an after market shifter so I had to replace it myself with my own money. Less than 80 miles later the truck broke down on the freeway. Had a knocking noise and no power. Took it back to Massey's to ask em what the hell they did and found out they used the WRONG settings on my Cummins 400. Months later after having it sit in their yard they kept blaming and saying other problems and finally gave up and sent it to Cummins where they could properly fix the truck and had it done in a week. Masseys wouldn't compensate anything even thought they tied me up with no truck for months. do not recommend this place to ANYONE!

They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

She was rude and difficult to deal with. At one point she called demanding our deductible check be mailed, without the job being finished. We had our black tank replaced, and it STILL leaks. Their excuse that a new tank will leak if filled all the way is simply not true, according to other RV techs. They've refused to fix the issue and badly overcharged our insurance company, which now won't work with them anymore. They made zero effort to rectify the situation. They do not stand by their work. I would not recommend them to anyone.

He helped us install and then, after problems arose from a product defect, advised us about how to remedy difficulties with the cell booster antenna, including contacting the manufacturer. I have known him and his quality work with the utmost attention to every detail on my motorhome since 2017. Every time I have an issue with my "moneypit" motorhome Daniel shows me how an issue can be resolved with a simple repair. Most recently, he saved me thousands of dollars on my heat-pump HVAC unit by simply replacing the worn part.......during his inspection, he found a small additional item which I immediately agreed should be replaced. He did so at a minimal cost. I will not go into the pricing for repairs but I will state that his pricing is beyond exceptional as I have found out in the past. I am very happy to see Daniel has taken that major step to go into business for himself rather than working for others. Having being in business here in Arizona as a licensed General Contractor for over 40 years, I have seen many wannabees, but Daniel is the real deal. You will never find a better company or owner than RV Fixed Yet, llc. In addition, I needed some other work which included replacing a side camara, removing the diamond shield on the generator door, "which he had to do anyways due to the damage from the chair", which would require repainting the whole door. I also ask him to prep and repaint the upper trim around the bus. He needed three colors to do the door but buy enough paint to do the upper trim also. since we were replacing the one side camera lets due a backup and the other side camera as well. I sent Brian pictures of the damage. Brian was prompt with the estimate and made a comment it was a rough draft but would work with me. Brian was paid in full buy the guy who caused the damage prior to starting the job. Brian indicated he had to finish a couple other jobs and should be able start in a week or so. This was around the first week of Nov. I had no issues with that because I was going to be out of state. Brian had a hard time committing to more than a couple hours of work when he did show up. He would say he was coming and not come. I would text him and he very slow to respond. Had to text him several time. I finally indicated to him he needed to communicate with me. He sent me pics of some of his paint work which look good and he indicated he owned body shop for several years. I don't like burning people on a review but felt my experience with Bryon should be told. Brians work ethics as a business owner for me were below my minimum expectations. Not Dependable! He started my job the first of November 2025 and has never completed the work. My last communication with Bryon was on January 1st. I had mentioned to him I needed it at Christmas. He replied not a problem..lol. First, he doesn't show up when he says he going to and when he did show up it was only for a couple of hours before dark. To help expedite the work, I removed the 3M film and 1/2 glue residual on the front of the bus. I installed the backup camara. The lower driving light was also damaged. He had purchased 2 so they would be the same. I ended up installing them. His paint was blow what I what I what expect from a previous body shop owner. Tape lines were off, he over sprayed silver into the green then clear coated over it after he told me he was going to fix the over spray. He ran out paint several times. If you any experience in having auto paint color matched, you need to have enough to complete the job and have a little left over. He was always trying to stretch the paint by thinning it to much which causing not to cover well. When he painted the front of the bus, he was in a hurry to leave and asked me to un tape it if it started to rain. Whether it rained or not he should have stayed and un taped it when the paint was still pliable. Needless to say, any I wasn't happy about that. with him running out of paint left several light spots on the upper trim of the bus. he was aware and said he would fix it. The wind picked up and blew off some paper that fresh paint on it which smeared onto other portions of the bus, He did not bother to clean that when it was still wet. I'm not sure if Bryon and I got off on a wrong foot somewhere or this is how he works. He has some great reviews, and I had read them prior to hiring him. As an owner of an aircraft repair facility for 25 years, aircraft repair and paint were one of my specialties which leaves me a little anal. I also offered Brian the use of my air compressor or any tool he might need. I sent a text to Brian on January 1, stating was getting a little concerned about what was going on and if didn't want to complete the job I would hire someone to finish it which included all his mess up. I have never heard back from Brian. Brian was very personable, but I would not hire him for any more work.
