Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

The main issue was a water leak near the steps, which I documented and sent to them. Despite having my RV for over five weeks, they admitted via text that they hadn't touched the leak for more than three weeks because they were "waiting on backsplash tiles." I repeatedly told them the backsplash wasn't damaged and that I was leaving the state soon -- yet they delayed the repair anyway. When I finally picked up the RV, they told me it had been quality‑checked and that the leak was fixed. Within hours of plugging it in at my new home in Texas, the same area was leaking again. The repair was poorly done, as shown in my photos -- sealant smeared around fittings, loose clamps, and mismatched parts. When I contacted them, the response was simply, "Oh no, what do you want me to do?" -- no accountability, no apology, no solution. To make matters worse: * Two rear lights were left on, draining my truck battery overnight. * The gray tank valve was left open. * The awning fabric now looks damaged, though it wasn't before. * The faucet they were supposed to fix is still broken. This was my first fifth wheel, purchased new and used only four times. I trusted Rowley White RV to stand behind their product and warranty. Instead, I received delays, poor workmanship, and dismissive communication. The repair estimate even shows they were paid for the leak repair -- yet the leak remains. If you're considering service or warranty work here, document everything and inspect every inch before leaving the lot. My experience was unprofessional from start to finish.

BUYER BEWARE -- Sun Devil Trailers still owes me $6,500…read more More than a year ago, I paid Chris $6,500 to build a trailer that he promised to complete. To this day, I have received no trailer, no refund, no VIN, no photographs, and no evidence that construction ever began. Chris claimed he could provide a VIN, but I have never seen it. He later told me the trailer was trapped at a powder-coating shop because the shop's owner had allegedly failed to pay rent and the property was being foreclosed upon. When I confronted him and asked for evidence, he still could not provide a VIN, photograph, receipt, progress update, or anything demonstrating that my trailer actually existed. This is not simply a project running behind schedule. After more than a year, Sun Devil Trailers has my $6,500, while I have received absolutely nothing in return and no proof that my money was ever used to build the trailer I ordered. My experience is also not the only serious complaint involving this company. Arizona's Family's "On Your Side" reported that another customer waited 17 months for a mobile golf-simulator trailer and alleged approximately $50,000 in missing parts and materials. The report also stated that court records showed two judgments against Sun Devil Trailer Manufacturing for failing to pay employees. The BBB currently gives the company an F rating for failing to respond to complaints. Based on my firsthand experience, I believe I was repeatedly misled, and I strongly recommend that prospective customers do not give this company any money without independently verifying the trailer, VIN, materials, build progress, and ownership--and protecting every payment through a written contract and a recoverable payment method. Avoid Sun Devil Trailers (SDT)…read more In September 2025, I brought my single‑axle bass boat trailer to SDT to add a second axle. A one‑week job turned into nearly a month, with every delay blamed on "painting issues." I never received proactive updates--only excuses when I called. When I picked it up, the fender was still missing its matching trim color, which they said would arrive in two weeks. It still hasn't as of this review. Over the next few months, I dealt with two blown hubs on the same wheel, rubber stepping pads falling off because super glue was used as adhesive, and repeated trips back for repairs that didn't last. See photo of the first wheel‑bearing blowout. The owner answered his phone but never called with updates, even after missed deadlines. The breaking point was driving home with only three wheels for the second time--something that should never happen once. SDT claimed the axle and hubs were replaced, yet the wheels still looked misaligned. A different trailer repair shop inspected it and found incomplete welds, axles that didn't fit the trailer, uneven tire spacing, and axles that appeared old rather than new. See pictures of the welds. They also found a blown wheel bearing on the other axle, brakes installed on the front axle instead of the rear, and the fiberglass fender's paint cracking because the weight was resting on a single bar instead of being supported evenly. After dealing with all of this, I later spoke with other people and businesses who said they had also heard negative comments about SDT, which only confirmed the pattern. According to the repair shop, I was lucky I hadn't already been in an accident. July 2026, I am now starting over with a different shop.

Then Peter came out to look at the side of our RV and the nightmare i had just done to the side of it. It sounded like nothing id ever heard. Like i was ripping it right down the middle of it. I don't ever want to hear that sound again... ever. Peter was unbelievably kind. He knew exactly how I felt. He reassured me that he had seen much worse... not to worry, and that he would make sure it would be just like new when he was finished with it. He kept in touch and updated us along the way. He wasn't like any insurance company or estimator i have ever dealt with.. and i used to be a manager at a body shop! He was kind, personal, sincere and straight up honest with us. On our first trip one of the doors on the cabinet fell off, the air conditioning vent on the side of the camper blew off the side while driving, the table was so wobbly we couldn't sit anything on it, the bench seat moved with the camper and tore a section in the wall and the whole frame of the bench fell apart (never even sat in the seat). Took this camper in for repairs. It took over 3 months to get this completed. Kept getting that we were waiting on the Manufacture. After getting that excuse too many times, I asked for the number and called the manufacture myself. They informed me that the parts were not ordered until 3 months after we took our camper in. Per their records, the parts were shipped out 3 to 4 days after receiving the order. Then to make matters worse, they gave me the tracking numbers of the parts and come to find out, they were delivered over a week prior to my phone call to the manufacture to see what the holdup was. After calling back the dealer and telling them that the parts were delivered and who signed for them. They finally found them and blamed the UPS driver. We have had to cancel several camping trips due to the camper being in the shop for repairs. Now after getting our camper - the a/c is not working, will not blow cold air at all. The dealer told us that if the outside temperature gets above 90 degrees, that the a/c will stop working and just blow hot air. So here we are waiting and waiting again for repairs that take way too long to get fixed. Our last trip with the camper, the camper was in with service for at least 2 weeks. We had another camping trip planned (the 2nd one for 3 days). I called them on a Monday to tell them I would be picking up the camper on Friday. Friday came and I picked up the camper. Got it home, that evening went out to get it ready for the trip and what did I find - the a/c unit and whole section was still torn apart. Nothing was put back together at all. Called them on Saturday morning - told them I was bringing the camper back and I expected it to be put back together when I get there. We have only had the camper for 9 or 10 months and we have only used it 2 times since we have gotten the camper. It has been in the shop more time than we have had it. Also, no Blackstone grill hook up parts, so they had to order them so we could use the built-in grill. On our 2nd trip with it, which was only for 3 days, we had to fix a water leak in the outside sink. It kept leaking water into the bottom of the camper. We have had nothing but problems and poor service. Very disappointed and wishing we never bought this camper or at this dealer. Just a very poorly built camper and very poor service at this dealer.

Staff - mostly great…read more Here is the red flag - when I asked (during my 3rd visit) if they have any objection to me bringing in an independent inspector, I was told that for insurance reasons I cannot but that they have a great service department. Big red flag. So you want me to commit to a 10 yr mortgage like deal that you will make thousands of bucks on but I can't have it inspected by a 3rd party? Couple things for those wanting to buy: 1. Reputable inspectors have insurance so no reason to say no. 2. ... If a dealer is unwilling to let you inspect - go elsewhere. I don't want to buy an RV then discover issues and have it sitting for months on end waiting for service. Question - you don't have confidence in the RVs you get from manufacturers? No reason. It to allow an independent, insured inspector unless you are shady and trying to hide something.
