I…read morehate to admit it, but when I showed up, I was sassy and frustrated because the previous shop had my car for over a month and soaked me over $8K and I was in the exact same spot. Even with my sass, I was greeted by a professional, personable and friendly representative. She explained that they had been working on it, and they were waiting for parts, but would grab the technician to elaborate further. I don't think there are technicians anywhere that know more than the team at Curt's! I'm not kidding! The technican knew some tricks to tune it up without running my pocketbook through the ringer. I could go on for days about their knowledge. You can believe my surprise when I received a call from Curt's saying my car was ready for pick up after a few days when a corvette specialist couldn't figure it out after a month! I love to learn and wish I could do more of the work myself but that's not always the case. The technicians at Curt's can dumb it down even if you're not a gear-head and take the time to explain EVERYTHING in as much or as little detail as you want and answer any questions no matter how silly! Even after my little attitude problem they welcomed me to the Curt's Auto Repair Family :) The prices are competitive, quality repairs and customer service can't be beat! I had took my performance car in for work here and received nothing but headache and a car that…read morecaught on fire ! I would never take any of my vehicles here ever again. It started off with a diagnosis of an issue where the car would struggle to rev and ended with me never trusting a shop with my car ever ! The car needed a tune that ended up getting figured out but took multiple months. I had them fix my rear main seal and the engine issue which was fixed with a tune. When i had received the car back. The technician "Eric" drove it like a mad man breaking the tires loose which shouldn't be part of the " simple repair ". Once the test drive ended i had took the car back home and before i even made it back the car had ignited brake fluid that was leaking from a clutch line onto the header that wasn't properly installed causing the whole entire car to catch on fire ! After i had to save my own car from the fire they were so eager to fix but i was given a car that had the power steering go out on me while I was driving it. After another 2 and a half weeks of the car being in the shop i got it back with only repairs that were "necessary" to get the car to run still had burnt hoses and lines in back of the intake manifold that i paid good money for burnt for me to repair on my own time. Once i got the car back i had countless phone calls of having the Owner/manager hang up the phone on me from another issue happening with the clutch after they had just messed with it my clutch was not wanting to engage properly and they refused to work on it i have audio recorded calls with this as well. I then had another shop "On-The-Go transmissions" diagnose the issue as them not bleeding the clutch properly. So thanks Curt's auto repair for absolutely torturing my car.

I haven't visited your shop in about three years, and I noticed some new faces there, but I have serious concerns about the work done on my vehicle--specifically by Shane. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, including a new radiator, fuel pump, window regulator, and control arms, and paid $2,000 for the service. When I dropped off the car, the only steering issue was the need for an alignment and the bad control arm. However, when I picked it up, I immediately noticed several new problems DBC Malfunction Start-Off Assist Inactive DSC Malfunction Cruise Control Failure. These are all related to steering and stability--critical safety components on a high-performance 450bhp 335i. This turned my car into a dangerous liability. Concerned, I took the car to Arrowhead BMW, where they confirmed that parts were missing and fuses had been pulled--issues that were not present before bringing it to your shop. I personally handle most of my car's maintenance and only bring my vehicles in when major work is needed. I've trusted your shop for years and have always had good experiences in the past, as reflected in my previous Google review. When I picked up my car, Shane rushed out, citing a personal emergency, without giving me the courtesy of reviewing the work. When I returned the next day to address the issues, he dismissed my concerns, claiming an alignment would fix everything. This was completely false, which Arrowhead BMW later confirmed. Because of the damage caused, I had to pay $4,700 to repair what was improperly done. I have the proof and receipts to confirm that my vehicle was mishandled. I am reaching out once more in good faith, giving you one more week to respond before I pursue legal action. If I do not hear from you, I will be suing for damages beyond just the cost of repairs, as this situation put my life, my wife's, and my children's lives at risk. I am also deeply concerned that this may have been intentional or discriminatory in nature. Regardless, it was reckless, and I will not let it go unaddressed. Nate jumped in action and tracked down the correct gear set needed at a fair price, installed a carrier he had on the shelf and had my truck back to me the same day! Said whenever the new carrier comes in, bring it back and we'll swap the new and correct one in. First of all, I NEVER asked or mentioned that this was going to put me out of a vehicle for a week.
