He was very friendly, and showed up to my warehouse within 30 mins to inspect my trailer. After quick inspection, he gave me a price quote and had it repaired in same day. Price was very fair, and he gave me very honest opinion about additional preventive repairs that may cause more damage to my trailer in the long run. I have dealt with other service repair people who are wanting to over charge me, but Thomas was honest and upfront about all repairs that are needed. No hidden charges. Overall experience was great. Looking for a person to repair and tune up your lawnmower who by the way loves and knows lawnmowers ? It's Thomas. I brought him a Briggs and Stratton mower that had trouble starting and would die out after 30 seconds of running. It only tool about 5-6 days and I got my mower back. I took it home and did not try it for two weeks. I took it out and on the first pull it started up and it seems to run faster with no hesitation or variance in the motor speed.. Plus the blade is sharp now and he did a small weld job on one part of it and tightened up the loose handle.
