I took my lawnmower in for a gas leak on the carburetor. I had purchased a new carb online, but unfortunately it was the wrong one so I gave it to the owner since I couldn't use it. He told me he would repair the gas leak for $25. He had my lawnmower for 2 weeks and when I went to pick it up today, the bill was $165. He said he replaced the spark plug, which I had just replaced prior to taking it into his store. He replaced the air cleaner, which it didn't need one and he replaced the blade, which it didn't need either. He DID NOT fix the gas leak in the carburetor. I did not authorize any of these unnecessary repairs. I only asked him to fix the gas leak. It is still leaking just like it did before I took it in which I brought to his attention. If I could give ZERO stars, I would, but you cant. This is not a reputable establishment. I would advise not using their service. read more

Again under new ownership and unfortunately they sell crap Chinese replacement parts. I purchased all my echo lawn equipment here and when a part to my weedeater broke he replaced it with a six dollar part (I paid $30) that immediately fell apart on the first use. When I took it back in to ask him about it he was very defensive and rude. Telling me that it was missing parts and when I explain to him the reason it was missing parts was because it fell apart and pieces went everywhere he just got rude. If you need actual Echo parts for your machines I advise you go elsewhere. read more

Was told that it would only take two weeks. They must have gotten busy. If I used the tool for my living, this would've been a big problem. So keep that in mind. It's under new management owners Nam is Ken and run by Sergio customer service is terrible owner is extremely unprofessional and rude, pricing is ridiculously out of line . I'd been a customer there under previous ownerships for 20 years never again!! They tried charging me $103 for a twenty year old trimmer when all it needed was a couple fuel hoses and to be cleaned up.They tryed charging me $180 for a twenty five year old discontinued weed eater when you can buy a top of the line one for $199.Please people take heed do not use these people they are very unprofessional and shady!!!!!!! read more

Took 2 lawnmowers in at the same time. They were able to repair one of them for only $35. The other was beyond repair, my fault for leaving it out in the rain for years. Been coming here since the beginning, well technical my parents have since it was more than 20 yrs ago when it was called Roy's. Overall good shop with competent service repair people. My only draw back is that it seems I can never get out the door under $65 and I have to leave the mower for a week. Not the cheapest or fastest in town but I would still recommend them since you might pay a bit more here but at least you know they will do a good job. read more

We brought our battery operated mower here for a warranty repair (second time in less than two years). This was almost a year ago. Partially our fault for not following up more but we NEVER heard back from them and they either still have our mower or they got rid of it. I remembered driving by a few times and saying to myself that it would be a convenient spot if my mower ever breaks down. So I stopped in with my Mower. Mike the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me unload mower. Took it in and listened to my problems that I was having with it. He knew right away what was wrong and said I'll take care of it and have it back to you in a couple of days. He did exactly what he said he would do. Very impressed with overall customer service. They told me exactly what they were going to do, how much it was going to be, when it will be ready and If they found any problems give me a call. When I went to pick up the mower, price was slightly lower, only because the oil was still good and did not need to be drained. When I checked out the mower, I knew they did exactly what they said they did. I have taken my mower to other repair places and they charged a fortune for jobs they did not do. Their so called technicians were people hauled off the street not knowing anything about small engines when I questioned why my mower was not working after they have worked on it. About 4 days later (he said it may take up to a week), he told me what the issue was and quoted me a very reasonable $64 for the fix, tuneup, and blade sharpening. My husband had me take in his 15 year old mower to PLSR to have a new rip cord put on. Sergio mentioned another small repair while we waited and the repairman put on a new fuel-thingy, too, free of charge. I got to sit on the pretty pink stool while we waited, my 15 year old son walked around the shop and looked at all the cool tools and stuff, and my husband has his Bessie back! Bessie is 15 (how old is that in lawnmower years?) and he keeps saying every summer he's going to buy a new mower, but he never does! He may not replace Bessie until after our son goes off to college in a few years, if you ask me.
