We lost a very mature mesquite tree in a storm and needed the right replacement for our front yard…read more After checking out a few options, we decided to visit the original Moon Valley Nursery on 7th Street. It wasn't the closest location for us, but it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. There was zero sales pressure, and we were fortunate to meet Jeffrey Peters. He gave us a thorough education on the trees we were considering and helped us understand what would work best in our yard. The tree we loved was a little outside our budget, but Jeffrey worked with us and negotiated a price that made us very happy. The delivery and installation team from the 7th Street location were equally impressive. Eric and his crew were prompt, courteous, professional, and efficient. They walked us through everything--from placement to the watering and care schedule--making sure we were completely comfortable before they left. We were so pleased with the entire experience that we ended up purchasing even more! Thank you, Moon Valley Nursery on 7th Street, for an excellent all‑around experience--from sales to delivery to installation.

Can I give them 0 stars?…read more Purchased 8 tons of rock for my front and back yard and got so much damn dirt it's ridiculous. Called to speak with someone who informed me this is how it comes out of the mine. Should have been labeled half a ton of rock and 7 and half tons of dirt. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Rating recently dropped to D.

Thanks to the other reviews I wasn't expecting a lot. Yes, lots of confusion at C Rock…read more Don't expect anything to happen when it's suppose to. I ordered mulch and boulders in the same load. Mulch goes in, some boulders go in, big boss comes by and stops it all, says the driver has to deliver a load of dirt...to another unhappy customer. So they dump the load back into the mulch pile, rocks and all. How does such a company stay in business I have no idea. The boss is a micro manager so the employees try, but can't really do anything. It makes sense what other reviewers are saying...getting clean material is going to be hit and miss. And looking at the yard you can see it's a mess. They have a mountain of dirt and they've piled an even bigger pile of rock on top of. They try to pull the dirt out from under the rock but it doesn't really work. This is not a place you can order over the phone and expect to actually get. You have to go there. I don't think this is because they're dishonest, just don't seem to understand why they can't mix materials. But they are really cheap on some things. I found them honest and willing to try and fix mistakes, but boy do they make a lot of mistakes. My suggestion is you have to be there to see what they dump into the truck. If you wait until they dump on your site you're screwed. They may want to fix it but they're just unable to perform simple tasks. You have to supervise every step. Do not pay unless they say they're ready to load the truck right then...money drives everything there. Ask for a refund and all of sudden the big boss can answer a phone and things happen...screwing some other customer no doubt, but that's their problem. After the truck is loaded stay there until it leaves the yard because you just don't know what they're going to do. It was very entertaining to watch this show. I would use them again if what I needed was a lot cheaper and I watched every step. But I'm close by so making the several trips there wasn't a huge deal. Forget about calling them...you have to be there so you can say "refund my money" and then you're next in line.

I went in this past Saturday to purchase a refrigerator to be delivered to my home. I was told at the time the delivery would take place 4 days later on that next Wednesday. Fine. On Tuesday I received a text stating the delivery had been moved to the following week on Tuesday. I called the store and spoke I guess with the Store Manager. I guess. He did sound real eager to help, but he passed it on to a person in the appliances department. The gentleman di call me back and said I could chose a similar model and have it delivered on Friday. Not the original date but 2 days later. That was better than having to wait until the following week. I was also lied to that a truck had broken down. Come to find out the Home Depot didn't even have the refrigerator at their warehouse, but were waiting on a shipment. So I said, just refund the money and I'll go elsewhere to buy the refrigerator. They could do that either, because in their system it takes 48 to 72 hours to cancel and get my money back. I was also told this manager was working on the backside to push it through, and I would get a call from him. This was last Tuesday. I called the store to get an update from the manager. I was told I would get a call back. Here we are Thursday evening, no updated call from the manager or anyone from the store. No refund, and no additional money to go out and buy a refrigerator somewhere else. Oh, and I was told the refund would come in a store credit. Why would I be forced to have to use my money to buy from the people who could not perform as promised? Made no serious attempt to rectify the situation or call me back with a basic update from a customer service standpoint. The fish stinks from the head down, as they say. It was my fault because I chose to use Home Depot. I don't believe I will be able to trust them in the future. Very disappointing and a very bad display of how not to making things right from a customer service standpoint. I had already made arrangements and changed my work schedule to be available on the agreed upon date of delivery. I explained that change was not going to work. Still being reasonable, BUT GETTING NO HELP FROM THE PEOPLE i SPENT OVER $ 1,800.00 WITH.

My wife enjoys shopping here, and I enjoy taking her and keeping her company as we both look around. We most recently stopped by At Home looking for black out curtains and for a rug/carpet of a certain color. We ended up finding both but only bought one for now. My wife had a birthday coupon to use for a discount off an item. We also found other items that we put aside in our mind to come back and get another time. On previous visits, we either got outdoor patio cushions, grilling supplies, holiday items, or framed pictures to name a few. If you visit the At Home Phoenix location website (https://www.athome.com/store/arizona-phoenix), you will find plenty of items listed including sales and clearance items, a store map and directions, store hours, the return policy, Q&A, and more. Shopping options include pickup and delivery. The store hours are 9 AM to 9 PM daily. By joining their Insider Perks (for free!), you can get a 15% coupon off on your next purchase, a birthday coupon for 15% off, exclusive Insider Perks Deals, hassle-free receiptless returns, gifts with purchase, sweepstakes and more. I have enjoyed past contests and sweepstakes in the store including a scavenger hunt during the Winter holidays of 2024. Also on their website, you can take advantage of a free 2-hour pick-up or same-day delivery starting at $10. This store has helped us make our home feel like a home thanks to At Home!
