They were a few weeks scheduled out, but it came back ready to work and we found the overall price reasonable. They definitely stay busy though. They have been great as well regarding some basic troubleshooting on the phone after our same mower was having a few issues a season later, which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to troubleshoot ourselves. They also rent a plethora of landscaping tools which can be great if you have a project or need something specific.
