Even with a downgraded system replacement they're going through, the guys were able to manage a refund for an early return and get me out the door semi quick. Unfortunately my experience working with the outside service agents left me feeling like I was an inconvenience by asking questions on functions on the trailer with the scissor lift I rented. When I returned the trailer it was just as poor of customer service and the outside guys just again made it awkward. Maybe they're short staffed and in a hurry but it really made it awkward hanging out at my truck waiting on anyone to acknowledge I was there waiting to take my purchase order as instructed by the guys inside. I'm giving three stars because it is not a four star experience in total.

She really went above and beyond to get the job done. She called me regularly to communicate when and who would be doing the work. Even with the service waitlist, she made sure the tractor was assessed and parts were ordered before the expiration date. I have never had anyone personally or a company make this much effort for someone who did not even buy the tractor from them. It was extraordinary and they will have me as a customer for my next tractor.

The parts guy at the middle desk is alway good too, but I forgot what his name is. The only complaint I have is that this is he only vendor I buy from that gives absolutely no discount to commercial accounts....
