So I brought it over to Hahn's for a free estimate. You have to love these guys honesty. My carb was toast! Burnt toast! He said it would be cheaper for me to buy a new one than it would be for them to fix it. How many businesses do that anymore? Not many. While I don't have the need to use their services often, I will be using them and recommending them others. Thanks for your honesty guys. It's appreciated. Now to go trim those bushes.

Brought in a mower to K & P that was dying after a couple minutes of running (and cut like crap…read moregenerally), and Paula diagnosed and fixed the problem (replacing the muffler/auto choke mechanism), as well giving the machine a tune-up (oil, plug, air filter, carb cleaning), a blade sharpening, AND even replaced a wonky connection from the tank to the carb that a prior owner had made to the mower, who tried to put in a cutoff and fuel filter. Believe me when I say, the result was a COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION in my mower. It's like I bought a brand new machine, no kidding! They also got the job done quickly (only a couple days), and the price for the work was MORE than fair, esp. in these times when everything is SO expensive. Buying a mower of this power and build quality in 2026 costs $4-500, so repairing made sense if reasonably priced, which K&P's services are. Very glad to have made this choice, and pleased to be able to patronize small businesses run by people right in our community, who do a kickass job to boot! Hope you'll all do the same with K+P here, as well as others in the Valley.

Only as soon as he got the part he said it actually wasn't the coil and he needed to test more things. Stood around chatting for a couple hours with about 15 non consecutive minutes of work put into the engine he said he needed to take his wife home and never came back. He didn't do anything but unplug the coil and leave with my $295! Oh and get this, he spent a good portion of the time just virtue signaling, telling me how he doesn't understand why people don't respect each other blah blah blah then steals my money! Keep in mind I do not live in Arizona, I'm just driving through and I'm poor af. It has been three months. Every time is a different excuse. This morning, my husband came to pick up the lawnmower, and the shop owner (Tony) said that he would get working on the lawnmower right away. We followed-up again and were told that the owner had worked on the wrong lawnmower. He promised to have the lawnmower repaired this afternoon or by early tomorrow morning. We finally just picked up the lawnmower, and it had not even been looked at. Upon picking up our lawnmower, we also noticed that it had been left outside and rained on (we usually keep it in a shed). We are frustrated with the poor customer service and that after waiting for three months, we now have to find another repair place.

He's either out front smoking looking at his phone or sitting inside looking at the computer. I left my tiller to be repaired last year for a leak in the gas line, was told it would be ready in about 10 days. It took over a month to get it back and that was after I called him at least twice. In August The rip cord malfunctioned and I took it in for repair. He told me a couple of weeks. After 3 weeks I called and he said it involved ordering a part and he wasn't sure he can get the part. 3 more weeks have gone by and I haven't heard from him. I went over today to pick up my tiller, and he was standing outside smoking and had not done any work on it. He told me the motor is made in China so he couldn't get the part which is an absolute lie. This tiller is 100% made in the USA. Anyone can order parts from their website if he'd bothered to look. I've used Discount Tool Rental on Bell Road and will be taking my business back to them. They always repair quickly, as promised and do a great job. The only challenge is they aren't open on weekends.
