The process involves driving through their warehouse building, and dealing with very confused loaders. The guy on tap didn't know what space heaters are, despite having the paperwork in front of him. He also didn't know how to operate them, then he forgot the base stabilizers which keep the unit from tumbling over. Returning the items was equally tedious, from wise-guy salesmen that can't answer simple questions., to customers that backup the pick-up / drop-off tunnel to shoot the breeze with the wise-guy salesman. This place is mediocre at best...similar to AutoZone and Checker, where the employees are irritated that they have to be nice to the customers

Brought in a mower to K & P that was dying after a couple minutes of running (and cut like crap…read moregenerally), and Paula diagnosed and fixed the problem (replacing the muffler/auto choke mechanism), as well giving the machine a tune-up (oil, plug, air filter, carb cleaning), a blade sharpening, AND even replaced a wonky connection from the tank to the carb that a prior owner had made to the mower, who tried to put in a cutoff and fuel filter. Believe me when I say, the result was a COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION in my mower. It's like I bought a brand new machine, no kidding! They also got the job done quickly (only a couple days), and the price for the work was MORE than fair, esp. in these times when everything is SO expensive. Buying a mower of this power and build quality in 2026 costs $4-500, so repairing made sense if reasonably priced, which K&P's services are. Very glad to have made this choice, and pleased to be able to patronize small businesses run by people right in our community, who do a kickass job to boot! We are both retired and on social security so appare we were an easy mark. We paid up front because he said he needed us to so he could order parts he never ordered. A second appraisal revealed that many of the repairs did not get done and revealed two to five times the cost of what most RV Mechanics would charge. We disputed the charges with PayPal and won allowing us to recover some of our loss. All in, he charged over $10,000 and we recovered about $3,300. Stay away from this guy!!

I called him out to help with my truck not starting. He charged me $180 just to come out. Only as soon as he got the part he said it actually wasn't the coil and he needed to test more things. Stood around chatting for a couple hours with about 15 non consecutive minutes of work put into the engine he said he needed to take his wife home and never came back. He didn't do anything but unplug the coil and leave with my $295! Oh and get this, he spent a good portion of the time just virtue signaling, telling me how he doesn't understand why people don't respect each other blah blah blah then steals my money! Keep in mind I do not live in Arizona, I'm just driving through and I'm poor af. So now I had to find another mechanic and pay to have it towed to the shop because I can't trust these sleazy "mobile mechanics"
