I am writing this review to caution other owner-operators and fleets regarding the service and lack…read moreof accountability at this facility. On November 25, 2025, I had bushings and new U-bolts installed here. Shortly after, the axle shifted, leading to catastrophic mechanical failure and approximately $9,000 in damages. When I called to resolve the issue and requested to speak with a manager, I was repeatedly denied access. Instead, I was told by staff that the manager "advised the driver" that the U-bolts required re-torquing. As I am both the owner and the driver, I can confirm that no such instruction was ever given. Furthermore, there is no mention of a required re-torque or mileage-based adjustment on my official work order or any provided documentation. It is disappointing to see a shop fail to stand behind its work and refuse to engage in a professional dialogue when a clear error in installation occurs. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service or professional customer support.

After spending 2 hours doing the exact same checks that I had already done, and obviously finding zero solutions since there was nothing new being done they charged my card $830, 300 more than the quoted price, and told me I need to tow it in to their shop because he can't find the problem. He also told me he was repairing wires underneath the motorhome, but I crawled under after he left and there were zero repairs that weren't done by myself before he got there. All he did was remove plastic conduit. I immediately called and was told they could refund the extra charged amount because it was intentionally not disclosed to me ahead of time, but since then in the last 3 weeks they have NOT done so and I've called multiple times a week about it. Each time I get told "I will work on that and call you back". I have not once received a call back. I could've burned the money and been in the same spot. Stay away from this company.
