It has been three months. Every time is a different excuse. This morning, my husband came to pick up the lawnmower, and the shop owner (Tony) said that he would get working on the lawnmower right away. We followed-up again and were told that the owner had worked on the wrong lawnmower. He promised to have the lawnmower repaired this afternoon or by early tomorrow morning. We finally just picked up the lawnmower, and it had not even been looked at. Upon picking up our lawnmower, we also noticed that it had been left outside and rained on (we usually keep it in a shed). We are frustrated with the poor customer service and that after waiting for three months, we now have to find another repair place.

I left my tiller to be repaired last year for a leak in the gas line, was told it would be ready in about 10 days. It took over a month to get it back and that was after I called him at least twice. In August The rip cord malfunctioned and I took it in for repair. He told me a couple of weeks. After 3 weeks I called and he said it involved ordering a part and he wasn't sure he can get the part. 3 more weeks have gone by and I haven't heard from him. I went over today to pick up my tiller, and he was standing outside smoking and had not done any work on it. He told me the motor is made in China so he couldn't get the part which is an absolute lie. This tiller is 100% made in the USA. Anyone can order parts from their website if he'd bothered to look. I've used Discount Tool Rental on Bell Road and will be taking my business back to them. They always repair quickly, as promised and do a great job. The only challenge is they aren't open on weekends.
