And of course, it happened on a Saturday when everyone is closed or only charging an arm and a leg for 'after hour' calls... We called a few different places we found on Yelp, and Robert himself actually picked up of our call. It was so refreshing to actually talk to a PERSON, and not an answering service. He patiently listened to me ramble and eased my mind that we could get it fixed. He had me send over a quick picture of our electric panel and he got me on the calendar!! He was out here the very next morning and fixed the problem with ease. Robert was very professional and transparent through the whole process. He explained to us what happened, and how he fixed it and he didn't just try and to do a sloppy repair and leave, he made sure to check through all the bathrooms to make sure there was not any additional issues.
