He started talking about the transmission being bad and $500 and that's why he should have figured out what was wrong before doing all the work. They have been great as well regarding some basic troubleshooting on the phone after our same mower was having a few issues a season later, which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to troubleshoot ourselves.
