I have an old Ford tractor that I couldn't find a mechanic to do the work that I needed done on it. So then I called my brother Paul who does this sort of thing at the business he does work at. He then remembered that the bobcat they have at work needed some quick to it and he had remembered he called a guy who worked at Bingham Equipment. I called that company and my ford tractor had not run ever better. Now I need someone who can sharpen my blade too one of my implants and mows my yard . About 6 weeks ago, I bought my older ZG222 mower in for major, regular service. Marcus was great. He gave me much time and made me feel valued as a 23-year customer. The next day, the service manager contacted me and said they had made a mistake and lowered the estimate considerably. I had used a Magic Marker to note the day and hours on all of the filters. When I brought the machine home, I saw the dates and hours were still on the filters and initially thought they hadn't been changed until I saw that it was yesterday's date. Without me asking for this to be done, the technician, Tyler, went beyond-the-call-of-duty and marked each filter. It is service like this that makes me come back for decades! read more

If your looking for a professional equipment company to purchase or rent from GO ELSEWHERE! I received a repair charge for over 3k for harsh working conditions. I knew there was no damage to the machine so asked to see the manager. He said the charges were do to "hard water spots". I couldn't believe it. I didn't see the problem but offered to clean them with CLR. He said He was going to replace all the glass and I should rent elsewhere. Done deal! This guy is dishonest. They are twice as much as competitors and there machines pail in comparison. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. PS. This experience was with the Tucson store. read more

Please read my review! After going through all the terrible reviews. It became obvious that they all have one thing in common. They don't understand equipment. I actually found that Binghams equipment rental prices is cheaper than most others. Secondly the equipment they rent is far better quality. I rented a excavator from Bingham. It worked like a charm. Then I rented from United, A TO Z rentals and both of those I had many many issues. As far as I saw one review that said he got charged for a slice in tire. That's just common sense. Don't expect them to take a hit and lose money if you caused the damage. As a contractor they have been a pleasure to work with. read more

I had some hydraulic seals leaking on my rams, told them what the problem was, and thought it was going to be an easy fix. They picked up the tractor I was told to keep my key, as they had them at the shop and driver had one with him. I got charged $115.00 to "diagnose" why my tractor would not start. Nobody at the shop, nor the driver knew about the safety lockout switch Kubota has on their tractors. IT WAS A FACTORY ITEM ON THEM. They hotwired my tractor every time they needed to move it. I wasn't notified after 2 weeks of any problems, the office girl had the wrong e-mail account, sent out an e-mail, and when I didn't respond back they just left it sit. They never tried to call me. I had just put 2 brand new lights on the rear, factory bulbs and housings. One was out, told them to replace the bulb, and they wanted $143.75 plus $77.8 for labor to fix it. I refused to pay it and they did credit the bill. They told me the clutch had no free play and needed adjusting for $115.00 dollars. It had just been in to their shop in Deer Valley for complete rear end repair, having gotten dirt into the rear case, all new seals, pump, bearings everything.... I had put 8 hours on the tractor since then. Plus, it is an automatic! They wanted $61.36 dollars to drain water and put a new fuel filter in..... takes 10 minutes at best to do it. I was told my tie rods were loose....$787.38 to repair, (Labor alone was to be $345.00) I also had to pay for freight, they run on negative inventory so the customer gets to pay for them not stocking parts. The girl in the office told me I should expect these repairs on an old tractor..... folks, it only has 650 hours on it! Really......! The Deer Valley store was great to work with and very informative. I didn't feel like I was just an open checkbook. Mesa, however was a nightmare. read more

We purchased a nice Bobcat from them. I very nice clean machine. This machine was not cheap we spent a pretty penny for this . This is not the issue. We go in there and wanted to buy a Stihl chain saw, and a weed eater too use around the work yard. We asked for some type of a discount. As we had just spent almost 50 thousand dollars you think as 10 percent discount would be ok . How about a flat No. Sometimes you wonder why people do repeat business. read more

We tried to purchase a tractor from this company. One of the rentals that was for sale was junk, hydraulic fluid and coolant was leaking. The cowling that goes over the instrument panel was repainted and pealing off, the steering made a loud noise and vibrated. We would expect these things to be fixed before being presented to a potential customer, but no.. So we decided to get a new one, the payment on the paperwork was $60.00 higher per month than the quote. Then we were told we needed insurance, and that was the insurance payment, this was not disclosed us. $60.00 a month for insurance? Wow. When we were asked if we were getting any implements, we asked if there was a special when purchased with a new tractor, they didn't know. Do yourself a favor and avoid aggravation, there are other equipment dealers who actually want your business. (And have better deals) read more

Recently we decided to buy a Stihl electric leaf blower to go with our gas powered one. Upon entering the front door, we were promptly greeted - nice touch. Then, a sales person asked if there was anything he could help us with. We told him what we needed and he showed us the item and explained the features. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. I had my Kubota tractor serviced there, taking care of a few warranty items, and Cletus the service manager had my tractor washed and detailed before returning it to me! Great technicians and GREAT service! They work on all types of equipment... I have taken my tractor in to Bingham for the last four years and their service has always been excellent. read more

Great buying experience! I stopped by two other dealers on a Saturday and could not get a sales person to meet with me to learn about their brands, so we drove down to Bingham. We were greeted with a smile, with only an hour remaining for their Saturday regular business hours. The team answered all of our questions and recommended tractor that would meet our needs; it was a less expensive tractor than we had originally thought. The Bingham team has gone out of their way to ensure we received professional advice, the right implements, delivery accommodations and operation instructions/demonstration. They took our bobcat on the 22nd of March 2019. Finally on April 4th send us a quote of what needed to be done on the bobcat. On the 4th of April they received the email for the confirmation to start work on it. As of April 17th they still have not delivered the bobcat thus causing a shut down in the company for days. On April 15th they said it will be finished on that afternoon and then nothing happened. Send email to ask about it to Jacob Meacham and no reply. Then called on Tuesday and was told that it will be finished on Wednesday. Called on Wednesday because they do not reply to emails and then it was told that it will be finished on Thursday and they do not know when it will be delivered. read more
