Quick response time after I called initially. He was friendly and was able to get my lawn mower started. I was able to use it once then went to start it again and it was back to not starting. (less than 1 month later) I messaged and asked if they could come back out, and even though the message says it was "read" I received NO response at all; just ghosted. charged me nearly $900 to repair mower: replace fuel pump and fluid exchange. mower still doesn't work. when we went to use the mower for the first time after the repair, mower shut off after 20-30 minutes of use. won't return our text to come get mower working like was paid to do. doesn't stand behind his work. read more

Gave this guy a second chance. Wrote a bad review on him awhile back because of not communicating when I tried for his services. Thought since he apologized and got back to me after the review, I was erased it. And now I had him come today to work on the blower, and look at the weed eater. No price estimate from this guy, just stared working without consulting me. Next thing I know I'm into his work for 160, and that only fixing the weed eater. The blower was my main call, and he asks if he can take it home for another 200 bucks. And says if I don't want the blower now he'll buy it for 60 bucks... WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY? I would of rather spent the money on the blower instead, but he doesn't care what you want, just what he wants apparently. Spend your money elsewhere, I'll do some research and post places you can go other this this! read more

Honestly is so sad to see how people have treated this kind gentlemen on the other reviews. With in 1 hour of calling he arrived to our house, fixed a very complex one of a kind machine -- which I was going to lose thousands on rentals for our job the next day. Took time out of his weekend to come and he even changed the oil, oil filter, and air filter on the spot in less than 20 minutes, we had a fully functioning machine. The amount of relief I felt was amazing compared to any other company that I called... and trust me I CALLED. Consumer beware! The owner/operator of this supposed mower repair business has zero work ethic and zero morals. I can't say that he actually knows how to repair anything considering he took my engine from my riding lawnmower eight weeks ago, never repaired it after stringing me along for weeks, and then dumped said engine in my driveway in a Walmart box in about 100 pieces this afternoon. I have to assume that he didn't know what he was doing in the first place, got in way over his head and dragged this out for as long as he did hoping it would blow up so that he could get out of the job he was hired to do. By blow up, I mean that he was just waiting for me to press him on why he kept postponing fixing the problem and he flipped his lid over the phone, became combative and extremely rude. My lawnmower actually worked fine prior to Jonathan getting his hands on it. He had no explanation for the fact that the engine blew the pistons to pieces inside of it after a simple gasket and oil change. Long story short, I wouldn't trust this man to change the batteries in my flashlight, and I would certainly never hire him to do a repair on a lawnmower engine again. No business owner should ever talk to a customer the way this man yelled/spoke to me. This is now going to cost me close to $2,000 for the damage that he's done and refuses to admit to. Prompt, mobile, honest, efficient. What more could you ask for? No up sale, charges honest rate for the service provided. Even "tested" my mower by mowing my lawn and shined up my dirty machine! Answered my text, set up an appointment and did great work. Highly recommend. read more
