It's great getting my mower running like new for $100 vs purchasing a new one for $500.

Ask for Daniel Wichman--he's the GOAT!…read more Whether I'm working on a project at home or need help with a commercial property, Daniel is always just a phone call away. He's incredibly helpful, kind, & knowledgeable, & he genuinely takes the time to understand your needs. Daniel has a great eye for design & thoughtfully walks you through the best options for your space, making the entire process feel easy & stress-free. He's professional, patient, & has a laid-back, approachable personality that makes every visit enjoyable. If you're stopping by the Chandler Moon Valley Nursery, I highly recommend asking for Daniel. I am shocked with how many positive reviews…read more I hired Moon Valley Nurseries for professional plant removal because I expected a premium level of service. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. During the removal process, multiple irrigation and sprinkler issues occurred that required several return visits to correct. While Moon Valley ultimately repaired the damage, these were problems that should not have occurred in the first place. The project resulted in weeks of follow-up, repeated appointments, and significant time spent trying to get the work corrected. What was most disappointing was the customer service. Communication was inconsistent, I frequently had to follow up for updates, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. Even after filing a BBB complaint detailing my experience, the response focused only on the fact that repairs were completed and did not address my concerns about the quality of the original workmanship or the overall customer experience. I paid a premium price expecting professional service from start to finish. Instead, I experienced avoidable issues, repeated corrective visits, and a great deal of inconvenience. Although the damage was eventually repaired, I do not believe the quality of the service I received justified the price I paid. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Moon Valley Nurseries.

Such an amazing experience, and I can't wait to go back after my products run out!…read more I called ahead to see if this place required reservations, but they are walk‑in ONLY. I got there first thing in the morning with my mom and aunt to get started. We arrived on a Friday and parking was PACKED. We ended up finding a spot in a nearby lot, so if you have a certain time you want to arrive, make sure you factor in parking. Anyway, we made our way into the building, and a nice lady told us we could sit anywhere we wanted and gave us the rundown. You're able to make an array of items. We ended up making car fresheners, perfumes, lotions, and candles. You start off by picking your favorite scents and combinations. If you're anything like me and my mom, we are very indecisive, luckily they help you pick out scents and combinations they think you'll like. Seriously amazing staff! They were so patient with us to make sure we got the scent we loved. Overall, the process took about an hour, and depending on what you make, you'll have to come back after 3 -4 hours to pick up your items. When we came back around late noon, it was packed, so I definitely don't recommend coming at that time. Definitely go early in the morning or maybe a couple hours before they close. The prices weren't overly expensive at all. I can't remember the exact total, but I think I got around three items and only paid about $70. Either way, if I have more family coming in from out of town or just want a fun place to go with friends, I can definitely see myself coming back

I absolutely LOVE candles, so this is the perfect place for me!…read more Nice size space to see everything they have to offer for a fun short activity and hands on experience OR simply just to browse around at ALL the scents & delightful ideas they present. There are probably over 100-200 fragrances, so lots of options! Create your own custom creation (soy based) candle, plus make your own brilliant bath salts, body scrubs, hand soaps, lotions etc. It's obviously NOT just about candles here, it's the chemistry of how things tie together! We were pleased with our selections & personalized products. There are 3 location within the Phoenix area to make your tailored treasure come true! Note- Big groups, make reservations in advance! And- If you want your candle on the same day you visit; make sure you prepare for that & visit 3 hours prior to closing time to ensure you get your products so that you don't have to make an additional trip.

And it wasn't just your ordinary one they had the unique one whose leaves were different and thrives in the very hot climate of AZ! I was also able to locate some Queen Palms that were a great addition to my backyard that they delivered and planted for me. I simply selected the ones I wanted and scheduled the delivery and planting. The only hiccup with my experience was that the post to secure the trees was an added fee at delivery. My only recommendation would be to disclose that at purchase so there's no confusion with the folks doing the delivery and the planting. The planting was $50 per tree which includes all the soil enhancements for planting. I had 3 trees and each added pole/post per tree was an added $15 per tree and what was collected at that point was $200. Somehow that math didn't quite add up --- maybe the gentleman was overheated at that point? Lesson learned at this point but would have been nice to know up front as I had already paid for the delivery fee and the trees and was made aware of the $50 per tree PLANTING fee to be paid at delivery but those posts were sure pricey!

Unfortunately, after taking classes here for 6 months, I can't say that I will return again. Im…read morekind of relieved that I used up my last pass tonight. I don't like giving places bad reviews, but I also know that as a paying customer, I deserve to be treated right. This kind of feels like when you first start dating someone, everything seems great, but then as the months go by, you realize, oh dear, I've made a grave mistake and need to get out of the situation. Thats exactly my feeling about this studio. Read on to see why you should go elsewhere. They opened about 6 months ago and I saw their ad on IG so stopped by for a free class. The class was ok and I then talked to the owner. What's interesting is that she said I could not sign up for their new student special of 3 classes for $40 because I just had a free class (even though it was their grand opening - I should have known then to not sign up for anything), and then proceeded to tell me about memberships. I rarely get memberships as I like to cross train and check out various venues. So, I signed up for 10 classes for $250. Its a good rate for reformer pilates, so I thought maybe it will work out. But sometimes gut instincts are spot on and I should have listened to my intuition. Owner then joined a few classes at the beginning when they first opened and randomly she would be in the classes I took, but she was pretty unfriendly and didnt bother to say hi to me even though we were in several classes together. That definitely didnt leave a good impression on me. She was kind of stuck up and said she works in corporate sales or something and that this is just a side hustle. That definitely left an even more sour taste in my mouth. One time I signed up for an early afternoon class but by the time I got there, the class was canceled and it become an open reformer class, so you do the exercises yourself. I didnt want to waste the class and already drove over, so did teach myself the sets but that wasnt ideal. The interior of this studio is weird and just not very aesthetically appealing to me. I am sensitive to light and the florescent lighting just does not work for me. I feel like I am doing reformer pilates in a hospital. I also found the machines to be a bit gross after 6 months as the straps are quite worn now and sometimes the floors are kind of dirty (lots of hair) and makes me want to leave this place quickly. The sound system in the studio is awful and very scatchy sounding. Cheap equipment. The cubby area is also a very tight space and so when class is over, its like a traffic jam to get out. Bathroom has only one stall, so can be a wait. To be honest, I just kind of dreaded this entire 6 month experience, but I am not a wasteful person so I made sure I used up my 10 passes. The other thing is that there is a 6 month expiration on packs you buy, so beware of that, very short window to use your passes. Their class sign up system is also clunky and I didnt enjoy that either. I prefer MindBody. The reason this place gets two stars and not one is that most of the instructors have been good and they do really try to teach a good class. The problem is everything else including the owner. I just refuse to support a business where so many things aren't working for me. Overall, its probably one of the worst studios I've experienced and I've been exercising for a good 25 years and practiced a lot of different yoga & pilates all over the world. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere where youre treated right and actually feel excited about the classes you're taking. Im definitely breaking up with this place.
