I couldn't be happier with my experience at Underdog Motorsports. From the very beginning, they…read moretook the time to understand exactly what I wanted out of my 2025 4Runner. My priority was improving the ride quality without sacrificing a great look, and their recommendation of the Eibach suspension was absolutely spot on. The difference is incredible. The harsh jolts and stiffness that I experienced with the factory suspension are gone. The ride is noticeably smoother, more controlled, and much more comfortable on the road while still giving the 4Runner an aggressive, clean stance. It honestly drives the way I always hoped it would. What impressed me just as much was the team at Underdog. They were knowledgeable, patient, never tried to oversell me, and clearly cared about getting me into the right setup rather than the most expensive one. Their installation was flawless, communication was excellent throughout the process, and they treated my vehicle like it was their own. If you're on the fence about upgrading your suspension, I can confidently recommend both the Eibach setup and Underdog Motorsports. The improvement exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with my vehicle again. Five stars all the way!

I was in and out in under two hours. While they had it up on the lift, they replaced four hangers and made sure the 3" exhaust pipes in my 66 GTO were still positioned correctly. No noises from suspension travel, and sounds perfect. It's good to see the next generation performing great work.

I know this, because I had to go under my own vehicle and torque the nuts to spec after driving 500 miles, which is recommended. I mentioned this at the time of install and the guy told me that they would be able to handle it for me for FREE when the time came, which I think should be expected considering that every new exhaust should have this treatment. Instead, when I called back they told me that I would have to pay, and then couldn't even give me a straight quote. I was only able to reach two of the nuts on the exhaust, but they didn't need any tightening luckily. Here's to hoping that any other nuts are torqued to spec, because I can't afford to be overcharged at this point in my life.

I knew my car needed repairs and was a bit concerned with how much it was going to cost. APA broke down what work needed to be taken care of immediately and what could wait. They even paid for a Lyft ride home for me. I have finally found a repair shop I trust and feel good about!

When the dreaded red triangle of death appeared on my hybrid, I first called the dealer. The receptionist was clueless and wouldn't even let me speak to a service advisor at the Gilbert & Pecos location. I was told my only option was a a $98 diagnostic fee. Then I called APA and spoke with Drew. He explained that their diagnostic fee was similar, but more importantly, walked me through a few things they would try before even going that route. The diagnostic would be a last resort. That alone made a huge difference. When I dropped the car off, he offered me a ride home. I declined and stayed nearby, but the gesture stood out. When I checked back in later, they told me the issue was something super minor - and they fixed it for under $60. Had I gone with that Toyota dealer, I would have paid the diagnostic fee, and who knows what they would have charged for the remedy. Always always read reviews...The Toyota Dealer off Gilbert Road, has reviews showing concerns about repair practices & pricing.
