You know instantly that Chris is an expert in his field and has been doing this for a very long time. It is very easy to trust his opinion. Chris also gave us a tour of the facility. My little GTI doesn't even come close to the caliber of car he typically works with. I recommend G5 to anyone looking for a honest and reasonable body shop with state of the art paint facility.

I had a new stereo installed in my car by someone I knew. The unit was designed specifically for my…read morevehicle and included Bluetooth, GPS, and a backup camera. Unfortunately, after the installation, I discovered that most of it wasn't working correctly. The backup camera wasn't connected at all, and when I reached out for help, the installer stopped responding. At that point, I was out the money I had paid--including a tip--and had to find someone else to fix it before moving across the country. One of the main reasons I purchased this system was for safety during my cross-country drive. Since the Bluetooth phone connection wasn't working, I was forced to hold my phone against my chest under my seatbelt while driving--not safe and certainly not legal. To make matters worse, several installers refused to even look at my Android-based unit. They told me those systems are usually installed incorrectly and rarely work properly. Thankfully, they were wrong. I took my car to Custom Car Concepts, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. Mike got me in right away, properly installed the backup camera, and made sure everything else was working exactly as it should. Did I have to pay to have it fixed? Of course. But the price was more than reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. To say I was impressed--and relieved--would be an understatement. This is absolutely the place to go if you need car audio or electronics work done correctly. I can't thank Mike and the team enough for helping me out when I really needed it.

1 STAR -- ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more LOOK AT THE PICTURES! The first few photos show the garbage work Extreme Wheels charged me $780 for. The remaining photos show what another company accomplished for an additional $800. The difference speaks for itself! I specifically paid for diamond-cut machined wheel faces. The owner assured me they could do it. Instead, they gave me a half-assed polishing job with a terrible clearcoat full of debris. After confronting them, they offered to redo the wheels but admitted they couldn't achieve the finish they originally promised! THREE SETS OF WHEELS, THREE BAD EXPERIENCES! The first set had crooked lug inserts and sharp edges. The second set was supposed to be powder coated AND machined, but they skipped the machining and wanted to charge me again. The third set was an absolute disaster. I spent $1,580 total because I had to pay another company to do the job correctly. I requested a full or even partial refund, and the owner couldn't even be bothered to return my call. Absolutely ZERO accountability, ZERO integrity, and ZERO customer service. In my experience, this company has no problem taking your money but doesn't give a damn about making things right when they screw up. The owner's complete lack of communication and accountability is disgraceful. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR WHEELS SOMEWHERE ELSE! I've given Extreme Wheels three chances, and they failed every single time. The pictures show exactly why I will NEVER trust them with another set of wheels. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
