What a fantastic experience. I had made an appt w a local competitor. When I arrived I was told my expectations were not in line with their services offered. No problemo, worked out great. Contacted Bedliner Veterans and they told me they could honor my request. Oh the request, to remove the bed bolts prior to spraying, Bedliner Veterans understood the importance of being able to service the vehicle and that includes removing the bed bolts. It was some extra work but they went the extra mile to ensure their product won't interfere with any future work. I was blown away w their attention to detail. Had my truck sprayed a couple days ago and the level of work is amazing. Having a background in industrial coating quality control, I searched but could not find any overspray. Thorough preparation and cleanup is evident and very appreciated. I also checked the coating thickness with a dry film thickness gauge and the coating was pretty even throughout the whole truck bed floor. Paul, was very helpful with any questions and concerns I had before deciding to go with Berliner Veterans. Zero BS and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their vehicle coated.

Last Minute Price Increase Scam! I had gotten a Bedliner done a while back here and got a new Dodge Ram 3500 truck so I texted Paul and asked if he was still just $340 for a Bedliner. He texted me back $367.80 OTD and have me a date. I dropped the truck as scheduled around 7am and he told me it would be done around noon. This was important since I was going out of town once he truck was done. Noon came and went and I called. He had not even started on it yet. Apparently his pump went down and he was waiting for parts.... I finally got the truck around 6pm and was this late to leave town as I waited around all day for it. I go to pay and he wanted $440 instead of the $367.80 he texted me. I voiced my objection to a price increase especially after losing a day of my long weekend waiting for it. He insisted on the extra money. I will say the Bedliner is nice but the business ethics were not good and you cannot try to increase price last minute and expect people to be happy. He was a friendly guy otherwise but he lost a customer. read more

I've had my bedliner for about 2 weeks now and have to say the quality of the work is outstanding. The tape-off and prep job they did made a huge difference in the end product. They answered my call, gave me a quote, made an appointment quickly and painlessly. I arrived just a few minutes before my appointment and they got me in immediately. About 90 minutes later it was done and I was on my way. The price was exactly as quoted plus the tax. Very professional. I will book with them again. read more

Outstanding job! This was my second attempt at having the bed of my truck lined. The first company did a terrible job, liner was to thin and started to delaminate after only a month! Lessons learned, the cheapest route is not always the best. It's rare to find someone who takes so much pride in the job they do. Paul, the owner truly exceeded my expectations. He meticulously grounded off previous liner and prep'd the bed for the new liner. The spray job is amazing. Paul was great. I love small business owners who really like what they do and take pride in their work. Paul went above and beyond for me. It was Feb 13th, Valentine's day approaching. He had plans for the day, so did we, no big deal. Paul turned my truck in 5 hours and let me come pick it up same day at 10 PM. Maybe not everyone's ideal service, but it worked well for me and for him. He did great work. The lines are clean and crisp. The liner looks amazing and has been tested since, still in great condition. I would recommend you have Paul work on your car, truck, or whatever you need to be protected and look great. I have been looking for a bed liner for about a month. And have been calling several shops and understanding their process and obviously the cost. When I spoke to the owner last weekend it was clear this was the place for me. The difference? It takes him four hours to spray the bed, most of the other shops an hour and a half to two hours. This man take pride in what he does! He cares about quality that was clear from our conversation and now I am a satisfied customer! I set up my appointment for 9:00 this morning, when I walked its clear he has spent time in the Military, immediately I felt like I was in the right place. I enjoy supporting local small business and what Vetrans give up for us common folk is what makes me a proud American. With that said, nothing special in the lobby, because he obviously spends all of his time in the shop. Four hours later I returned, truck done as promised. I will tell you this, the truck looks awesome and there is not one thing that I can point out that is wrong with the work that was done. So something did happen.....and the Arnold's team responded beautifully! Although this van had low mileage, it is 9 years old....it looked showroom new. STILL had a bit of that new car smell. Based on the CarFax it may have been in a fleet of private rental vehicles, but wasn't driven much so sitting dormant may have contributed to the gas pump issue that popped up about two weeks or so after we bought it. The Arnold's service team inspected it, made the correct diagnosis and very quickly had me back sporting around in our new van. So grateful that we chose to partner with Arnold's for this vehicle purchase. Will go here first whenever we need another car!

I brought my vehicle in and Jeremy promptly gave me an estimate, stating the dent would be able to be restored to 95% of its original condition, quoting one hour for the repair. I submitted this to my claims specialist who mailed a check after approving the estimate. By the next week, I brought my car in. In literally 30 minutes, I was out the door and blown away by the results. Jeremy corrected it to 100%, as if the dent never happened. I tried my hardest looking at every angle -- nothing. Suffice to say, I was ecstatic! I take great care of my vehicle and everyone at R&R Dent Removal turned a negative situation into a positive outcome. They did my 2022 F250 in August. Absolutely Stellar Job!! Attention to detail was so far above what I see in most places I go to nowadays! I live in Montana but was is AJ visiting family... My Dad was at the Chosin Reservoir in Korea. I will always honor Vets when possible. So I gave them a try and was astounded. I read through a lot of reviews before picking the Veterans. I got a quote and made an appointment. The quote was doing the bed but I didn't realize the tailgate was extra. It wasn't a lot but it did take me by surprise. I was informed they had moved and took the address but both GPS apps weren't up to the task so I arrived late. I was greeted without comment and waited for them to complete the job. The had done an impeccable job! I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them. Outstanding work. Took my old Squarebody C10 in after welding in a bed mount gas cap and widened wheel tubs. Bed had bullet holes and body gaps that were covered by the owner before doing bed liner. Job turned out perfect. Best looking part of my old POS truck. read more
