Also it turns out through dealing with these guys at the time of my order you can see in the pictures Cosmis didn't even make those wheels anymore I had to email them directly and they lied about contacting Cosmis to have some shipped to them which took another 1-2 weeks of me following up one lie after another until I finally just said forget it and ordered the ones stated in the email smh .

They don't do autobody and they're snakes about it. I was sent here by Statefarm as they are "in…read morenetwork". I made an appointment, showed up on time, and we walked through the whole process. I gave them documents and showed them the work to be done. They agreed. My car sat in the garage for a week waiting for a call back. A week later, I logged into Statefarm's website to check my claim and saw SWC Autobody had denied the work the day of the appointment without notifying me. I never heard from them again. Statefarm notified me SWC's excuse was their computer system was not functional. So they lied to my face, wasted my time, and don't have the courtesy to make a phone call. I'm unable to provide an accurate description of how I feel about SWC Autobody as my feelings are against the terms of service of Yelp and the lowest rating I can give is 1 star. They deserve worse.

Orlando's estimate was not the cheapest but it was a lot less than the most expensive by over $3k . They were the nicest and most professional . They explained the whole process. I got the feeling that they cared about me more than the rest of the other shops combined . I looked at some of their finished cars and they all looked perfectly done . I dropped my BMW off and they got it fixed faster than expected , they let me know what was going on during the repair and the repair bill was less than the original estimate . Very disappointed with this shop, they talk a good game about having an accurate estimate by…read more"taking the vehicle apart" this is total b.s , work turned out to be 30 percent more expensive, also took nearly 2 months for 2 fenders to be replaced , then held my vehicle hostage until insurance paid. Vehicle was then returned to me unwashed, and with a broken tunnel cover, also all of my items in my front storage area where just thrown in the back of the truck, which I had to crawl through to release my tunnel cover. I would give them zero stars if I could. Paint repairs also show orange peal - white paint thought that was easy, better off with a high school body shop, ohh and their warranty they brag about, non existent as well- zero accountability . Apparently being on the radio and social media posting how great they are is more important than doing quality work.
