A week later, I logged into Statefarm's website to check my claim and saw SWC Autobody had denied the work the day of the appointment without notifying me. I never heard from them again. Statefarm notified me SWC's excuse was their computer system was not functional. So they lied to my face, wasted my time, and don't have the courtesy to make a phone call. I'm unable to provide an accurate description of how I feel about SWC Autobody as my feelings are against the terms of service of Yelp and the lowest rating I can give is 1 star. They deserve worse.
