I am DISGUSTED! Not only did the guy half-ass my car wash but he called me a prostitute and was extremely rude. (Just because I am white doesn't mean I don't speak Spanish.) I pulled in not realizing this was a hand wash car wash in but I decided to stay and give them my business. I honestly had no idea what was going on. I must have gotten the same awful guy as him as the guy ripped the ticket in front of my face and called out to the other workers that he did my car for ONLY $20. Like that isn't his job? HORRIBLE!!! Do not come here. I never leave business reviews but this place deserves it. I paid for the works car wash. There was trash left in the car even though I offered to remove it myself beforehand. There was dirt and grime left all inside of my car. They told me they charge $100 to vacuum dog hair because it takes too long. They offered me the vacuum to clean the hair myself. They refused to give me a refund for the "wash". The guys that actually cleaned my car did a great job but the ticket writer, a guy with glasses, said the wait was going to be 30 minutes to an hour when the actual wait turned out being more than 2 hours and a half. I took my work truck to get wash and asked for the Works Wash for $22.95 which clear as day she mark the Works but when I went to pay the cashier charged me for the VIP $30.00 and I told him that she said it was $22.95 but he said I heard wrong and charge me $29.95!!! I was like whatever and when I got to my truck there was still dust on the corners of the dash and they didn't even wipe the drivers side door!!! I took my Chevy transverse there about a week ago to get a full in and out detail. I paid 250 and I gotta shitty detail all around.. the inside was really greasy. The carpet still has stains. The windows wasn't cleaned! He took things apart and didn't put back.. I have no idea where these things go.. and when I asked for helped he seemed irritated like I was bothering him!! I have been a patron of this car wash for over 20 years. This place still making up prices in the fly. That have upgraded the prices on the menu but you still get charged different amount. The vehicle is dripping and has spots that have been missed in the wipe down inside and out. The quality has really gone down. This place obviously doesn't care about review as the choices for hand car wash is going extinct. Sadly these types of car washes are hard to find most of them are automated. This is far from a 5 star car wash. I paid for a works car wash and car a drive thur wash. Once my car was washed it was place in the sun with 112 degree weather outside. When I said something to them they finally put the car into the shady 15 min later. I went to the owner explained what had happened. This guy made it seem like it was my fault my car was in the sun. He go even more upset when I asked for some of my money back. He gave me 7 dollars back and all of his employees started talking shit in Spanish to one another about me. " saying give his keys and send this cry baby going." One said give him his money back so he can shut up". No body should be talked to like that in English or Spanish. If I could give less than 1 star I would!! I never give bad reviews but my experience here was so terrible. When they were finished with my car they only handed me my car key. But when I gave them my car I had all the keys on the key ring. So they lost a portion of my keys. I noticed this after I got all the way home because I just figured they put the other keys in my center console. So I had to drive back and when I got there the manager tried to argue with me and tell me I was wrong and made it seem like I lost the keys and made me check my car after I had already checked it. On top of that my car wasn't completely cleaned. The dash and cup holders were still dirty and they didn't do my tires either. I tried talking with the manager hoping to get a refund or the next car wash on them for them to make up for it but nothing... and nobody apologized once either. Just said have a good day and sent me off. I have a picture of the cup holder. Wish I would have taken picture of other things like tires but didn't. Decent effort, but: 1)- Quit using acidic wheel cleaner on front end paint to remove bugs, especially the headlights- you don't do that- it ruins them. You can smell the wash guys going crazy with the stuff from the outside waiting area (almost a burning sensation it's so strong), shooting the entire car down. You hazed my plastic lights on one car, bad enough I had to get them professionally buffed afterwards. 2)- Some of the guys there need to learn how to start a car by key- I heard one guy overrun the starter (wouldn't let key go after car started)- on my truck, TWICE. read more

Not the car wash for me. After the wash, which you really can't watch them do, my car came out, it was hand dried (pretty sure with dirty towels), then crevices were blown with air to get water out. Then the car was sprayed with a pink solution and re-dried. Normally I wouldn't think anything of this, but the same pink solution was used to clean the whole inside of the car. So what is that solution and if my car was just hand washed, why are are they doing the outside again? This was the same solution used to clean the windows also. That said.. the outside did look nice, I'm just not sure was it actually washed with sponges and soap? Inside was smothered with a greasy oil. Doors, dash, everything, got on my skin and my hands and arms left prints on everything I touched. Only one person works on each car so be prepared to wait. They do not clean the back of suvs. I guess I should have asked or requested this.. but was quite shocked when I opened the back and it hadn't been touched or vacuumed. Will not return, does not match my standard of clean. read more

Affordable, fast, and good hand car wash place! 12 dollars for a basic car wash, which isn't really basic lol basic hand car wash includes exterior wash, interior vacuum and wipe, and I think this basic wash includes just everything I need my car to be cleaned. There are more options like 16 dollars and 20 something dollars one, but for me this 12 dollar basic wash is the best! I just walked in on Saturday morning, thought I had to wait, but it was real quick like 20 mins? And there are outdoor and indoor seating area, so waiting for 20 mins wasn't long at all! I waited over an hour for a "VIP wash" - the lights inside were flickering like a scene from a horror movie I got a migraine and had to sit outside in the heat for relief. Far from five stars. If you are looking for a detail and professional job don't go here!!!!!!!!!!! We asked for a vip service, asked if they would wash the mats and rinse the tail gate. The owner said they will take care of it but failed to do so. the truck left looking worse than when we got there. They left dirt all around the truck and windows/ mirrors were smeared from their product. Scratched the windshield mind y'all it's tinted. They offer a wax service and didn't provide it. The man used the same dirty towel all over and inside the truck. The owner didn't care when it was brought to his attention. When we asked about the washimats and tail gate he said they don't service that but took our money anyway. Worst car wash service ever. read more
