Related to remarks about water prices up... I took advantage of the buy single wash/get one free. $11 for a single wash hit the right note for me as a good start to re-join the SuperStar family. The offer will end, but it shows me that the company is working for my business. Thanks. read more

In the last 3 days we have taken 2 vehicles here for a wash. Neither vehicle looked like the wash had cleaned the backs of either vehicle. What a waste of money. Never use them. I mentioned it to an employee and they didn't care since I would but their car wash membership. read more

I have been taking my car to Superstar Car Wash for years . I'm going to be gone for a few months and I canceled my subscription . They cut me off a week early . I went to the one on the 60 in East Mesa . The manager there is so rude and Clueless with a low IQ . There's no way to get a hold of Superstar Car Wash . I gave them one star because I had to give them one . They are the worst I will never ever go back to them . read more

Worst car wash ever!! Paid 23.00 for the Deluxe wash or whatever they call it. It was supposed to include wheel dressing. Wheels came out just as dirty as they went in and no dressing was on them. I asked for the manager to have the dressing put on them. He came out with a bottle and handed it to me for me to do it myself!! I'm not sure who Man is that Place but they need to get it together. Their workers there are snotty and not helpful at all!! I would NOT recommend going to this place! read more

Trying to cancel my membership can't talk to a human anymore it's wrong way to do business. Very disappointing

This facility has gone down hill over the past several months. Maintenance is well needed. I had to go to 3 different spaces to find a vacuum that worked good enough to do the carpets in my car. When going through the wash, some of the equipment did not function...yet, they charged the same for a wash. The wash barely took the bugs off the front of the car and almost completely missed the hatchback on our Enclave. I'll be looking for another car wash in Mesa. read more

Was in the process of buying a wash and the kid working the lanes walks up and try's to upsell me and takes over entering the wash I want. I tell him I don't want it, each time he has another BS line. After 4 times of telling him I don't want it, he turns away and says, "well, I guess I shouldn't have helped you then". I told him, nobody asked you too in the first place and he slinked away. I won't return ever! Costco has the best car wash. Go there. It's cheaper and better quality. read more

Great service & car wash. Staff is friendly & helpful. They have vacuum + after wash.

Mike was very helpful and I am grateful for the respect kind attitude. It's a nice place with nice employees

This location was the first Super Star Car Wash I visited in the valley and purchased a monthly membership. Love frequenting this one or the new location closer to my house on ironwood. Great to visit for a weekly wash and well worth the price of membership. The staff has always been very friendly and keeps me coming back. read more

Isaiah was the best! Thank you for the 5 star treatment. The car wash is quick and easy in and out.

Fraud alert! Told the guy I wanted the buy one get one deal I usually get. He pushes the subscription spiel and I told him I was not interested! He then enters the bogo (which has gone up by several bucks again) and tells me he needs my phone number and email to get the bogo! The guy swore he was not signing me up to a subscription and then signed me up! Superstar fraudsters read more

Super friendly staff and the wash is so good and cheap. Unlimited plans are so cheap and can use them everyday

With time to kill in between soccer games at the nearby CCV complex, I decided a car wash would be the perfect activity for me and the kids, as my car was long overdue for a cleaning. I found prices more than reasonable, staff friendly enough, and the car wash did it's job... I used the vacuums and towels afterwards and was overall very pleased with the experience. If your car could use a cleaning, you can't go wrong with this place! read more

Super Star Car Wash Express - Love that they offer unlimited clean towels! - Car Wash Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Stopped in for a quick car wash as expected! The staff member that assisted us was friendly. The value of the car wash was as expected. They offer monthly memberships (ranging from $10-$32.95) or single carwash options (ranging from $11-$22) with varying levels of washing. Location was easily accessible with a ton of stalls for vacuuming/detailing. read more

Really great experience Ashton signed me up, and it was my first time here and he walked me through every wash and what's in it!

Great car wash here at Super Star!! This location off Crismon and Southern is conveniently located. I'll definitely be back

i have a membership with Superstar and i go a lot. The staff at the two locations I go too are very nice, friendly and so helpful. I got my car washed today at the Val Vista and Warner Rd location and this young man named Max helped me with an issue I have been having with my license plate getting changed. The readers couldn't read my new plate. Max solved my problem and fixed my plate in the system. Thank you for finally fixing it Max read more

Just went through the wash but had trouble with my account. The two guys were great. Went out of their way. Outstanding customer service. It's hard to find that in young people today. Great job! read more

Washes are great and I always go here when I have time for a car wash but have been unhappy with the towels recently, I think they may be using fabric softener or low quality soap because my inside and outside windows have a weird film on them every time I go now and I have to clean them again when I get home. Love that they send 50% off coupons often read more

The email says a lot about how this place treats their customers. Their attitude towards me and this situation were bottom of the barrel. Hayden, I thought we had a good conversation towards the end but based on the email really shows your character and what you really are. You know nothing about my past to insult me this way. Yes, your equipment was faulty. You knew this or your lack of knowing you still replaced the air chuck. You have no class. Furthermore, we are on a monthly plan with your car wash service. But because of you and your inability to be a good manager we might be canceling our service. It's not because we were denied by you Hayden, it's because of what you said in this email. I don't feel you are a good fit to manage and it reflects with your employees attitude also. I did however stop at another location and spoke with their manager just to request that their GM would kindly call me to have a conversation about this incident a week ago. I have yet to hear from anyone. I'm not sure if SuperStar has any customer retention as of yet. Not having a customer service phone number to call says a lot. P.S. The first two pictures of the air chuck is from another with the part that was missing from the one I tried to use. The rest are from the one that was faulty. read more

I have been coming to the car wash almost daily. Today I met the manager Steve and he helped me and gave me Super Star treatment to match my Super Star lifestyle. On my mama, on my hood, my car look fly, my car look good! Thanks Steve he's the manager and leader for a reason! read more

Super Star has eliminated the free dash wipes, air fresheners and spray bottles with cleaning solution. Does it get the job done? Barely. Is the unlimited membership worth it? Yeah you get your moneys worth if you go once every two weeks. However, there are a lot of flaws at this location. The blowers at the end of the wash cycle are terrible, especially if you own a truck/ suv. Be prepared to have an absurd amount of water left on your vehicle. The dry towels used for drying, are often really wet. It's hit or miss if there is window spray.. there is supposed to be compressed air to spray out your vehicle, but you'd be lucky if you pull up to a stall with one since those are often out of service. The vacuums are really nice when they work, however there have been numerous times when I go and the head of the vacuum disconnects from the hose. They also got rid of the attendant's job to hand out dash wipes and fresheners, now they sit in a location in the sun and a terrible location to pull up to without almost scratching your vehicle with those yellow cones. The only reason I go here is because it's convenient and next to my house, otherwise I would stay clear of this place. Don't even attempt to go on weekends, this place is a complete zoo and the parking lot is very busy. read more

I canceled my membership weeks ago and I am still getting charged $25 a month. I emailed customer support and I have gotten no help - all they said was that they would cancel the membership after I had already canceled it in person. cdsadmin@sscwaz.com has not given me a refund for charging me after canceling. Noticed a charge on my credit card! Asked my husband if he got the car washed on the 28th. "NO" Called discover & found out this was a second Membership monthly charge from Super Star Car Wash-Crismon! They used very complicated language & my husband absolutely did not know he signed up for this! Tried calling could not get anyone to answer phone. Tried contacting them on line only got membership prices or sign into membership, which we have no idea how we signed up with no paper work. They defiantly really have an unfair way of doing business. I remember the first car wash in October & looking at the car & was not impressed at all with the wash job. It is so sad they think deceiving people is their only way to conduct business. read more

I live by this car wash. I don't even know why I bother go here. I was there this morning three out of five vacuums never work. They've been that way for months and the top it off. They want to get you in some kind of membership when you go through the car wash it's bad business and faulty equipment. If you're gonna have faulty equipment that doesn't work just close it down and move in the southside where people don't give a crap. read more

Terrible location. Their machine broke my passenger side mirror during the car wash. I showed the attendant and watched him file a "claim" with the operations team only to find out he didn't. customer service is garbage when I filed a claim myself. After 4 months of giving me the run around, I had to pay $500 to fix my mirror. I'll never go here again, aside from going to the location to demand they reimburse the money. They need to do the right thing. In response to the operations comment back to me. I've already been in touch with customer service. They keep telling me they are waiting for a response from the email they sent to the operations team at this location. I wish I would hear a response back in a few business days... that has not been the case at all. read more

You just lost my $16.95 monthly fast pass reoccurring credit card charge today over a 10 cent air fresher. Nice going guys! A quick wash is only $3.00. I would have to come 6 times a month in order to justify the $16.95 per month. I've been averaging 3 times per month, but I've kept the Fast Pass because of the convenience. I asked for a 10 cent air freshener today as I entered the wash instead of the paper towels and I was told "it's not included in your package" Really? I decline the useless paper towels every time. They are unnecessary because of the real cloth towels you provide which is why I come to this wash in the first place as opposed to Cobblestone. I give you high marks on everything else right down to the XM radio you play, but your policy over a 10 cent and air freshener is ridiculous! read more

The manager Megan Dyson deserves a raise and promotion. I had a small issue that she handled so effectively, I was amazed. I've never signed up for a monthly car wash pass but to get an inside and outside detailed car wash for just over $20, its so worth the money. Everyone that works here micromanages your experience and will rectify even the smallest of mistakes. I had to write a review and give y'all props for excellence and a great value! read more

Staff were so nice and efficient, prepping your car by spraying the soap before you go through. Then you pull into a lane and there are vacuums and air and even clean towels to use! Great place read more

My car is NEW I had it for 3 months just to go thru the car wash and have them leave nothing but marks all over my car I tried calling them and nothing ! I will be going own my self and I'm looking into suing at this point ! My car is all chipped and scratched. When I mentioned it to one of the workers he said I'll take a look at my brushes. Thank you. Excuse me what about my car that I will have to spend my hard work earning money to fix I don't think so. This is ridiculous to think that we trust a company that continues to fail us. I am not the only complaints about this. I will be taking it up to corporate because enough is enough. If I could leave zero stars, I would not even that they allow. read more

Not worth the price. The membership is supposed to allow "Fast lane" entrance and the readers never work. I've paid for my car wash multiple times since signing up for "unlimited washes".
