Very nice guy who constantly told half truths or non truths. Promised vehicle would be secure but was left in open parking lot. Said he could not find needed parts though I found them in 10 minutes on eBay. Had car for a month. Only removed bumper cover. Promised to call back four times - did so only once. Bob is an angel! He took care of my car which we had to put up for sale in one day - buffing, polishing, and touching up better than any other place and for an extremely reasonable price! Our drivers side visor was also broken which would've been over $200 to replace; he went out of his way to call some friends and they happen to have one for $35. He bought it for us and replaced it and didn't even charge me extra because he said his original quote was his word! Integrity is what means the most! I recently had to take my car in for rear bumper mishap. The owner, Bob, has many, many years experience in the auto body industry and it shows. He was honest and straightforward with his assessment for the repairs and estimate. The workmanship on the repair was excellent and it was done at a very fair price. Horrible workmanship! I would not recommend them to anyone. First I waited months for them to get me in. All they had to do was paint my bumper and replace headlights. The bumper was just paint correction. No damage! It took them 3 weeks to complete the work. When completed the color did not match. It was way off and they didn't install my sensors correctly and they would pop out from just driving the car. Also broke clips on my weather stripping between the fender and hood. Didn't bother fixing it and just laid the broken piece in place. Bob talked to me as if I was an idiot but said he would repaint the bumper one more time. When he told me this was back in the beginning of April. It is now middle of Augist and I am paying another shop to fix his horrible work! Not once has he tried to contact me. I have contacted him and he just says "I'm waiting on a cancelation". I will be reporting Sanders paint and body to the better business bureau. read more

Avoid this shop at all costs. I brought them my car after I was rear-ended upon the rec commendations of two different people. I went to pick up my car and a high school body shop class could've done a better job. All Bob Sanders could do was to blame the aftermarket bumper that to the insurance company made him use. The paint on the trunk lid and the bumper was absolutely horrible. It looked like they painted the trunk lid in a dust storm and the bumper was covered in orange peel. I got the insurance company to use an OEM bumper and they had to repaint everything. Regardless of how the bumper fit, the paint work should have been nice to begin with because that was his part of the deal. In addition the trunk lid still does not close like it used to. He also made me several promises and then didn't follow through with them. Save yourself a bunch of heartache and go somewhere else. read more

Bob Sanders owner of Sanders Paint & Body is great to work with, he is honest and does exceptional work. He personally worked on a custom transformation of a 1994 Chevy full size Blazer 2dr for me. He is meticulous and demands perfection of himself. The paint work he did on my project was outstanding. I also wanted to highlight the SUV with some custom hand painted pin stripping and he arranged to have that work done at his shop by Bugs Auto Art. Bugs did a fantastic job also!
