This guy did a great job. Quoted me lower than another company, and then actually showed up on time. It's shocking how many businesses will say they'll be there but don't ever show up or always try to reschedule. Not this guy! Job was great, scratch was fixed, no complaints. Also gave me a recommendation if other things needed to get fixed for cheaper. Only thing I would say is to because you have cash on hand. After getting quotes from some of the big box auto body repair shops to repair two of our vehicles with random dents/scratches (yay teenage kids) I was shocked to hear they wanted to replace the parts and not repair them. I contacted John via Yelp and text after seeing some really good reviews on his work because I wanted options on my T-boned 2018 Prius (my other baby!) if he could salvage it and bring it back to its old glory. John actually doesn't live in the Chandler area, but agreed to check out my Prius in the Chandler tow yard while he was in town. We met up at the tow yard, had him inspect the vehicle and he said he needed to make some phone calls before giving me a quote on restoration. His quote was a fraction of the $10K+ quote I was getting at all the collision shops here on Yelp. I was ready to go with John, but John had one issue: getting the oem driver side airbag part for the Prius....there just wasn't any available. Thus, John texted me and let me know immediately and declined to do the job, as the car won't be safe without the oem driver side airbag replacement. What I liked about my experience with John was that, despite the fact I knew nothing about cars, John explained the process in laymans terms and did not try to take advantage of that (one collision shop told me he will buy my car for $1K--so he can fix it and flip it for $20K???). He was honest and prompt in letting me know exactly what was going on and worked really hard to make this work. I finally sold my Prius to Copart for thousands more than the collision shops and bought myself a new EV6 and a Tesla. Just in case, I asked John if he has done any bodywork on Teslas...and he said YES! read more

Since we didn't see it we have no idea how or why but it was about 3 1/2 feet above the ground right into the back of her lift gate. Very noticeable. We tried living with it but eventually my son said it could be filled in and painted so I contacted John. Very professional and he comes to you.
