I thought I was looking to get my older truck painted. I really only use it on the weekends for errands or adventuring, so I wasn't looking for anything too fancy. I'm not sure who I talked with, but they suggested a wrap, which after looking into it is a better fit for what I want. I have a lot of respect for these folks for doing what they felt was the right thing even if it didn't lead to money in their pockets today. I just stopped to see if my 06 Avalon would be expensive to repair. I has damage from a hit and run from years ago when my mom had the car. I checked around and CarPro's price made the most sense. I had a serious scratch with no physical damage, which required pretty much the same amount of work by whoever did it, if it was to be done right. I understood that, and thinking body work has to be expensive, I got lucky finding CarPro. Getting quoted a price that was only a bit more than the ones that were going to do it in a non-quality way, and half the price of the ones that seemed more serious, I wasn't sure what to expect, but went with the few reviews I saw and the fact that Nick answered all my questions about guaranteeing his work and making sure it looked the same as it did before. When I visited the shop, I found him to be personable, knowledgeable, and pretty straightforward. That and the professional work space made me feel like I made a good choice. They had my car finished quickly and it turns out they even did more than I expected. This place seems to value the two most important things I can think of: their customers and their product. I went with this body shop because the insurance company of the person that hit me suggested it. When I dropped off my car I told them I had a spare key at my house. While they were working on my car they lost the key to my car. They then without calling me got a locksmith and had a new key made for my car. After that they found my original key. When I came to pick up my car there was an issue with one of the panels and they did fix that. They then asked if I would pay for this new key. I said NO! They said they would just give me the key then. I asked the guy from CarPro if this will mess up my other keys and he said no. Apparently he does not know anything about car keys! I then took the keys and went out to my car only to find that the unlock and lock buttons on any of my keys no longer worked. I went back in and he called the locksmith. He then gave the the Locksmith my information and said he will get with me to fix this basically washing his hands of it. It took the locksmith several days to get to me and when they did they noted that my other keys no longer worked and to reprogram them it would cost $70. They know you have to have all the keys there when you put them in or they are removed from the valid keys in the car! I tried to call CarPro but all I got was their voice mail so I paid the $70 to have them reprogram my keys. When I did get a hold of CarPro the next day he would not reimburse me for the $70 and he called me RUDE for suggesting it was his fault and he should pay for it. I will NEVER use this company if they do not care about the quality of their job or consider themselves responsible when they screw up to make it right! I have called the insurance company to let them know what a bad experience I had with CarPro! read more

We ended up paying 200 more than originally said, I didn't pick up the car so I didn't get to ask specifically. Worst company ever! Not only did I have to go back twice for repairs, the customer service was terrible. I believe when you own and operate a business the customer's needs should always come first. Not in this case. Not to mention my insurance was billed for services that were not even done. There were also hidden costs that were not brought to my attention.
