Great customer service, great work! Should be everyone's go to body shop in Arizona. They repaired my F150 and you wouldn't be able to tell it was ever damaged. read more

Nick and the crew have bailed me out twice; once a couple of years ago repairing the paint on my classic '66 E-Type Jaguar, and again this week on my daily driver an XJ jag. Both times the prices were more than competitive, the service done quickly, and most of all, flawless results. I cannot endorse them highly enough to do whatever body and paint work you need. /s Bobby J, Phoenix read more

This place is awesome! Nice is the owner and he is there six days a week. Between myself, my wife and my two kids we have had quite a bit of body repair. They do a great job every time! I recently just scratched my bumper. I'm dropping my truck off on Thursday. I mentioned to Nick that I was going out of town that day and he offered to give me to the airport. I feel like very few people these days go above and beyond and Nik is definitely one of them. Car Pro has always been great to us and I will always recommend anyone who may need some type of paint or body repair. Thanks again for always taking care of us! read more

Updating to 3 stars because i'm glad that they got the scratches out but I recently noticed that the paint/top coat/whatever it's called they applied to my car door is yellowing. read more

I thought I was looking to get my older truck painted. I really only use it on the weekends for errands or adventuring, so I wasn't looking for anything too fancy. I'm not sure who I talked with, but they suggested a wrap, which after looking into it is a better fit for what I want. I have a lot of respect for these folks for doing what they felt was the right thing even if it didn't lead to money in their pockets today. I will be going to them in the future if/when I need body work done. Thank you. read more

Was told I needed a new bumper for a dent that wasn't even on the bumper. Thanks for your input, will gladly go elsewhere

Nick being as busy as he is he's still able to get my work done. Had some work done and it was a hard fix and he's let me come in unannounced and fixed me up on the spot because i was a returning customer. Does a good job and if it isn't he'll make it to your standards. recommend for sure. read more

My daughter damaged her car pretty badly. I got 3 estimates and CarPro Auto had the best price. Between the price and reviews I decided to go with this business. I'm happy with the outcome and like supporting local businesses. This place had good vibes & did quality work. read more

I just stopped to see if my 06 Avalon would be expensive to repair. I has damage from a hit and run from years ago when my mom had the car. Nick was super professional and was quick and very straightforward with his assessment and gave me a fair expectation as to what it would take to repair the car. I have been to many body shops over the years and this was a great experience. Nick was professional and well versed in what would be required to fix the car. I will definitely be using Nick for my repairs! read more

Do not use this company. They are unwilling to get you a receipt/invoice after they perform work for you

Nick is the best in the business! Tremendous communication and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to make my life 100x easier. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. read more

I checked around and CarPro's price made the most sense. I had a serious scratch with no physical damage, which required pretty much the same amount of work by whoever did it, if it was to be done right. I understood that, and thinking body work has to be expensive, I got lucky finding CarPro. Getting quoted a price that was only a bit more than the ones that were going to do it in a non-quality way, and half the price of the ones that seemed more serious, I wasn't sure what to expect, but went with the few reviews I saw and the fact that Nick answered all my questions about guaranteeing his work and making sure it looked the same as it did before. When I visited the shop, I found him to be personable, knowledgeable, and pretty straightforward. That and the professional work space made me feel like I made a good choice. They had my car finished quickly and it turns out they even did more than I expected. This place seems to value the two most important things I can think of: their customers and their product. I'm happy to be a customer. read more

I went with this body shop because the insurance company of the person that hit me suggested it. When I dropped off my car I told them I had a spare key at my house. While they were working on my car they lost the key to my car. They then without calling me got a locksmith and had a new key made for my car. After that they found my original key. When I came to pick up my car there was an issue with one of the panels and they did fix that. They then asked if I would pay for this new key. I said NO! They said they would just give me the key then. I asked the guy from CarPro if this will mess up my other keys and he said no. Apparently he does not know anything about car keys! I then took the keys and went out to my car only to find that the unlock and lock buttons on any of my keys no longer worked. I went back in and he called the locksmith. He then gave the the Locksmith my information and said he will get with me to fix this basically washing his hands of it. It took the locksmith several days to get to me and when they did they noted that my other keys no longer worked and to reprogram them it would cost $70. They know you have to have all the keys there when you put them in or they are removed from the valid keys in the car! I tried to call CarPro but all I got was their voice mail so I paid the $70 to have them reprogram my keys. When I did get a hold of CarPro the next day he would not reimburse me for the $70 and he called me RUDE for suggesting it was his fault and he should pay for it. I will NEVER use this company if they do not care about the quality of their job or consider themselves responsible when they screw up to make it right! I have called the insurance company to let them know what a bad experience I had with CarPro! read more

Nick has handled all our auto body needs for years! They do excellent work and his communication is exceptional! I highly recommend them!

Quick response, only need my car for 10 days and best price I found. The owner, nick is a good guy and didn't try to hike up prices since I'm a girl. 100% recommend read more

I had a great experience taking my car to Nick. He quoted a fair price and was able to fix my car without replacing the door or panel! Other places I went to for an estimate insisted the panel or door needed to be replaced and it was going to cost a fortune. Service was quick and efficient. The job took exactly as long as Nick told me it would and I received a phone call and text as soon as my car was ready. Thank you, Nick and the team! read more

Nick and Car Pro totally changed our car... from an old, worn looking car on its last leg, to a vibrant, fun ride! When we pulled into our driveway after coming home from picking up the car from being painted, several of our neighbors walked over and thought we bought a new car! They were so surprised it was our same 2011 Honda Pilot. Nick was great at communication, gave a fair price, delivered on time and went the extra mile to make sure the details were all painted! read more

I paid oop for a car door I hit. Some shops quoted me over $1000. Nick's quote was significantly lower and according to car owner the car looks perfect. Thank you! read more

They did an excellent job fixing the car, pretty fast & she looked brand new honestly, only downside was that they didn't communicate the price would be higher than their estimate. We ended up paying 200 more than originally said, I didn't pick up the car so I didn't get to ask specifically. I might recommend & try again if next time it's communicated in advance, besides that great job! read more

I called three different places, and decided to go here because it was the most reasonably priced. I also based my decision off of previous reviews. After getting my Tacoma worked on, I've really enjoyed driving it so much more. I love being in my truck, sometimes I'll just stare at it. Ok joking aside, they did a good job, and they were nice to deal with as well. When you have a good experience it's worth taking the time to leave a review. So thank you CarPro read more

Nick with CarPro helped us out after I got into an accident. My car didn't have collision coverage so We were really stressed out about getting it fixed and having it cost thousands of dollars. My husband found Nick and he was amazing from the get go. He told us exactly what would need to be replaced and told us up front he could get parts at after market prices and make it affordable. He told us 3-4 days but it only ended up taking 2. He sent us pictures all along the way to show us how it was going and made sure we were happy with the end result. It was half the cost of all the other quotes we received but looked as good as new. We will definitely come back if the need arises. I would recommend Nick at CarPro for everyone! read more

I submitted a bid to 8 companies thru the Yelp app. CarPro was the lowest, half of the highest. I took the car in for a firm bid and it WAS in the range that Nick had quoted! The repair was perfectly done and finished on time. My best recommendation! read more

Nick was awesome. I took my car in, he looked at it and quoted me a great price. He actually quoted me 4 business days to have it done, but was done in 2!! Super happy with the quality of work done. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for auto body work in the area. Thank you! read more

Nick is super friendly and does a great job. I scratched and dented the side of my car and he was able to take it in and fix it within a reasonable amount of time for a great price compared to many other shops that I got quoted for. He answered all my questions fully and gave me a good rundown of what he needed to do to get my car looking new again. Definitely recommend! read more

Great experience- vehicle was completed on time. Great communication from ownership. The work completed came out to my expectations as well!! Thx CarPro! read more

Nick gave us a better price and service than all the other auto body shops. He gave us his best estimate and stuck to it. He got it done in about 48 hours which was unreal turn around AND he went out of his way to get a dent out of our bumper that has been there since we bought the car from it's previous owner. You are in good hands if you choose CarPro. read more

Car paint still looks great, and I love not having any dents in my car.

I just recently moved to this area and Nick, the owner went above and beyond making sure my car was in top condition for a great price. If you want great work from someone with integrity I highly recommend Carpro! read more

Worst company ever! Not only did I have to go back twice for repairs, the customer service was terrible. I believe when you own and operate a business the customer's needs should always come first. Not in this case. Not to mention my insurance was billed for services that were not even done. There were also hidden costs that were not brought to my attention. There should be an option to give no stars on this rating, that's how bad it was. Take your vehicle to any other company but here. read more
