It has been over 12 years since my first review of this company --back then they were called "Wright Cars". In those 12 years they have grown their staff as well as the various specialties and services they are able to provide for cars and their customers. And through all the times I've used their services over those 12 years, they have remained genuinely good people, great to work with, true to their estimates, and a fair price for what needs to be done. I love the fact that I can rest assured that when the insurance company tries to undercut the process by pushing for cheaper parts so that they don't have to pay as much, the team at Vision Collision goes to bat for their customers to do the job right and get the right parts. They make sure the cars are safe to drive for their customers when they leave the shop. I highly recommend Vision Collision and the team there if you are looking to get your car repaired. Whether after a car crash or any other incident that has left your car in need of fixing, this is the place to go. read more

Highly recommend this place if you need quality body work done. They're independent from insurance companies so you know they're going to do right by the customer. Angela is very communicative and will go to fight for you when negotiating with the adjuster. I would have had my van back in half the time if it were up to them. Great people and service! read more

I was recommended to stop by Vision earlier this summer as all of a sudden one weekend my car started making some scary noises. It ended up being diagnosed as my front brakes needing to be replaced from what I tried to describe to an employee. I reached out to them via facebook because I work during the day and can't really pick up the phone. Angela was the one with whom I corresponded with and she was quite pleasant to work with! Lucky me, the day she offered to stay until their closing at 5p to look at my car, we had a horrible monsoon which added time to my drive down there. From the Monday diagnosis we were able to schedule a day that same week for me to drop my car off before their business hours, so the brakes could be replaced during the work day (due to my work schedule). She gave me a cost estimate ahead time based on a few different brands of calipers plus labor so I had some options. All in all I spent waaaay less than what I know I would've been charged at a dealership or some local shops with multiple locations. These people are the real deal and will treat you like their own! read more

We needed our bumper and the wheel-well, under coverings of the car replaced. Was an excellent experience--completed the work quickly, kept us informed of progress and returned the car in excellent condition--HIghly recommend. read more

Someone hit my car in a parking lot and of course, they did not leave a note. The impact did not look severe so I decided not to worry too much about it, well a few days later all of my forward collision warnings came on. Trying to avoid going to my insurance company I was recommended to Vision Collision by a trusted auto repair shop (Mercie J Auto Care). Not only did Vision Collision advise me on an action plan, but they also helped me get my car running and looking great again. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you for the great service you provided. David read more

My sister recommended Vision Collision after she picked up her BMW which was rear-ended. Since I rely on word of mouth recommendations, I decided to take my car to them after I wrecked it. Angela and Michelle are very helpful. Not only are they friendly, they go out of their way to address concerns and answer questions. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. Impressive and impeccable work! They also corrected an unsightly blemish on the hood of my car without charging me. I took my other car to Vision Collision to repair the wheels I scratched. They buffed out the wheels and they look new! As an added bonus, one of the owners came to my house to look at the wheels to determine if they could be fixed. Who does that? My husband and I greatly appreciated Todd coming to our house. Vision Collision is a company that takes customer service very seriously. The office staff is amazing; the techs are talented and thorough. They also take serious measures to disinfect the cars before and after the technicians do any work. They also disinfected my key fob and presented it to me in a sterile box. Amazing. I love Vision Collision and I am excessively grateful to know them and do business with them. Highly recommend Vision Collision. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I was involved in a rear end hit and run collision and was referred to Vision Collision by an Arizona automotive group called AZ AMG. Vision Collision had started the repairs on my vehicle in January 2021. It is now June 2021 and my vehicle is STILL not fully repaired to the condition it was in prior to the accident. To start, I've had nothing but problems with this company and I wish I had never taken my vehicle there. They will present themselves as a great, knowledgeable and friendly company but when you discover the mistakes they created they will do whatever they can to not take responsibility for the terrible job they completed. Not only did Vision Collision paint the wrong parts on my vehicle, they also got overspray on my entire rear end of the vehicle. They also do not understand how to get a bumper to properly fit. Their argument was  "it will never look like the factory fitment again because it was in an accident." Steer clear. Within a couple of weeks of receiving the vehicle back, I noticed the vehicle was not running properly and something didn't feel right driving it. I had taken it to a local shop and they had noticed the rear wiring harness had fallen onto the exhaust system. Come to find out, Vision Collision did not route the wiring harness properly, causing it to fall onto the exhaust. After this had happened, the vehicle had to be sent to a local Mercedes Benz dealership to get the wiring replaced. After getting the wiring replaced, I noticed there were broken tabs connecting the rear bumper to the body of the vehicle. I had brought what I found to both parties' attention and neither one would admit they were at fault for breaking the tabs. Neither party had proof or pictures to prove and they both were not willing to help me fix this issue. read more

Angela is this best. She talked me through every step and was super knowledgeable about the entire process. Fixed my hood, windshield, spoiler new paint and decals. My car looks like it did the day I bought it. Couldn't be happier read more

This is only my second time needing an auto body shop. The first I had used based on recommendations of my insurance. My experience was...not good. This time, I called my favorite mechanic shop, Desert Car Care, and asked for a recommendation. They fell all over themselves to recommend Vision Collision. So pleased with the service. They were very communicative about all the steps of diagnosis and repair. They were very helpful with insurance (who were sometimes really hard to get hold of in quarantine), and rental car logistics. I was also able to pay online, which was really helpful too. My car looks great! read more

Don't get your estimate in a parking lot as I did. Brighton Ranch had gone out of business and my car had been left in their parking lot. Vision Collision assured me that they would repair the car as Amica Insurance estimate showed. This was to include detailing. VC did no detailing and left the exterior as well as the interior still scratched and paint dinged. Interior dirty. To add insult to injury, Amica paid VC $1400 additional for extra work which VC never showed me, AND VC had the necessary extra paint to do the little additional detailing. I should have known better. If its not in writing, it doesn't exist. Gary Friedman read more

I can not say enough great things about my experience with Todd and Jennifer! They are absolutely amazing people who value their customers! My mechanic, Paul, Faithworks Automotive, recommended Vision Collision. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I called and explained my situation. They were caring, compassionate and accomodating. They came in best price from other quotes, under timeframe I thought they would need my vehicle and ABOVE expectations in quality of work! I truly think my car looks better now than before my crash! Lol I would highly recommend this company to EVERYONE... I will most definitely be using Vision for all future needs in our family!! Thank you for everything Todd & Jennifer! You were truly a blessing to me, in a time of chaos :) Charity Reilly read more

Working with Angela after my Jeep was damaged was wonderful. She answered all my questions, worked with the insurance company and found the new replacement parts quickly. I like working with a family-owned and operated company. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for auto body repair. The customer service is incredible and follow through is just as good. Thank you Angela for helping me get my Jeep back on the road. read more

I had a terrible experience with Todd and Vision Collision. My car was vandalized so I looked for a local repair shop to give business to and found them on Craigslist. Pics of the work looked great so I decided to head down to see what they could do. Todd was about to close up shop but looked over my car seeing that 8 panels would need to be repaired and repainted. I told him it had a dent in the one door that would need to be removed along with dings along the body line, since all 4 doors, fenders and quarters needed to be fixed and repainted. I wanted the whole car repainted since 8 panels had to be done anyway and I believed we had agreed upon that. I also asked for him to work with me on my deductible and he said no problem with that or doing the work. It was all yes-yes and no problem. I signed the paperwork and now it was up to him and the insurance company. I get a call saying the car is being sanded and prepped at the moment and it gets brought up about the 8 panels being repainted and not the whole care. I am a bit taken back by this because I thought we agreed on doing the whole car but chalk it up as miscommunication. If it was not already being worked on I would have picked my car up from them and took it somewhere else. I get a call to pick up my car, he has had it for a week and half so plenty of time to do a great job right? WRONG! I get there and all the door dings are still there, the key mark on the one fender is still visible, paint hazing on the one door and the other fender. I point these things out and he says I have a good eye, no shit I wanted my car right and you were paid $2000 from my insurance company for shoddy work. Basically my car was not repaired to my satisfaction nor to what was written on the estimate for the insurance company and way less what we agreed upon. He did fix the dent on the one door but the door dings are still there along with a key mark on the fender. The body guy must not have a good eye at all missing all of that and to not repair each panel and get rid of some small dings chalking it up that it is more labor cost for you when I 100% certainly pointed out the dings specifically saying they needed to be fixed and they were not. Regardless of it all the work was not done to my satisfaction and damage was painted over. You can buff out the hazing certainly but you cannot buff out painting over a chip in the paint which should have been sanded down properly nor the key mark which was painted over. I recommend you get it in writing if you make an agreement with Todd or record the conversation because he will over promise and under deliver. He did some of what he wrote up on the estimate but clearly could see I was unhappy. Word of mouth and reviews like these make and break businesses. I will do a HD video walk around and post the link showing the issues I had from my car that was picked up just a few days ago. Totally unacceptable for getting $2000 to repaint 8 panels and not repair them properly, I could have went to nearly any shop and they would have got the handful of dings out and repainted the car for that kind of money. Then telling me its a 14 year old car and not sure what I am expecting. Regardless of the vehicle the work should be done right, my car is a 2 ton business card with over spray on the trim and windows still too! When I worked in my fathers shop we went the distance and would never repaint and panel and leave door dings in it or key marks. A couple extra hours of time to make it right because it represents us when it leaves the shop and getting all the over spray off trim and windows because it is not the customers problem to deal with nor hazing of the paint which you can see across the parking lot. Good eye he says, I say open your damn eyes! Stay away from this business, you could go to Maaco and they will happily paint over damaged panels. Vision does not go the extra mile or the miles they agree to and are paid well for. read more

Vision Collision repaired the passenger side damage from my son's crash of my 2006 Lexus GS 300. They did a great job from the beginning to the end. The car looked great after a week of repair. The color was matched perfectly. The cost was the most reasonable I have encountered. I had previously had work done at Scotts Coach Works, Select Auto Body and Deer Valley Collision. The work Vision Collision did looked much better for a fraction of the cost from the shops mentioned above. read more

Vision collision is the most honest and competent body shop I have ever used. They did an amazing job fixing the broken passenger door handle on my 2005 Hyundai Tiburon GT. The owner was kind enough to research the proper parts at the lowest possible price to help us keep the cost down. We were treated extremely courteously by everyone we encountered there from the mechanics to the owner. It was obvious that this company really does care about their customers. We have since moved to an outlying area of Phoenix, but will definitely return should the Tiburon need more work. We definitely recommend them! read more

this is how businesses should be run! I called in with a tire problem. The nicest woman told me she would help even though the repair shop could not help me with my issue. I can't thank Todd enough for his awesome work. He went over and above to fix another shop's poor work on my Mustang. I was referred to him by a mechanic shop I trust, and they said it is THE shop they refer customers to... when I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, I was simply looking for an opinion on whether I should go back to the shop in CA where I had my car fixed after I was the victim in a hit and run.... my trunk was "fixed" by the other shop but it still wasn't closing all the way. Todd didn't just give me his honest assessment, but stepped out of the office in 111° heat and toyed with my trunk HIMSELF to get it to shut properly! It took him about 45 minutes as he was such a perfectionist and wanted to get fix the other shop's work as best as he could - even though it wasn't his responsibility. On top of it all, he wouldn't accept any payment for it. What a great business! He had me on my way in no time! There aren't many businesses like this one anymore! It's only been a couple weeks since I stopped in, and I've been telling everyone I meet to go to Todd the next time they need body work done! He knows what he's doing, and he's a straight-shooter! read more

Absolutely excellent repair shop, couldn't ask for anything more. Honest, fair prices, and great work. Todd and his crew made everything incredibly easy for us. They came to our house to do the estimate, waited patiently while we got other estimates, then came back to the house to pick up the car after we selected Vision Collision for our repair work. Unfortunately I had to visit Vision Collision again We had a work truck that needed a little help and only had a few days to get it fixed. Very nice and professional to work with. My car was involved in a hit and run overnight and they were able to get my car in the next day and begin work. Very responsive when I would call with questions. Their quote was the lowest by far and the number of days working on my car was less than others had quoted me as well. Body work looked perfect upon completion. Would highly recommend and will return for future body work, hoping there is none though :) read more

Vision Collision has to be the best body shop in the valley. The staff and owner go above and beyond to get your vehicle back to 100% as quickly as possible. I took my vehicle here after an accident, and was shocked at how amazing the staff was. Typically you don't find trustworthy people in the auto industry, but that is the furthest thing from the truth for this business. One of the woman working there actually did a lot of dealing with the insurance company of the guy that hit me for me and gave me advice on what to do in order to get the proper payout for my totaled vehicle because I had never been in an accident, let alone had a car totaled out. She went above and beyond to provide the best possible service in my time of need. On top of that, the owner actually gave me a ride to a friends house that was about 40 mins away because they were so concerned about me trying to drive my vehicle since I had no other options at that point. I feel like in today's world that is extremely rare to find. If you ever need any body work done to your vehicle Vision Collision is hands down the best place to take your vehicle! They won't screw you around and will get the job done in a timely manner as well as exceed your expectations! I can promise you, you will not want to take your vehicle anywhere else. These guys do it right and they deserve everyone's business. read more

My car was recently hit while parked causing some damage to the front driver side wheel well and making it impossible to drive. Without knowing where to go (but not wanting to trust the shops used by the other guy's insurance company) I was suggested to try Vision Collision. I could not have made a better choice. The staff was super helpful and friendly, going above and beyond their jobs to help get me into a rental car (when the insurance company directed me to a Enterprise which had no cars to let) and even repairing a faulty window I had been living with for the past year for less than I was quoted! Vision Collision more than made up for the frustration of being without my car for a short week's time, delivering back a vehicle that hasn't looked so good since I first drove it off the sales lot. I can't thank the shop enough or recommend them anymore highly to anyone in need of body work. They will be my go to place from now on ( hopefully I won't need to see them too soon)! read more
