The whole team here were great to work with. They worked with Allstate to get an estimate to us in a reasonable amount of time and a fair estimate for date of completion. We got our car back and the work they did was great as well. Very good attention to detail and again, very efficient work to get us our car back asap. Very friendly staff from top to bottom and I could not recommend them more! read more

Great value and honest. Super fair deal on the rental vehicle too! Highly recommend, and the car turned out looking great. read more

MGA Collision was amazing from start to finish. Super responsive from the start, kept me updated throughout the process, provided a rental while our car was being repaired. The work looks incredible (and the car was even detailed for us) That extra touch really meant a lot. The professionalism, communication, quality of work, and customer care were outstanding. Highly recommend MGA Collision to anyone needing repairs. They truly exceeded our expectations! read more

They did a great job with some considerable hail damage to our 24 Chevy Trax. Helped with the entire process and rental car. !

I had the best experience with MGA Collision Center! My truck got scratched by Discount Tire and this was not something I was excited to deal with, but Meghan at MGA made it a super easy process. From the first time I called and she was very helpful with all the information and telling me that she was going to be taking over everything and handling it from there on out. I really appreciated that because it is a little bit of a stressful process having to deal with Discount Tires insurance, and the claims process, but once I contacted MGA, they took over and handled everything in a very timely manner. They also were able to set me up with a rental car and I was able to pick up the rental car directly at their shop when I dropped off my truck. They had great communication with me throughout the entire process and they were able to get it done a lot quicker than I thought. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work as well, if I ever need body work done in the future I will be coming here! read more

If you want genuine and professional service with a smile, it's here. Best priced among several ridiculous other estimates. It comes with lifetime warranty, too. Owners Robert and Meghan were always around, with Robert inspecting cars and interacting with staff and Meghan manning the phones and the front desk. Quality is factory-grade. No wonder, the shop was very busy. Production staff is youngish and skilled. Now, I am not so scared to have my next collision. LOL. Vehicle: Porsche Boxster GTS. read more

Should you ever have the unfortunate experience to have a car accident, just know that MGA Collision was a lifesaver for me, my family in countless ways. Not only are they professional, technically and operationally outstanding, their customer service skills and approach to resolving problems (especially communicating with insurance claims representatives) made a very stressful situation tolerable... no easy feat in this industry evidently. The entire MGA team was responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable... but a special shout out to VP Meghan for being the perfect person to assist and navigate this landscape of auto damages, insurance claim, and total loss process. We will be forever grateful and heartily recommend MGA Collision. They are a full service center... quite literally. 5 Stars! read more

MGA Collision painted my new bumper, installed it back on my car, and then went above and beyond by delivering my car to my house free of charge! They had the best estimate out of all the auto body repair shops I checked. I got the bumper replacement directly from Toyota through a friend, brought it to MGA, and they paint-matched it perfectly. They kept the bumper at their shop while they painted it and then scheduled me to bring my car in for installation. I dropped it off at 9 AM, and it was finished before 10:30 AM... and then delivered to my home! Highly recommend -- the work looks incredible! I'm very happy and truly appreciate their exceptional service. Thank you again! read more

I just had the best experience using MGA Collision center to fix my car!! From the initial contact to picking up my car, I was blown away by their service and added value. Not that I'm hoping to need them again soon, but I will go out of my way to use them in the future if needed. I could not recommend them more highly!! read more

Great communication, even by text. My experience was not collision related, but I needed a shop that was experienced with working Tesla to do an installation of sideboards on my truck. Robert and the whole team are a gem. Really genuinely warm people I will do business with again. They provided me a quote and a time for installation, not only did they charge me less than quoted, they even got it done less than 1 hour. Shouts out to Jaz and Nick. I'm proud to say a girl worked on my truck and she did a great job. Highly recommended. Good honest and skilled people. read more

Had a major accident that occurred in my brand new vehicle. These guys are seriously best shop I have even had body repair

They did a great job on my bumper, very sweet employees and even the owner made sure everything went smoothly

The team at MGA Collision did a wonderful job repairing the hail damage on my Tesla Model Y Performance. The whole experience was beyond exceptional, from the first message from Meghan about getting my car in that day for a repair quote, to daily updates from Jake, letting me know the status and Estimated completion date. MGA made me feel like a part of their family. The cherry on top of my whole experience was the final detail. My car looked better than brand new, inside and out. I can't say enough wonderful things to fully convey my positive experience. I definitely recommend MGA to anyone looking to get their vehicles worked on. Thank you, Robert, Meghan, Jake, and the whole MGA family. read more

I've had two vehicles repaired at MGA. Both times they did fantastic work, provided great service, and communicated well along the way. They were also less expensive than the other bids I got. I found that there was something loose after the repair of my truck, and called them about it. They simply said bring it in and we'll straighten it out. I didn't make it back in until almost 7 months later! They took it in, tightened it up, and washed the truck, even did the inside!! I will definitely be back. Thanks for such great service. read more

Reached out to this company for help regarding paint touch up, a man named Robert sent me a message that said "sorry cant help". I reached out to a dozen shops around the valley who were all very accomodative and took their time to help and provide professional service. The dismissive response and lack of customer service from this shop was some of the most unprofessional experiences I have had reaching out for help. I eventually went to another shop where they painted my car for a great price and GREAT service. Comment below if you would like the shop name and I would be happy to provide it because I highly do not recommend this place unless you like unprofessional conduct from staff members who don't care about clients read more

First and foremost, what a great experience I had with the team at MGA! They made me feel like one of their most important customers. I can even say I felt like their most import customer from the start. I found out about MGA through online searching, and initiated contact with Meghan. She was super nice, easy to talk to, answered all my questions (I had a lot), and was very receptive to my texts, or voice calls. I needed some repair done to my Tesla Model Y. I backed into a wall and damaged part of my trunk and spoiler. I really like my car and this was a very sad event for me. I needed to find a place that would do a good job, and was reasonable in cost. I spoke to some dent repair companies that come to your house, but I couldn't see that as a good solution especially if painting was needed, how can they do a good job outside a shop. Then, not all collision centers want to work on Tesla's! I also tried an official Tesla Collision Center, but their pricing is triple of everyone else's. Well I found MGA and Meghan made me feel like this is the place to go. The work was completed in about 4 days. I spoke to Robert when it came to the repairs. He truly wants to make sure the customer is pleased with the work, and any reservations big or small, he is willing to make sure they are covered. Robert wants to make sure your car is perfect when you get it back! Can't ask for anything more! The repair was excellent. I found no blemish and it looked like I never had the accident! They replaced my Tesla emblem and re-did my spoiler! Not only was the repair perfect, but they did a full detail, exterior and interior! No extra fee! The car was spotless. I hand wash my car so I was hesitant in allowing them to do it, but Meghan assured me of their work. I can't believe they did all my carpets! I have a 7 seater so there's a lot to do. Tires cleaned, they even worked on my glass water spots. The Model Y has a lot of glass so I imagine a lot of elbow grease goes into that. This detail work is easily over $100 and they provide it for free for their customers. And their body work has a lifetime guarantee! Last thing here, I live far from them since not many shops work on Tesla's. They offered free Uber rides. This place is GOLDEN! Nice to have them for future needs. It was a breath of fresh air to work with you guys! Meghan and Robert are superstars!!! In an environment were businesses just care about the dollar, MGA is more concerned about their work and customer satisfaction. No joke, I'm serious. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!!! read more

Still recommend! Go out of their way, friendly and professional. Will even do the little things without expecting anything in return, even if you offer - when does that ever happen?!?! They are mindful of your cost, and from prior experience, their cost of many bids between myself and another looking, lead us to them. And I was skeptical of that walking in. They are farther in distance than I would normally travel, but I would go forsake the inconvenience of travel time for them - because they're honest and proven themselves to me to do stellar body work. Who also doesn't want to support a group of people as a team who are all so helpful and care. You're more than a transaction here - it fees like a relationship from the initial phone call to the first meeting, with all the interactions since. read more

The folks here at MGA went above and beyond for me! I dropped off my car on a Friday and picked it up the following week. They made the process very efficient. The team here were very communicative and kept me in the loop of the whole process. They even had someone deliver my vehicle back to me while I was working when all was said and done. 10/10 would come back for any future repairs. The folks down here know what they're about! read more

Super responsive in arranging my repair. Covered my Uber too & from work. Competitive price. And when the supplier sent the wrong colored mirror assembly, then took care of painting it for no extra charge read more

MGA did an awesome job repairing my Tesla Model S after I rear ended someone... They were much more responsive and informative than other shops as to where they were in the repair process. Other shops said it would take 3 months to get in, and another 6 weeks to complete repairs... MGA got me in the following day, and repaired the car in a week. They take customer service seriously and handled the insurance claim process for me for a seamless experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I will definitely use them again in the future, just hope next time it's not because I rear ended someone. ‍ read more

They were the best to work with. As a student I was worried about the cost of fixing my car after I had an accident but MGA collision made sure to get me the right price for the best quality. Amazing customer service! insurance ended up totaling my tundra, so I can't speak on the work but I'm sure it's top notch. They were so helpful from day 1! They dealt with my insurance directly. My experience with MGA was above superb, since the beginning of my interactions with them I dealt with Meghan. She so kindly explained the process and how it would work with my insurance, and she handled every single thing from then on, like she said she would. We searched extensively for a honest, reliable and expedient company for repairs to our 2001 GMC Yukon. Right away we felt like we were part of the family with MGA Collision. Absolutely incredible experience! I honestly can't say enough great stuff about MGA Collision Center. I now have an honest body shop that I can trust for my car needs and will absolutely recommend to friends and family. I stumbled across MGA because I submitted my project to Yelp and requested multiple offers. I got a text from MGA asking me a few more details about my car. They gave me the best quote over the other 7 offers I received, but it does not stop there! After my initial inquiry, the owner wanted to get more details of my project, what I had done to try and fix it and what I was looking to get resolved. The censor in my 2022 Toyota RAV4 got unaligned and Toyota told me I would have to take it to a body shop. The body shop Toyota suggested told me it would cost $3500 to get it fixed, and that I would have to replace the whole front bumper and have it recalibrated. I took it back to Toyota and asked if they could just recalibrate it as there was no body damage, they told me they would try, they charged me $550 and told me that the censor was 0.5 degrees off due to damage on the bumper, so the only option was to replace the whole bumper then recalibrate it. They charged me for attempting to recalibrate it and sent me on my way. At this point, I was considering selling or trading my car because I was having such an issue getting it fixed. After talking with MGA, they asked me to bring the car in, the owner took the time to look in the hood, remove the plastic shield so that we could get a visual of the censor and told me he could get it recalibrated without having to replace the bumper, and he did! They were able to get it recalibrated and my car is running great. All the functions that had been affected are working, like cruise control, lane assist and assisted braking. I am absolutely thrilled! MGA has my full trust and a loyal customer from now on. read more
