I first took my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee because I dented it backing out of a business and didn't see the block wall. I found APEX on Yelp and went right over to meet the owner (Roy). We laughed about my mishap but then got down to business. Needless to say I went with him and he did a wonderful job. I live in Peoria and we had a hail storm back in September and it really did a lot of damaging marks all over my 2019 Grand Cherokee. When it was done it looked like I just took it off the showroom floor. I also own a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I will never sell. She is presently in the hands of APEX because the driver's door panel was damaged by an automotive business I had gone to (who I'll never go back to). Went to see Apex after making an appointment. Roy met me, inspected my vehicle concern, and went to work. I had taken my vehicle to two other shops to try and have the problem corrected. No joy. Roy and his staff had me up and out the door in minimal time with my vehicle "healed" and ready for the next adventure. I must add, ALL staff members are very courteous and personable.
