Had a minor accident where the mirror on my car broke and needed a new mirror. My insurance company gave me a couple of options and I chose Allard from the reviews online. I met with Luis and he took pictures of my car, gave me a breakdown of what the process would be and I waited for the call that my parts were ready to work on my car. Once I got the call, I brought my car in and shortly there after it was back and good as new! I had some codes and warnings because of the issue that were cleared out and you would never know that a new mirror was installed on my car. Fernando was my "Allard go to guy!" He's great. Everyone there was cheerful and courteous and I always grabbed a piece of candy or two) from their large bowl on the counter. We had someone drive into a rear fender late last June (2025) while on vacation in the Denver, Colorado area. Progressive Insurance sent me to Allard, which "told me" that Allard did excellent work. My fender was damaged in a tiny spot and included a broken tail light. In the time frame promised, Allard has my car ready, brand new tail light and all. They painted the entire rear fender!!! I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the level of professionalism at this shop. My vehicle required two repainting attempts, and both were handled poorly. Not to mention insurance paid out over $9000. After the first attempt, there were paint speckles under the clear coat covering the entire hood. The shop also had to replace the steering wheel column due to damaging it during the first attempt with the vehicle .I returned the car for a second repaint, but this led to even more issues. Including sanding, the brand new headlight installed. The front windshield was improperly installed, and my brand-new grill was damaged and warped due to burn marks from improper handling. Additionally, there were plastic burns and tape marks all around the vehicle from this second attempt at painting. To make matters worse, the spoiler began to fall off within two weeks. The shop didn't even offer to pay for a rental during the second attempt of corrections which lasted a week. When I went to pick up my car, an employee (Mike) was unprofessional and began shouting at me, further reflecting the shop's lack of professionalism. I've had multiple excuses for the poor work, including callouts, short staff, etc., This entire process forced me to take my vehicle elsewhere for repairs, including fixing damages that weren't even there initially. I do not trust this shop.. they completely ruined my Mercedes and will never return with another vehicle. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for automotive services. read more

A few years back, I crashed my Mustang and took it here (under their old name and management) to get the whole front end repaired.. bumper, radiator, condenser, all of it. They did great work back then, and recently I had to come back for an issue with my AC not blowing cold. It was complicated since they're technically under new management now, but they still handled everything professionally. The first time I brought it in, they checked for leaks, didn't find any obvious ones, recharged it, and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, a few days later it started blowing warm air again. I called insurance, had the claim reopened, and brought the car back. This time they kept it for a couple nights to do a thorough check, using colored fluid to find exactly where it was leaking. They found a little Schrader valve that was leaking refrigerant, swapped it out quickly, and when I came to pick up the car, they didn't charge me a thing. Seriously, the people here are awesome. Angel at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, Chris was great on the phone with all the info, and Fernando came out to talk with me in person about what they found and what they did to fix it. Super genuine, honest guy. Overall, I couldn't recommend them enough. It's rare to find a shop that treats you like a real person instead of just another customer. Hopefully I won't need their services again anytime soon, but if I ever do, this is a place I trust. read more

Brought my Honda van in with a damaged front bumper for an estimate. The technician at Allard (Eddie) took one look at the damage and noticed that the bumper had only been dislodge from it's mounting bracket and was able to fix it on the spot. I was involved in a car accident, November 2025, my vehicle was towed to Allard Collision for an estimate of repairs. Prior to doing an assessment of the damage I spoke with someone in management, personally, and pleaded that I just wanted my car back due to personal circumstances. However, they deemed my vehicle a total loss. I advised them I would consider a salvage title if the difference of the insurance settlement and the total cost of repairs was within $5000.00 or something comparable. Allard evidently didn't want my business as they quoted me a completely unreasonable and unfair cost. The cash value of the car prior to the incident was $11,500. Intentionally inflating their prices, I was quoted repairs by Allard to be $27,000! Purposely, avoiding the footwork/leg work and seeking used parts etc, which would have, easily, dropped the cost of repairs to a much more viable outcome. This is a 2015 Hyundai Accent with 75k miles. An ENTIRE car could be built from the ground up for that amount! They intentionally INFLATED their prices for the sole purpose of not wanting the job. Ok, just say so! This unethical method was an insult to my intelligence as I am female, which was discriminatory at best. No one, including women, would buy this kind of nonsense. There are various organizations including the Attorney General's office to report such actions, which I am pursuing. I don't see a location to post a picture of the damage of the vehicle at the scene of the accident. It would speak a thousand words. read more

They followed up routinely, and even went so far as to contact my insurance company when they noticed damage from the towing company that brought my car to their shop. Allard Collision is awesome. They've done work on a few of our cars. Most recently, they fixed a door ding/paint scratch on my almost brand-new Lexus IS 350. Eddie and Chris were so helpful and they made sure the car was perfect before signing off on it. First to deal with a collision center is to begin with frustrating and stressful however the workers here are friendly and eager to take the load off. Keith was very friendly and helpful the estimated time for my vehicle to be done was extended and although there wasn't great communication on this they offered to deduct the amount of a rental off my deductible. When my husband came to pick up the car the owner John noticed him struggling with his wipers (not sure why but they just randomly turn on so he did some stuff with the fuse box lol foreign stuff to me but it worked!) and assisted in turning them off my husband was so happy! Thank you for the great customer service as well as fixing the bumper chips. Advice would be to have clear communication throughout the process and if there are delays let customers know as soon as possible. I own a business and even if something doesn't go as planned communicating will ease a lot of complaints vs the customer calling to check in first. I had a front passenger tire blow out on the freeway that caused shrapnel to take out not only the passenger side mirror but also damaged both doors and side on the left. After getting the car towed to get the tire fixed the tow truck driver recommended Allard. Oddly enough, even though the name seemed familiar, I didn't realize until I got there that I had previously brought the same vehicle there a couple years ago after a deer ran into the rear driver side of the SUV while visiting Texas. Hopefully this car is through with being damaged, but if something should happen again I won't forget their name again. They are 2 out of 2 in repairing the body of my Sorrento to as good as new, and both times my deductible covered everything. The work was finished in about a week, which was close to the estimated time that I was given provided their weren't too many issues, and their weren't. I was in and out when it came time to pick up the car which is exactly how it was when I dropped it off. The whole experience virtually eliminated any stress that I could have had. read more

I really like this outfit. I've had nothing but customer service excellence. Originally I had taken my car to Caliber Collision It took a couple of weeks before they could look at my car and after I had given them the car and then purchased a rental they called and said that there was prior work done on it and they won't fix it. Well that was a waste of two weeks time and $700 on a car rental. So I went to Allard wondering if I'd have the same issue. Instead Keith at Allard said no problem we'll fix it for you. He even towed it from Caliber which saved me a huge hassle. Angel was the mechanic in Phoenix fixed it and detailed it. I was super impressed- It looks amazing. The girls up front are super friendly and very helpful which is more than I can say for Caliber who seemed disinterested & unfriendly. Keith & Ernie are great to work with and really care about the customer. If you're trying to decide where to take your car. I would recommend Allard. They will take care of you! Unfortunately, I was not impressed with this company. Went through yelp put in detailed information. Sent five photos to request an estimate. I did receive a response advising me to call the office to schedule an appointment for an estimate, which I have no problem doing. I called they can't get me in today, they can't get me in tomorrow. Seriously It's just a scratch, there's no damage no parts to be orders and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and unfriendly and wanted to put me on hold because she's in the back. FYI I chose five companies with good reviews to request a quote and yelp sent it out to five other companies of their choice to get a quote and this is the only company that could not give me a quote via detailed information and five pictures again just a scratch. read more
