What a great organization . Great staff , super nice and professional . Being new to the area I stopped in on over 15 shops . Only 9 would give me an estimate . Orlando's estimate was not the cheapest but it was a lot less than the most expensive by over $3k . They were the nicest and most professional . They explained the whole process. I got the feeling that they cared about me more than the rest of the other shops combined . I looked at some of their finished cars and they all looked perfectly done . I dropped my BMW off and they got it fixed faster than expected , they let me know what was going on during the repair and the repair bill was less than the original estimate . Very disappointed with this shop, they talk a good game about having an accurate estimate by "taking the vehicle apart" this is total b.s , work turned out to be 30 percent more expensive, also took nearly 2 months for 2 fenders to be replaced , then held my vehicle hostage until insurance paid. Vehicle was then returned to me unwashed, and with a broken tunnel cover, also all of my items in my front storage area where just thrown in the back of the truck, which I had to crawl through to release my tunnel cover. I would give them zero stars if I could. Paint repairs also show orange peal - white paint thought that was easy, better off with a high school body shop, ohh and their warranty they brag about, non existent as well- zero accountability . Apparently being on the radio and social media posting how great they are is more important than doing quality work. read more

If I could give them 0 starts I would. I dropped my vehicle off for an estimate. They Erin at the front desk asked me to sign a work authorization so they could, "do an estimate and work with insurance". When we realized they intended to lock us into a repair before we even saw an estimate I immediately picked up the phone and explicitly asked them no to commence any repairs until we have fully reviewed the estimate as we may not want to proceed with any or all repairs. Well they started the repairs anyway. Even after we sent them a written notice requesting they stop work they continued with the repairs. Now they are holding my vehicle hostage demanding repair costs in excess of the Kelly Blue Book value of the car. What a disaster! Totally unprofessional, and unethical. read more

It's difficult to rate Orlando Auto Body, as their work they did on my the passenger side of my GMC truck was amazing! Although, I did cock an eyebrow at the 9K cost; however the passenger side of my truck looks like the damage never occurred. Now, as for the thug or thugs who did the actual body work on my truck , they should be fired for theft! I accidentally left very special coins, which were my father's, in a hidden compartment inside my truck, can't see it...unless you are deliberately searching the cab, which is exactly what Orlando's thief employee did. When I picked up my truck, and checked on my coins, they were gone! I felt like I have been punched in the gut,, the coins are of sentimental value , but I guess that means nothing to a punk Orlando employee . I. had my truck serviced @ orlando auto body in Scottsdale a few month ago. not really impressed with with the customer service was lacking. the only communication I had with updates was when I called to ask for an update. wrong/different parts where installed was blamed on insurance they aid they would fix it and still have not received a call about anything. they do have good reviews on line which is why I gave them try, I guess it was just my experience with these guys. read more

Every year I need to up date my complaint. Orlando auto body did work on my car that was not approved by my insurance and I had to pay the extra cost. At the time my mom just got diagnosed with dementia , and the extra cost was devastating to us. Today I made the cardinal mistake of taking my car through an unnamed car was chain in Gilbert and they damaged my car. Some type of chemical or other agent was spilled on the paint of my car and it would not come off and looked as it may have eaten the clear coating. After attempting to try to get them to acknowledge and fix it I gave up. On the way home I stopped by Orlando's and met two of the nicest people I have come across in some time. After looking at the issue they took the car back and within minutes had it looking good as new and didn't charge me a dime. While the user name is obviously a joke, this review is not. I got an estimate to replace the bolt on windshield frame on my 2005 Jeep TJ. Very low $, in my experience. I was told I might be better off getting a used frame as opposed to aftermarket. I went ahead and sourced the parts myself. With the low number of the estimate, I was prepared to pay that even with my parts. I called to schedule, was told the person who wrote the estimate no longer worked there. Was asked to hold, someone else would be right with me. After 30 minutes on hold (phones have timers), was told I would get a call back. That was a month ago. It's a shame too. The other shops I got estimates from gave me either a we don't want to do it price or just no response with a price at all. What I don't understand is that it's a job I have done myself, in the driveway, on previous Jeeps I've owned. Paint, 12 bolts and a handful of trim screws. And I can't seem to give money to a professional to do it this time. read more

My insurance was a little annoying, because I had never dealt with something like this before, but they walked me through figuring things out. I feel like the service was truly above and beyond. After identifying the damage and taking pictures, I was offered the courtesy to either wait for the written estimate, or return home and receive it via email within the "next hour or so." Fast forward 24-hours...still no estimate, despite leaving two voicemails and sending two emails. Not the kind of customer responsiveness that instills confidence. read more

My car got a weird flapping sound under the chassis especially when I drive at high speed. I went to one of the body shops near my house but by appointment only. I called Orlando Auto Body and was informed that I can walk in. They checked my car. Fixed one of the covers under without charge and gave me a reasonable quote for the other one including labor, taxes, and fees. I am happy that I went there. I drive around 16 miles to work and am so worried that my car will not be fixed anytime soon. The ladies in the office are both really nice and accommodating. My keys were returned with a smile from the mechanic. This will now be my go-to shop when it comes to my car body problem. read more

My vehcile suffered a crunch on the passenger side and after some delay I opted to bring it here to Orlando's BECAUSE of the numerous good reviews. Knowing how Yelp is good for pointing you in the best direction, AND also knowing you really need to consider how many reviews that writer/reviewer has posted before you give their comment serious consideration, yes, even positive 5 feedback. So I evaluated the reviews that had been posted prior to going there and then I paid them a visit before I made my final decision to go there. I can say that I was satisfied with the work done that was covered by insurance. The tiny touchups I had hoped could've been fixed without replacing entire bumper, that had only cosmetic damage due to road debris, really didnt get the love and pampering I had hoped for. It was explained in advance -but hey, things can happen that are welcomed surprises so I can always be hopeful. Besides, i know if you dont ask chances are lots slimmer that it will get done. Soooo anyway, repairs done and vehicle looks pretty again. Not entirely related is the windshield. This was an out of pocket replacement. The mechanism where the rearview mirror attaches to windshield appears to be different from the original piece that was there. read more

Just had a great experience with Orlando Auto Body! I was in a minor fender-bender and my bumper was damaged a bit and hanging off the car slightly and had some of the other car's paint on it. I came in to get an estimate and had a great guy named Kevin come out to look at it. He looked at it and discovered that it just needed to be forced back into place. He then took some rubbing compound and rubbed the other car's paint off. He did this in under 5 min and for no charge! These guys left my car worse than before the accident. Took my 2019 Malibu to them after an accident. I had to leave to drive across the country after they took care of my car, and my hood latch assembly came undone and almost caused an accident. Now, my front bumper is falling off, hood rattles threatening to take off at any moment. Insane body gaps(nothing lined up like it did). My cars suspension is trashed as well. First off I would like to say we choose this body shop to have the repairs done to our truck based on recommendation and reviews. I'd hate to leave a negative review but we didn't have the best experience with this body shop, or receive the top notch customer service as everyone else had stated. The driver side had some fender damage, the front bumper was replaced as well as some paint work. We were going through insurance to have these repairs done, submitted a claim on October 4th and was approved to drop off October 24th. Fast forward to November 28th when we had called to find out if our truck was finished. During this time we had to constantly call to try and get any update. We had informed them that we needed to have our truck back by November 19th as we were heading out of town for Thanksgiving Holiday. Kevin had said he would give us a call on the 14th with an update. No call was made, Called again the following day left a message as Kevin was out sick and he will contact us when he returns. No return call. Called again Friday the 18th and he said that it will not be done due to him being out sick (which I completely understand) and it was heading into the paint booth and will likely not be done until Tuesday. We had called Monday morning on November 28th as they were closed for Thanksgiving from Thursday-Sunday to get an update if our truck was finished or not and no one was able to give us any answers as Kevin was not in yet. Called again around 12pm and asked for an update and that's when we were informed that we can come pick up our truck. No one notified us that our truck was completed, we had to continuously keep calling for updates that day. As we were approaching we received a call from them saying that our truck will not go into reverse and that we couldn't come pick it up. Informed them we were at the light and will be there to still come look at our truck. We left our truck the following day and we had called again for an update, no update. Received a call around 3:30pm that they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our truck and that we needed to pick it up and take it to a mechanic as there was nothing further they could do about it. Mind you there was no issue with our truck when we dropped it off as I stated above it was a simple fender replacement, bumper and repaint. No engine issues we drove the truck to the shop. When I was looking over our paperwork I noticed the mileage that it was when we dropped it off was 87,589 and when we picked up our truck it was 89,452. 1863 miles were put on our truck. They informed us that they took photos of the mileage of when the truck was dropped off and that it was 89452 when they checked it in and that when we submitted our claim to insurance on October 4th the mileage was 87589 but couldn't show me a timestamp of when it was submitted. Seems a little fishy to me that our truck will all of a sudden not go in reverse 10 minutes prior to us arriving at the body shop. We had our truck tow to Ford and they had informed us that we needed a new transmission, that it was shot. Interestingly enough if you notice the mileage difference, it seems like someone decided to use our truck for a personal vehicle during the time it was dropped from October 24th to November 29th. We have been with out of a truck for 81 days since this taking out truck to this shop. read more
