Being involved in a vehicle accident is a very stressful and upsetting situation. My Honda was hit on the freeway, and had damages down the entire passenger side of the vehicle. My fiance and I decided to call Impact Auto Body for a quote because they had so many excellent customer reviews. The receptionist, Bethany was very friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with. Bethany was extremely helpful the entire time our vehicle was in the shop. JJ worked with us from the initial bid all the way until our car was repaired and in beautiful condition. He did so much for us throughout the entire process. JJ was very professional and was always calling us with updates. I also want to give a big shout out to all the technicians in the shop that made our care look like new. They even took the time to detail the inside of our vehicle. If you are looking for an auto body shop to repair your vehicle look no further! They will give you a lifetime warranty on all of your vehicle repairs. They also provide excellent customer service and are very honest to work with. I highly recommend Impact Auto Body, I promise they will take care of you! read more

I wouldn't ever use Impact auto or now named Kaizen collision ever again. I understand why they changed their name to Kaizen Collision Center. The Gm was very unpleasant and unprofessional. One of the other managers named Nautwas very professional and nice guy. They also drove my car 120 miles. I had 180 miles until empty and got it back and it only had 36 miles until empty. I wouldn't trust thos place to fix anything. read more

I had a fantastic experience amazing turnaround time. This is a family owned business and I felt like I was treated like family. They literally do high-end work for the workingman cost. Their paint booth are from Italy from what I understand these are the same paint booth they use on Lamborghinis Ferraris or anything high-end. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Not only was my car repaired, but hand washed upon delivery. Couldn't be happier with the service. read more

TOTAL disappointment. They make my lazy 16-year-old look industrious. Condescending, dismissive, disrespectful. They don't keep in touch with the insurance company when requested. They don't care if they cause you to have to pay for the rental after the insurance adjuster cuts you off. Office workers hide and don't reply. The place is a morgue for a reason. I could go on, but you get the idea. read more

Impact did an awesome job on my 2014 Mustang and finished early! I can say these people must really stand by their Warranty, because even though I haven't had to use it they keep reminding me via mail I have one!! Awesome job you guys! Impact Auto Body is THE BEST. Our family has gone to them any time our vehicles suffer a body issue. They are fast, reliable, and assure a life time guarantee on their repairs. J.J. is always so kind and attentive and he called me everyday with a progress report. It's so nice to know you can still get that one on one attention and quality care. P.S. my car was returned like new! Literally, it was repaired and fully detailed. THANK YOU, IMPACT AND J.J. read more

JJ is the man! He was awesome, quick, communication was great and he was very informative thank you so much! Also a huge shout out to Andrea and Bethany you ladies were incredible! The awesome thing is they give you warranty on the part they worked on for as long as you have the car. I thought that was pretty awesome! Thanks for taking care of me. I 100% recommend this place! No regrets! read more

Impact Auto Body has excellent customer service. The repair was completed within estimated time and we were kept updated on a regular basis on the progress of the repair. We were provided with an itemized list of all the work that was done and Robert explained it all to our satisfaction. Quality of the work is excellent. Upon picking up the vehicle, we were surprised that it had been completely detailed inside and out. Just like new. read more

Had to get two bids for my Ford Explorer tailgate. Went to Impact first. The bid to replace was just over $3000. Went two doors down to Service King and the bid for same exact thing was $1500. ALWAYS get more than one bid read more

Chose this shop because of previous work done on our vehicles and top notch customer service and repairs. Latest experience after taking my truck here after a rear end collision was less than desirable. Wrong parts ordered, poor communication initially from service manager and truck not even starting when it was supposed to be finished. Really!!!?? Did they not road test it before calling me to tell me it was done. Still dealing with getting some correct parts. I think any future collision work needed and we'll shop elsewhere. I suppose they still do good work but I think it's going to be hit and miss under new ownership and I can't afford to take the gamble with something as important as the integrity and safety of repairs on my vehicles. read more

Nobody likes going to the auto body shop..period! These guys took a negative situation and absolutely turned it around. They immediately made me feel at home from the moment I approached the front desk; all the way up to the ownership of the shop. It was a professional experience with a family friendly approach. The work they completed on the rear bumper of my car was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend Impact AB for your AB repair needs. Tom Butka was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Impact AB for everything! read more

Great work from this place! I was hit from behind & brought my car to them for repair. They fixed my car & put it in better condition than even before the accident. Would definitely call their work meticulous. Also feel that they were fairly priced. Highly recommended! read more

I'm very happy with this company. After being in a minor motor vehicle accident (hit from behind), Impact Auto was my chosen collision repair facility. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and did a very nice job. My understanding is this is a pretty typical time frame for collision repair. They even detailed the outside of my car! Also, friendly customer service. read more

Impressive! After a minor accident, we found ourselves in need of a good body shop. Our insurance (State Farm) recommended several shops, including Impact Auto Body. My husband made calls to some of the referred shops and was impressed with Impact, so we went with them. The gal at the front desk was great. Super helpful. We received constant communication from JJ about the status of our car. We really felt like he was on our side and worked with the insurance to make sure our vehicle was repaired correctly. Impact guarantees their work for the remaining ownership of your car, so when our insurance insisted on a fix that they couldn't guarantee, they made sure we were covered. We appreciated that. For example: The insurance wanted him to find a replace part from a junk yard, and he insisted that we go a different route. Against his recommendation, the insurance insisted that a repair was made in place of a replacement, and JJ made sure to note that in the paperwork with the insurance so that if it breaks, which he believes it eventually will, the insurance would be responsible for fixing. We were very impressed with the quality of their work. Everything looks and works great! They went a step further and cleaned our car inside and out - which was a nice touch. We would send our friends and family there in a heartbeat! THANK YOU IMPACT! read more

These guys are great!!!!! I went there to get an estimate for a job, fully thinking my whole door needed to be replaced. Well, it turns out the fix was very very simple. It was so simple the guy fixed it right there in the parking lot for free. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful or considerate worker. Talk about customer service!! I will be taking my car here again and recommending this place to everyone I know. As a side note, my driver side door had been bent in the wrong direction by a security guard who was trying to help me after I locked myself out. While well intentioned, the guard didn't know how to appropriately use the lockout kit. This created a bad seal. I was able to tolerate the noise, but when I went to get my car washed, I got washed myself. Turns out, with a little bit of strength and know how, you can just bend it back. I can not thank these guys enough for being honest, straightforward, and so helpful. read more

This business is not one I would take your vehicle to if you want professional service done in a timely manner. The receptionist Jessica will tell you at the beginning that they will keep you updated on any repairs that they are doing but that is a lie. I also spoke to Adam who told me he would return my call and give me an update but he never did. The General Manager Nicole I was told was in a meeting and she would call me back but she never did either. If you want to constantly have to call to get updates on the repair of your vehicle go there for service but I would recommend against it. They are not apologetic, understanding or polite. They had my car for 24 days for something as simple as a bumper replacement. This is not a business I would ever go to again. read more

Everyone here has been great, this is one of the best businesses I've ever worked with. My Mustang was smashed into by an SUV and $11k in damage was done to it. The offender's insurance company has been a huge headache, trying to weasel out of paying for anything they can. Everyone at Impact has been going out of their way and trying to help me as much as possible. They really have your back! Above & beyond points include: - When I dropped it off on a Friday, the front desk girl made a point to call Sketchy Insurance Co and tell them it was now considered non-driveable, so they wouldn't try to get out of paying for a rental for that weekend + shortened Thanksgiving week. - When I wanted to see the final estimate, the owner himself spent 15 minutes showing me my poor torn-down car and explaining every piece of the estimate. - JJ calls frequently to tell me the status, and was even calling daily when he was arguing with Sketchy Insurance Co. I knew everything that was happening, total transparency. He made sure I got Ford parts, instead of the after-market crap the adjuster wanted. I've been having a lot of issues with them concerning the rental vehicle, and he's called them himself a few times to try to get them to extend it. If you get in a wreck, this is the place you want taking care of you and your car. read more

This place does impeccable work. You might be able to find a cheaper auto shop, but hey, with something like car repair, it can be worth it to pay a bit more to know that the job will be done right the first time. They tell you exactly what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. If anything changes, they call you and let you know. And when you get your car back, it looks FABULOUS. You always hope you won't need to take your car in for body work, but if I ever do, I'll go back to Impact. They're total professionals. They want you to be happy with their work, and they make sure that you are. read more

I just recently had my Toyota FJ repaired at Impact Auto Body. The entire process was made easier by having a single point of contact, receiving updates via text and email, and having their staff deal directly with my insurance and insurance adjustor. Today I picked up the second vehicle I had repaired at Impact Auto Body. The first was a 2010 Jeep Liberty that someone had rear ended. The second was a 2012 Fiat 500C that someone had the audacity to make a u-turn in front of me. On both occassions they surpassed my expectations. They fought hard with the responsible insurance companies to ensure the use of factory OEM parts. This is a humble family owned and operated business and they kept me informed every step of the way and even offered to pay for a car rental if the insurance company failed to do so. The work they did is fantastic and with attention to every detail. If you really care about your vehicle, you WILL take it to Impact Auto Body! They will leave an IMPACTFUL impression when you pick up you vehicle and drive home! read more

Hands down the best auto body shop around. I have been in three car accidents and have been to three different auto body shops and this was by far the best place. In other shops I have had poor service -- front desk staff not there or no one answers the phone, or the place was dirty (how can you have a dirty auto body shop when I want my car to get cleaned up and fixed!???), one place they even scratched one of my mirrors and tried to get me to pay for it!!! Impact is very clean, great waiting area, they always answered their phones and everyone there was polite. Car was fixed faster than expected and the work was perfect (there is no way you tell I got an in accident!) I have family in the military and it was great to see they supported wounded veterans with donated vans to their family. read more

Very friendly employees, and it is impressive to see the beautiful work they turn out of their shop! This used to be an excellent business but the original owners sold it and the new owners/management are horrible. We brought our 2020 Ford Expedition in for repairs and when we came to pick it up, the entire front of the vehicle was covered in paint overspray. At first, they blamed it on us and said it was there when we brought it in but the could provide no proof as the had not taken any pictures. Any fool would have noticed it right away. It was all over the bumper, grill, headlights, hood and windshield. The manager said they would take care of it. So we brought it back another day and they caused more damage to the fog lamp assembly trying to remove the paint. They told us they would have to replace the parts since the paint was not coming off and they had to get the approval from the owner. Shortly thereafter, we received a letter saying they were not responsible and were not going to repair the damage. STAY AWAY!! This business has no integrity. I hope others heed this warning so they aren't left hanging out to dry. read more

This is the 2nd vehicle I've taken to Impact. As before, the work was completed on time, the repair looks fantastic and as usual, the staff was friendly and professional. They dealt with the other driver's insurance company and updated me every few days as to the status. Hopefully I won't have the for future body work but if so, I won't hesitate to make Impact Auto Body my choice! read more

Impact Auto Body is already making things as easy as possible for us. We were hit by an Allstate driver and their insurance company is being an absolute nightmare. JJ walked out to give me a bid. He said oh let me see what I can do and that I could just wait inside. He came back in less that 5 minutes and said he was able to rub away most of the scraps. My truck while driving on the 202 freeway was damaged by another truck who lost two tires off the back of his truck bed. He didn't have a tailgate nor did he secure them. The tires destroyed my entire front of the truck, hood everything. I have used Service King in the past and was told by the Tow Truck driver to use Impact Auto Body instead. My Insurance Company, State Farm said the same. Actually, Impact Auto Body is ranked #1 as I was told by my Agent and in reading reviews, so I went with them. Robert who worked with me at Impact kept me appraised of all the work that was being done, as well as followed up as repairs were completed. I can attest to this: Impact is the best, provides outstanding knowledge of repairs needed, and wastes no time in getting the job completed. Very astute in their business model, with friendly employees, knowledgeable and organized staff of people in the office and inside the shop. Outstanding company. Anthony Tafoya read more

This place overinflates their repair quotes. I was quoted a price for bumper repair with them replacing the parts with new, after consulting the insurance company I find out they are going to escalate the price and not replace the damaged parts with new parts but to use the existing parts and just repair them at a much higher rate. Also they wanted to add additional cost for painting the complete bumper when they've already inflated the labor and cost. My mistake for trusting them to be honest. And I am sure they will make up some BS story when replying to this review. It's really sad that every company wants to dig into your bank account instead of offering you a fair deal. I would recommend that you get multiple quotes before using this company. read more

Awesome job. Was a pleasure working with this company. They took care of everything. Employees were pleasant and helpful. My husbands pickup got rear ended at a stop light the beginning of Feb. Bob the owner took care of everything. Impact dealt with the insurance company and the rental company. The rental car company, Enterprise, is literally a few businesses away, so that was convenient. They had the vehicle a week and a half. And that included the insurance companies assessment time. Bob called us every other day to keep us posted. Our pick up was finished and ready today. Bumper and paint look flawless. They even washed the pickup in and out, armoral on the tires and vacuum. Wow. Very friendly and professional owner and employees. The body work was exceptional. If your picky and don't have time for b.s., go to these people. They have been in the business longer than most of you have been alive. Lol. I found them on Yelp. Due to the high reviews, I went with them. I'm glad I did. You should too. read more
