I stopped in about 1-1/2 weeks ago with my wife's car. The lady at the desk took my info and called the insurance company and gave my insurance company their name as something that started with an S. The insurance company requested to speak with me and asked me the company name I was at. I told them I was at Advantage Auto Glass. The lady at the desk said I needed to tell them the name that started with an S because they were rebranding and just didn't have the new business cards, etc in yet. My insurance Liberty Mutual said the company they are rebranding to isn't on their authorized list so I would need to bring it into a Liberty Mutual center so they can take pictures and verify the damage. When I left I started thinking about the interaction and exchange between myself, insurance and the lady at the desk, and it just didn't feel right. They may very well be rebranding, but to me I felt uncomfortable with how it went down. I called and canceled later that day. Spoke to Garrett on the phone a few times. He was very friendly and patient. We waited a couple months for the on-site movie theater renovation to be complete before making the trek out there with 2 cars. It's was a 45 minute drive each way and since we'd be waiting for both cars to be finished, we wanted to be comfortable while we waited. Garrett verified our insurance and got all the approvals while I was on the phone with him before we went to the shop, nice! Here's our story. We arrived on time and met by office staff then the owner. We talked about the type and darkness of the tint and the type of windshield to be used. I thought it was going to go sideways for a minute because he sounded a bit defensive, but then I realized, he is a nice guy, talkative, informative, cares about his business and wants his customers to be totally informed (totally) and know what they are getting. This is a good thing. We handed over the keys and were immediately invited to the lobby of the movie theater. Now, this isn't an AMC or Harkins type lobby or theater, it's a bit smaller, so keep your expectations realistic. On the other hand, it's pretty incredible! They have a glass-front refrigerator full of water and a variety of canned sodas, tons of candy, a freezer case full of ice cream, coffees, popcorn and more. Oh yea!! And unlike the regular movies, EVERYTHING HERE IS FREE! Sweet (literally!). Okay, re-raise those expectations, it was amazing! The movie E.T. was being played, great throwback! The theater itself only holds about 12-16 people. At least it did when I was there. I think they are expanding it. It's dark in there. Ya, it's a theater, I know it's supposed to be dark. But I mean, it's crazy dark, don't miss the seat with your back-side and accidentally end up on the floor because you can't see. True story! The seats are comfortable and recline. Ya, many regular theaters don't even do that. They each have a cup holder and ..... wait, I'm reviewing an auto-glass place and going on about the in-house movie theater,....bottom line, this was awesome, now onto the glass stuff. The owner walked me through the various types of glass they offer, where they come from, the high-end adhesive they use, how the industry works, how many cars they do, his future plans, etc, etc. He was super talkative and since I'm not exactly "concise" myself, our conversation was, let's say "robust" and lasted a while; I enjoyed it. The glass in the first car was installed beautifully. Super clean job, the moldings all look great, fit is spot-on, rear-view mirror is perfect, rock solid. They gave good instructions on removing the tape, washing the car, etc for the next few days. It's been a couple weeks and all is still excellent. I used the "free tint" offer on a different car from the one they did the windshield in. It was super cool they were cool with me doing that (ya, 2-cools in one sentence, worth it). The tint guy was awesome! He tinted with the darkness percentage I requested and did a fantastic job! The borders are excellent, close and tight. The tint is smooth and clear and dark. Super high quality job. I instantly noticed a temperature difference and have gotten tons of compliments on how the car looks, people love the tint and so do I. I added a picture, check it out, it's the Deep Impact Blue Mustang GT Premium, you guessed it, with the dark tint. Alright, the wrap up. Why wouldn't you go to this place to get your windshield replaced or windows tinted? They offer a great cashback deal or free tinting, they allow you to mix and match, they offer a huge movie theater with comfy seats to keep you cool and comfortable while you wait and they offer free teeth rotting, sugar-coma inducing, delicious goodies while you wait,...as much as you want,.... and they are friendly and do a great job on cars. This is the first time I had to replace the factory windshield which lasted 10 years and their replacement lasted all of 19 days. That's the type of quality you can expect from their replacement windshields. They are friendly in the office and provided great amenities while you wait. The waiting area is set up as a theater with all the snacks as well as theater style seating. A ginormous screen was playing Guardians of the Galaxy, but not too loud that it was obnoxious. My wife found flyer in the mail for $$$ for windshield replacement. So previous appt was cancelled and I called these guys. They were professional and courteous on the phone. My insurance decided to do a random inspection prior to replacement which delayed the process 1 week but not any fault of Advantage. After approval from insurance company I called Advantage and scheduled appt for the next day! Arrived 5-10min early and they started on it right away. I brought my lunch and relaxed in the movie theatre. Technician was professional and pointed out a couple scratches on my truck to avoid any accusations, really liked that. I appreciated Garrett taking the time to verify insurance coverage BEFORE making the appt to replace my glass. I needed an inspection and was able to get that taken care of before I arrived, which made the entire process so much smoother. I had a 4pm appt. I arrived a few minutes early, was directed to their client focused waiting experience (it is so much more than a "waiting" room!) I literally was out of there within 30 minutes and home with $140.00 by 4:45! I must say, I noticed while I was driving home that I had some black, tar-like substance all over my hands... when I started looking for the source, I noticed that it was coming from my steering wheel and getting spread all over me and the wheel. It was pretty sticky, but caused no harm once I wiped it a bit with a wet cloth. I don't hold this against them at all, it was late in the day, they got my car done in record time, and things happen. I'm only mentioning it so they and others might take note to keep an eye out for this. (I would have been much more If I hadn't noticed it and gotten it on my seats, clothes, purse, etc) not a big deal at all. read more

This company is terrible, I used to go to A &E auto glass (also terrible and I'm pretty sure it's the same business or a sister company to this one) A&E started sending their installs over to this building instead of doing it out of their own. This place installed the bad low quality glass on my wife's rear window and then when they replaced it they didn't reconnect the am radio plugs so I had to bring it back in and have them connect it and the am radio is still messed up. My driver door window is also terrible low quality glass with waves in it. Don't go here! Avoid them and A&E at all cost. Go somewhere that you don't get a rebate, where they actually spend good money on high quality glass and sealant glue material! read more

My windshield was ready to be replaced with all of the minor chips and I got one of their mailers advertising the cash back. -Setting the apt was easy -their waiting room is a nice movie theatre room with stadium recliners, popcorn, ice cream and snacks -for the windshield and window tint on one back window, I was out the door in 1hr and 20min -free WiFi so it was easy for me to watch a movie and work on my laptop while I waited Everyone is super nice. I got 2 windshields replaced in October of 2019 and I'm still waiting for the checks they are suppose to mail back. I've called a few times and get no answer on my checks. That's 300 bucks they are basically stealing. Now on the quality of the work I can't complain, they did average work in my eyes. Just don't lie to people and tell them to wait for a check. read more

This place is no longer Advantage Auto Glass. It was sold and is now Showtime Auto Glass. They are a Rip Off. They damaged the trim parts that they removed to install the new windshield and lost the grommet around the radio antenna. When I pointed out the damage all I got was an argument, saying that's the way it was before the job was started. It will probably cost me more to have the damage repaired than the cost of the new windshield. Bait and Switch! I only wanted OEM glass on my vehicle and was told that it was something that they can only do in the shop. I verified several times that the insurance would pay for OEM and was told yes. Drove 45 minutes there for my appointment and was then told that they can't do OEM because the insurance wouldn't pay for it. I could have saved the trouble of driving all the way there and had them do generic glass at my house or at least shopped somewhere else that could have provided the service I wanted. I wanted to give 5 stars, but as their name suggests, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I had my husband call in the claim and set the appointment. From what he said the lady on the phone was nice, efficient, and made the process easy. The window is fine too. The issue I had was with their cash back offer. My husband got home from work late Friday night (we had them come replace the windshield at our house on March 15th), and he asked how much cash they left. I told him $120. He said it should've been $140. So I checked their website, and sure enough right on their home page it says $140 with insurance replaced windshields (screenshot included in this review). That made me mad. Was I shorted because I was a woman, or because they are dishonest, or they just wanted to tip themselves? I sent them a message through their website on Saturday morning about the issue and as of Wednesday afternoon have yet to get any sort of response. I've even checked my junk mail folder.
