Dropped it off with just the eye light on my dash, went to pick it up and they informed me they couldn't get the calibration to take and I'd have to return. Brought it back again, same thing except this time I went to start my car and it had to turn over about 8 times before it started(vehicle has less then 40k miles on it). Once it started every light and warning system was on my dash. I went it to ask about it to which they told me my battery was going dead... this began a back and forth for almost 7weeks. Turns out they blew the fuses when they were trying to figure out the calibration, 5 Lyft rides, a camera and 7 weeks of no vehicle I was forced to take it to a different garage because they refused to own up to messing it up..... highly recommend finding a different glass provider

Then while fixing the seal, the guy cracked the new windshield so he had to come back a third day to fix it. (Keep in mind, they give you a 4 hour window when they will come during so you need to be at home that whole time waiting for them, so that added up to 12 hours of my time) The manager Doug said all of this was somehow my fault and that he knows my husband's family and "doesn't want to get them involved." How unprofessional. (Look at how many other 1 star reviews mention how rude Doug is). Offered me a $50 gift card for the inconvenience, but never gave it to me. I wish I never went through this company.

What stood out to me even more was their service recovery. There was a small item I had requested that was initially overlooked. While it was inconvenient to have to come back another day, John handled the situation the right way. He was genuinely apologetic, took full accountability, and made sure it was addressed without hesitation. That kind of ownership goes a long way. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters--and in this case, they showed professionalism and care. I left feeling respected and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them and would use their services again.

I have had great experience with Turning Point Glassworks. After a very negative experience with…read moreSafelite, my insurance and my dealership recommended Turning Point Glassworks. I had two vehicles that needed windshield glass replacement and both vehicles have advanced driver safety features as well as full-self-driving beta which requires the vehicles be calibrated after a windshield replacement. This used to mean that the car would have to sit all day at the Safelite location until they got around to working on it and then at about 15 minutes before closing time they would call and say the vehicle is ready. Now with Turning Point Glassworks, their skilled technician comes to my home or work with their mobile calibration system, replaces the glass, and calibrates the camera all in the span of about 45 minutes! They are very communicative sending text messages and telephone calls to keep you up to date on the progress of your replacement (including the ordering and scheduling process) and Calindra is always friendly and cheerful. All in all the easiest, smoothest, and least complicated/disruptive glass repairs I have had to date. I am using them again on my wife's 2024 Tesla and even though I despise Safelite, I am grateful that their terrible service introduced me to Turning Point Glassworks. I highly recommend Turning Point Glassworks for your windshield repair/replacement needs, especially if you have advanced driver safety features in your vehicle. The at home service is "chef's kiss" amazing!

See N Clear, however, offered a very competitive price with a warranty, so I reached out to them directly. They immediately assured me that recalibration would not be an issue. I booked an appointment for the next morning. I received a text 30 minutes before arrival, and the technician showed up right on time. The entire windshield replacement and recalibration were finished in under an hour.
