He's an absolute top-notch guy -- super friendly, professional, and knows his stuff inside and out. His pricing on materials and labor was super fair, and he got the parts quickly so he could knock out the install fast. What really stood out was his dedication: he drove two hours each way (four hours round trip!) to come to me in Prescott on a Saturday. It started raining as soon as he began heading this way, and he never once complained. He just focused on taking care of me as a customer.
