Had my 04 Acura TL retinted by GMWT with their Black Pearl Ceramic on 4 doors and rear window. The work was conveniently done in my garage and took about 5 hours. The overall job was excellent. On about the 4th day I found a few small bubbles that wouldn't come out on the rear driverside quarter window. I texted them and they came out in 2 days and redid it. Have had my windows tinted here twice, call a third time for same tinting...was $80 now it's $160 Hell No! Shady business especially for a returning customer, never will I return to them or refer a customer which I did often! DONT BE SORRY JUST DONT BE SHADY... if the customer had the same thing done for half the price from same person...yeah you'd hear somebody else complaining. I know why price is doubled for me...your a jealous woman lol! Your reply makes absolutely no sense and just shows your character. read more

Sadly... I am an idiot! There were marks on my driver side window that I assumed were on tinted plastic. Turns out that I had no tint lol! They were very honest and explained that my windows were etched from age. So they didn't actually do anything but be honest.... So if and when I ever have a tent issue I would use them again! I sent them a message and got a quote right away. Then scheduled an appointment for the next day. They are mobile so he came to my house and did it right in the covered parking area. It didn't matter what percent of tint it was all included in the price. I got the legal limit on the front and 5% on all the rest. My car looks awesome. He did a great job. Took a few days for the bubbles to come out, but that is normal. He even said if there are any issues he would come out and make it right. Payment was fast and easy. Totally recommend these guys for anyone looking for a great tint job and wants it to be convenient for your schedule. The price was excellent too. read more

It's unfortunate that I'm writing this review and giving this business a 1 star. Prior to going in for my a tint job I spoke with the owner over yelp. I asked him for a quote on my vehicle and upon giving him all the necessary information he needed, he quoted me $50 for the job. Although this is a "Mobile" tint business I drove to his shop for this job. For me it was about. 25-30 min drive as I was coming from Phoenix. Once I got there he looked at my car and said it would be $100 not $50. He had stated that it was too tough of a job to do for $50. I tried to negotiate and I could not work a deal as he refused. I offered him $75 and he turned it down. Just for comparison I got all my 7 windows tinted on the same car with 3M FX Premium for $150 with lifetime warranty. To me personally $100 was too much for the job. He uses a brand of tint I'm not familiar and most likely an inexpensive material. The main reason for this review is I felt lied and deceived by the owner. I was under the impression he was a straight honest guy and turns out he wasn't. I don't know what others have said about him but this my personally opinion and a description of the issue I encountered with him. Please do your research and double check before giving this place your business and safe yourself from the drive. read more

They even worked with the larger amount I received on the gift card to make the job beneficial. I ended up getting a ceramic windshield coating in addition to a visor strip tint. I didn't expect this level of service, especially since I had walked in without an appointment. Jose, the technician, installed the tint within less than an hour! I still had $65 left on my gift card, and the staff suggested that I go to the showroom down the street to see if I could find a phone case or something else of a smaller amount. I considered going, but I knew that I wouldn't be back in deep Mesa again as I'm from South Scottsdale. So, I decided to check it out! I was met with the most enthusiastic, welcoming, coolest glasses I've ever laid eyes on -wearing Guy named Scotty karate! I told him about my small amount left over on my gift card and with NO hesitation he started pulling things in that dollar amount! Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

Prompt and accommodating. Only issue was with removing the previous tint film from the windshield. A couple small razor blade scratches were left on the windshield. Nothing very serious and not noticeable unless someone is really looking at it closely and knows where to look. read more
