Given that today's windshields are crazy complicated and stupid expensive, you want someone who really knows what he's doing. Just when you think the job's about done after removing the trim, windshield wipers, the cowl, the broken glass, unplugging power plugs, laying down the polyurethane adhesive, installing the new glass, reattaching the electrical plugs, bolting down the wipers, and reinstalling the trim....Jay called on another expert. This is the "ADAS Technician" in the form of Jordan Sneed of Sneed Diagnostics, who came with his own array of technical gear/software to realign the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems that include sensors and cameras. Jordan showed up within an hour of Jay's completion, and I was never involved in having to coordinate anyone or anything. Very much appreciated. Jay communicates well, shows up on time, and gets the job done without drama. You want his level of attention to detail for your repair or replacement. And...he's even got a sense of humor.
