AVOID THIS PLACE! I have no idea, what their quality of work is, but their ethics and sales tactics are the worst and the reason auto repair shops get a bad wrap. Rather than go into long winded details, they are the ultimate "bait and switch" shop. I ended up getting a quote from Guy's Body Shop for $100 less than Scottsdale Collision settled on their price for. They work done by Guy's Body Shop was flawless and more extensive than what Scottsdale Collision was willing to do and for $100 less. I brought my car in for hail damage repairs and sent them the insurance estimate from Progressive. Before dropping it off, I specifically told them I was paying out of pocket for my rental car, and the employee reassured me my car would be ready within one week. She also promised to call the next day with an updated timeline -- but I never heard back. When I called days later, I was told they hadn't even started work on my car and were waiting for Progressive to come out the following week for another estimate. I was shocked since they had my car for several days already and gave me a false completion date. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they couldn't do anything about the rental cost and suggested I just pick up my car. There was no apology or accountability for the misleading information. Because of this experience, I won't be getting my repairs done here and wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who values honesty or communication. read more

I brought my Tahoe in because I was in a accident, which usually when you drop off a car the shop will notify and the insurance sends out a adjuster to do a estimate . Not here! This shop disassembled the vehicle and let it sit . the adjuster came and determined a total loss and now i'm being told if I want to keep my vehicle then I have to put back together, ugh excuse me!!!! Never have i've heard of 1. a vehicle being taken apart before insurance even showing up and 2. if deciding to keep vehicle then I put back together when I didn't even tell them to take apart ! Scottsdale collision center is the place to go no matter the needs of body work for your car. Do not listen to the 1 star reviews they are false and misleading. I was hesitant to take my car here because of the reviews but I shot my shot and won big. They were everything you want when it comes to a stressful time like this. "Getting in an accident" They were communicative(communicated twice a week), honest, reliable and fast. Best of all I got my car detailed and when it was returned it smelt like a brand new car. Best of all looked like a brand new car. I had major front end damage and they replaced all of it to the best of standards. They paint matched correctly, to be honest did everything correctly. It felt like family walking in the office nothing felt off the vibes just felt great. Now I hope before deciding no because of the reviews here think of this one as they really did a truly amazing job and couldn't be more blessed when choosing SCC. I would never go back again! Gave my Hyundai Elantra for repair in June 2023. Communication was horrible, starting with the untrained staff at the reception and then to higher management with Shayna and Alex. They wouldn't give me any ballpark or range on the expected time. So, when they finally acknowledged that it took them a lot of time, Alex told me the staff was untrained and took notes on what went wrong. Then said something really strange about how they were never aggressive with me as the other auto body shops do (As if to say I should gladly accept their flaws because they haven't threatened me). Then promised me a refund of $200, shook my hand and then went back on the promise. As a consolation kept saying how he has these wheel skins for me (reminded me 3 times during our conversation) and then when it was time to give those skins found out he didn't have them. That's when I discovered no one in the company knew how to keep any promises or had any basic business communication skills. I strongly recommend against going here. read more

I was recently in an accident where a girl rear ended me. While accidents are no fun, there is nothing I hate more than being inconvenienced with car stuff -- especially finding a good collision shop. Luckily a friend referred me to Scottsdale Collision. Right when I dropped the car off I was greeted by Shayna on the lot, with a smile! She took all my info and had me out within 10/15 mins. Then the owner Oscar dropped me off at enterprise to get my rental which was so helpful as I stressed about how I'd get that too. Fast forward to a little over a week and Shayna calls me to tell me my car is ready. They had my car ready in such a timely manner even while the whole entire world shut down AND my car looks brand new. No like really brand new because they made sure to clean the crap out of it too :-) I also have to mention that there were a few hiccups between the insurance company and enterprise. Shayna was super helpful each time dealing with them. Actually she was super helpful with everything! I have had three different cars in with their shop for collisions. I've also had a car in with their shop to be wrapped. All four experiences were amazing. They have great staff and reliable service. All of my cars came back looking amazing. I even got them back clean. One of the times I returned my rental through them and the rental company claimed I damaged my rental car. I knew I didn't cause any damage but there was no way for me to disprove it. I was going to have to pay the rental car company over $1000 for damage I was certain I didn't cause. Shayna took it upon herself to call the rental company and make them check their cameras. She was able to confirm that that damage was there before I picked up my rental car. Talk about amazing service. She did not have to make that call. I highly recommend Scottsdale Collision for a gazillion different reasons. Also if you want your car to get the repair it needs by a company that's not in cahoots or in bed with insurance companies, this is the company to go with. Correction: less than half a star. If it's not a chop shop I would be shocked. The repair took from March 2 till July 30th. I do not even know where to start. If you want to be harassed and cheated, this is the perfect place for your business. Also, be prepared for supplemental bills to your insurance that will include expensive parts not replaced. I guess I'm going to own a "body shop" now because the parts they left off of my front end (pins for both control arms) should have led to a fatal crash on our mountainous drive home. Took it straight to our local dealer to assess the dangling seatbelt and the knocking noise coming from the driver side. Oscar is honestly a liar and a thief, and when he suggests otherwise in the reply to this review, then I guess I'll scan the photos, the transcripts of the voicemails, and a copy of the civil complaint. I got in a car accident in February of 2019 and immediately began seeking a auto body repair shop. I contacted Scottsdale Collision Center and spoke with the owner- Oscar. From the beginning he took everything into his hands. He got my insurance out to his shop and got it appraised the right way by taking the car apart and examining the damages. Once everything was approved on my insurances end, He began his work by ordering all the necessary replacement parts. Now I was a bit pessimistic with how my car would turn out considering the excessive damages but his crew got to work on my car and made the repair process almost seamless. I care a lot about my car and I am very grateful of how much the owner worked with me though the process. He never kept me in the dark about anything and never tried to take advantage of me. My neighbor referred me to Luis of SCC. My neighbor's wife got into a fender bender and I saw how impeccable the repair job was done on her car. You could never tell this car was even touched. I was T-boned in my 2023 Tesla. It was bad and I couldn't find any Tesla Certified body shop to accept a "Tow-In". All within 100 miles radius from Phoenix were booked at least 2-4 months out. My insurance wasn't really helping either as they can only pay storage fees where the car was impounded for so long. They asked me to move it to a "storage free" facility (i.e. my home). I contacted Luis from SCC and he affirmed SCC can work on Tesla and that they can tow my car to their facility right away. Such a relief! He was professional and reassuring and did not over promise anything. Long story short, they did a wonderful job showing that the car is a Total Loss. The insurance wouldn't accept that and wanted to pay minimal costs to repair the vehicle. Kidding me? It was a high-impact T-bone that broke my arm and I went to the hospital by ambulance from the scene. I'm lucky to be alive. The car was done. SCC kept at it with my insurance until they finally accepted that indeed the car was a total loss. I personally visited SCC location and met with Andre who was handling my estimate. I was shown around their state of the art facilities and the meticulous repair jobs they were doing on other vehicles that were there.
