Absolutely outstanding service at Caliber Collision. The weather stripping on the driver side of my car needed repair. I stopped by Caliber to ask if they handled that type of work and to get a rough idea of the cost. Shawn came out right away, looked at it, and then brought out Fernando, one of their technicians. To my surprise, Fernando had it completely fixed in under 5 minutes. I was blown away by their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help without hesitation. Okay - so car accidents are the worst! But, Caliber Collision (Oakland St., Chandler) made is a little less painful. After my elderly mother was in an accident in her 2016 Honda CR-V with significant damage to her car, I selected Caliber Collision - based on their excellent reviews. We were beyond happy with the repairs and felt we got the car back in "good as new" condition. After repairs, we were able to sell the very low mileage car to a dealer and get top dollar. The dealer's mechanic even commented on how well the repairs were done, saying "you couldn't tell it had been in an accident". Great communication with the staff - Sean was my service advisor and he stayed in touch with status on getting parts in and repairs completed. My company car was in an accident and my company has a Fleet Contract with Caliber. I would never take my personal car to them from a previous situation i had years ago. And sure enough , this time was no different. They come and tow my car from my job site and tell me 4-6 weeks it would be done. that is the only thing i can say they delivered on. Once i get the car back, i drive it for a day and the front fender that is brand new is not aligned with the rest of the front portion of the body. I take the car back to them and Sean the person that my company was dealing with on the repairs, takes the car around the back and seems to have it fixed. The very next day it pops out from the rest of the body again. So, i waste time from work and drive it back to them. Three visits and then they get it right !!! Next , three more months go by and i am washing my car on a Sunday afternoon and notice the front bumper ( that is brand new and painted by Caliber) is starting to peel. So i waste a few more hours from work, drive it to them and they come out and look at it, Sean again , tells me he will repaint the entire bumper again , as long as i can leave it with them for 3-4 days. So here i am , inconveniced again and without a car. I take it and drop it off a few days later and they said to they will call me when it is ready in 3 days. Three days goes by and i hear nothing. I call them around 3p on the third day, prior to them closing and Sean says " Oh yeah it is ready - come in an hour and get it" So i have someone at my work drop me off to pick it up. As soon as i get the keys and walk out to look at it, is is clear as day, they they only painted the peeled part and did NOT paint the entire bumper as Sean said they would do. So now i am just waiting for the rest of it to peel and i will return and make them repair it right. My question, why is Caliber even in business? Like said, i would never take a car there that i own. Second question is, why cant people just be honest anymore in this day and age and do quality work!! Sean you are not a good business person and your quality of work is a joke!! The best part of this whole thing, is i have called and left a message for the actual Manager twice now to call me back and i have not heard a word from him. read more

Never got an estimate. ,Never marked what was supposed to be repaired. Took a long time. Quite pricy. Didn't fix one of the main problems. Trim was loose. Broken and uninstalled parts were on the Dash. When I went to escape I further discovered Masking tape and dirt were on the repaired areas of the roof. Supervisor ran like a cockroach when the lights come on when I started complaining. I had to search him out in his office. Foreman or repair guy had no answers. Didn't realize it was a chain. These guys should be investigated and put out of business at a minimum. Good luck if you go there. When time, quality, and price are of the essence, this is the last place to go if you care at all about your car. I dumped my car at a loss after this experience. They offered to finish the job but I no longer trusted them and was overdue delivering the car to the new owner. P.S. Never had a single progress update. Best customer service I have received from anywhere! Let alone a repair shop! I was involved in an accident and was given a list of names to inquire about getting repaired. I'm so glad I chose Caliber Collison I worked with Sean he was so friendly, communicated with me throughout the whole process. Got me set up with a rental and just went above and beyond throughout the whole process. From the receptionist Danni down to every employee who walked into the shop they were just so nice and friendly! I am so iffy when it comes to anything car related since I am a female and you hear so many bad stories. But the entire process was so great and I really felt like I was In great hands! Hello I don't usually post reviews but this time I had to, I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this location and most likely any of their others they have no clue what they are doing, kinda a long story but i'll keep it short. I got rear ended and left them with my car while I went on a vacation for a week, My insurance company deemed the car a total loss mid way through my vacation and Caliber Collisions just let my car sit there while I was still away, because the damages my trunk couldn't latch closed leaving a light on which ended up fully killing my battery (yes they don't takes the simplest steps to make sure no further damage is done). So once I was back in town I went to the shop to take the car back but now the car has a dead battery. Mind you I asked them to send me text updates but never ended up receiving one. They then told me they can jump it so I said okay left and came back a couple hours later, Once i'm back the car still won't start and not almost all of the electrical wasn't working anymore. ended up getting it towed to another shop because they said they wouldn't do anything else because the car is deemed totaled. Here is where it gets good the new shop figures out the problem and apparently when Caliber Collisions jumped the car they put the cords on the wrong way completely frying some fuses. So really all I have to say is please stay away if all you want is body repairs and don't want any other issues. As a side note in the short time I was there I saw multiple of there technicians spraying paint on body parts without any respirators inside the shop... no wonder why they can't do anything right. Hopefully this helps some people make a decision on where to get their repairs done. Thank you Caliber Collisions and Sean the manager for absolutely nothing. read more

My car had a broken bumper and it took 12 weeks to fix. Just to get my car back to find out more problems with the car. They left my car to sit outside in the sun for the whole time which damaged my interior and exterior carbon fiber parts. read more
