On the website, it says you can submit pictures and they will give you an estimate. Our request was responded to almost immediately. The owner of the establishment made an appointment for us very quickly thereafter. The owner, Cameron, pulled our car into an interior bay and took a look at the damage. We waited in the customer lobby while he went to work. He was very fast and efficient and told us exactly what he did and let us come back into the work area to show us what he had done. We were very satisfied with the results. He is an expert at what he does and takes pride in his work. He specializes in bumper repair, but also does dents, scratches, paint, the list goes on. I found this place when I got off at the wrong street and came the back way to bed bath and beyond. There was a sign about getting your bumper fixed and I had been needing to get mine done. I finally called and I actually got the place next to this one. I sent photos, but Cameron needed to see the car to gauge a more accurate estimate. I came down and he quoted me. He fixed the bumper not replaced so the photos show a newly repaired bumper. I turned in my car Tuesday evening and got it back Thursday evening. Had to do a small bumper repair on my Toyota Tundra. I took the bumper cover off myself, dropped with these guys and they gave me a great price. Told me it would take 2-3 days and they called me the next day to let me know it was done early. Quality was excellent, paint color matched perfectly, looks like they wet sanded and buffed the piece. I couldn't be happier with the service. They even gave me a small bottle of left over paint to do some minor touch up on my own. I scraped my 2016 Tahoe bumper against a stucco wall. All the paint was gone and the plastic was really marred. Awesome experience! I have a brand new car that I accidentally put the garage door down on the open lift gate leaving a fairly small scratch down the center. Stopped by a couple of different places who quoted me, what I felt, was a really high amount for the size of the scratch. Plus, they would need me to leave my car for up to three days. Someone keyed my car across both doors on the driver's side. The scratch was almost 3 feet long. I wanted to get it fixed because I got pissed off every time I saw it. Cameron gave me an estimate that would require painting both doors. My car is 10 years old and the quote was more than I wanted to spend on a car that old. Cameron then gave me a very fair quote on wet sanding. He said it wouldn't be as good as repainting but he'll do his best to minimize how the scratch looks. When I got my car back I couldn't see the scratch. He pointed out, depending on the viewing angle, you can see the start and end of the scratch. You have to kneel down to see the start and end of the scratch. When I approach my car to drive it I can't see the scratch. I am very happy with the results. read more

Had an amazing experience here in August as I brought my 2016 Lexus IS200T in for a front bumper repair. I had numerous deep scratches on the lower front lip, and both Cam and his brother were able to make it happen in a two day timeframe. I drove all the way out from the Los Angeles area, dropped my car off on Saturday and it was ready to be picked up on Monday morning. They were very transparent with costs upfront and I paid a little extra to have two coats of clearcoat added to increase the lifespan of the paint on the front bumper. I took my car in to have some scuffs removed from my 2015 Genisus. When I got the car back both the front and rear parking sensors were alarming for no reason. I was told to take it to the dealer and they would just have to re-calabrate them. I took it to the dealer and they found 5 broken sensors @ $149.00 each. Also the sensors in the rear bumper were epoxied in to the bumper becaust this place broke to bracket that hold them. I haven't got all the bills yet but after paying Ultimate Auto Touch Up $750.00 this repair is going to cost me more than double that to get the things they broke fixed. read more
