I was going to use their service based on one of their staff members reviews, but when I showed up the scowl on the ladies face at the front desk was very uninviting, and she did not take care of me. Another man walked by and gave me a sheet to fill out you could tell there's something wrong with this business in terms of staffing. I have a small scratch in the back of my Acura that needs to be fixed and the guy wants to paint the hatchback for $1300. I would've preferred that he just say we are too busy for a small job. Overall, I would just say a very unwelcoming environment with poor customer service and no real concern for patrons walking in. I recommend staying away from this place if you wanna stay in a good mood. read more

Finding a reputable, authorized body shop to repair a front and rear damaged Alfa Romeo Giulia is difficult. Most shops recommended by the insurance company said no, and one that said yes did not instill confidence. It was back to the hunt until I found the Precision Auto Body on Galveston in Chandler. I spoke with Vu, and he made everything easy. He dealt with the insurance issues, handled the body repair, transported the car, and worked with the dealership on the mechanical issues. I had some issues with the bodywork and the mechanical work results. No problem, Vu got right on it and they did everything to perfection. He pointed out that Precision's warranty will continue to protect their fine job, restoring the car to new condition. 5 Stars; I can't thank Vu and Precision Auto Body enough. read more

My insurance company direct bills with this facility. I have used their body shop twice before (although I believe it was under different management because I had Renew as the name in my phone). I have a second vehicle under a different insurance. I brought the car to Precision for an estimate. Their estimate was outrageous over a $1200. I then went onto Next Door app to ask for auto shop recommendation. I went to 3 additional ones. All were under $800; one was $600. I had a written estimate to ensure that I was receiving the exact services. The $800 estimate was exactly the same as Precision. Damage on my company car occurred when a person opened his car door and dinged the side of my door. The dent was smaller than the size of my thumb. It took this facility almost 3 full weeks to complete the damage. The cost for a rental vehicle was over $1000. Timeline: Nov 3 - drop off vehicle (headed on vacation for a week so this seemed like the perfect opportunity to get body work completed) Nov 12 - car not completed. Body shop waiting on authorization from insurance company for a second dent that was not included in the initial claim (by the way I had to call for this information I was not contacted by body shop of the delay). I rent a vehicle Nov 15 - authorization for second dent approved Nov 18 - car still not completed (again...I called auto shop. Car still not ready. Jim says it might be ready by Monday but more realistic expectation is Tuesday Nov 22) Nov 22 - car not ready (Jim says the paint needs to dry. Should be ready by Wednesday unless the car needs reprogramming by dealership). Thanksgiving holiday is upon us. I would like my vehicle. Jim replies..you have a rental right? Nov 23 - Jim calls speaks to my husband. Car should be ready today. My husband says I'm not sure if she will have a chance to pick up car today. She is leaving for the holiday. We might not be able to pick up until Monday. Once I receive message, I immediately (20 minutes later) call Jim. I can pick up my car today. What time will it be ready. Jim says..it won't be ready today. Your husband said you would not pick up until Monday. I am so angry I ask for the manager. I am directed to the managers voicemail. I leave a message requesting a return call. Nov 28 - its afternoon no phone call from the shop. I call. Jim says oh yes your call is ready. I didn't call because you husband said he would stop by today (my husband was getting something done to his vehicle). I am flipping amazed!! After all these issues and 25 days later...Jim did not find it necessary to contact me. OH...THE MANAGER HAS ALSO NOT RETURNED MY CALL (even as I right this review, he has not returned my call). I finally pick up my car. And I get into the car and there is trash from Wendy's fast food in my car. WTH!! I am done with this unprofessional, slow and over priced body shop. The other shop in Chandler off Arizona Ave will get all my business moving forward. I have asked my insurance company not to recommend this body shop . I will send them the contact information of the other shop to refer all their East valley clients. If customer service is important to you, this is not the place to patronize. read more

Took like 4 weeks to get my car back after a paint job. It was done through a warranty through Riverview Toyota. I understand that this may be why this did such a bad job but they could have worked with us better. Full paint for 3 doors, the top, hood and the rear bumper was $5000. To get the rest of the car was $2400. We had to wait longer because one of the door had to be reprimed and painted. Then they broke our windshield and we had to wait for that to be replaced. No big deal I don't mind waiting as long as its a good job. When we got the car back it looks like the started the front and just didn't finish. The detailing looks terrible and they didn't bother to re trim. They also seem to have had a party in the back cause its gross. They could have at least cleaned it better. I brought PAB a real challenge with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been damaged on every panel and hood by a fallen communication cable. Not to mention it is a black vehicle. It took a few weeks to get it all done, and there are still a couple of items being adjusted but between Vu and Kevin I was always updated and was provided amazing workmanship and professionalism. However I am even more impressed with the customer service and backing their work as they claim they do. Last month I got into a car accident and my friend, who had been in the passenger seat with me, suggested I get it towed to "the place she had gone to" and liked. I had no idea where to have it towed to but knew the dealer would rip me off if I sent it there to be fixed. Zac Holmes was the guy who was helping me and he was AWESOME! He kept me informed throughout the whole process and the work came out great plus it was completed faster than I'd expected! You'd never even be able to tell the car was in an accident and I'm obsessed with my Infiniti and definitely would be able to tell if it was anything less than perfect! This shop was great. I had an accident in my year old Subaru and was so stressed about where to take it for repairs. I called my Subaru dealership and they said they send all of their cars to Precision Auto Body. I had been referred to a few other places "approved" by my insurance but they wouldn't take my car in for at least 2 days! But Precision took it in that morning. Things took a bit longer than anticipated, but it was not completely the fault of Precision, more my insurance making crazy demands on what type of parts to order. We were told we would have our car back in 3-days....it took ELEVEN! It just had some scratches below the bumper....what could be easier? They clearly over-book themselves then rush their repairs to get them all out as quickly as possible....but they're all likely to still be late. They never called us to tell us of any delays. We called them every single day only to hear, "Well, it's not finished yet. We still have to blah blah blah..." One of the techs came up front complaining about a co-worker to the office staff. As he went back into the garage-area he was yelling and pushing/kicking things out of his way. REAL professional outfit. I told Kevin that we wanted our alignment checked after being in a car accident and he literally laughed at me and said for sure that the insurance company for sure wouldn't cover that but I could try... my insurance company promptly called the auto body shop to have it taken care of since it was an obvious and valid safety concern. Kevin then proceeded to text my personal cell phone a "I don't know how you managed that but good job" message. How unprofessional and condescending! When I picked up my car I found my antenna rolling around under my back seat. Really? You couldn't even put my car back together properly? Oh and I found a nice sharp piece of metal in my brand new tire the day after I picked my car up- the nice man at Costco was kind enough to pry it out for me. My truck is ruined. I honestly wish they would have totalled it out. It's a 2006. I brought it to my mechanic for "slip" alarm after hit on front tire. They said it needed to go to collision instead so it was towed here. They charged $5000 after quoting $3400 and the steering wheel doesn't work and the power steering is broken too. So no horn, airbags, etc and terrifying to drive. I have liability only. I know I have no recourse here. read more
