Chapman did a great job of getting my car into the shop quickly and also finishing the repair quickly on my BMW

BEWARE - Cash customers Twenty year old car with not even fifty thousand miles, showroom condition except for a small scratch on the front bumper and a couple wheel dings from a spicy curb or two. I did not use this facility to paint my bumper, I didn't even take the car in physically for the quote. I sent in a few pictures for a quote and Chapman decided that they needed to report damage to Carfax. I am not anti Carfax, I just don't think the scratch warrants a report and I would have liked to have known that simply asking for a quote would elicit such action. I am pretty annoyed for sure, but I would be enraged if I ever intended to sell this car. I thought others might like to know before making contact with Chapman. Cheers read more

I can't tell you how good the quality of repair is or how reliable Chapman is getting a vehicle repaired and returned to you because we never got that far. I am greatly perplexed. No matter what my wife or I did, we could not get a response from them after they produced the estimate so that we could bring the vehicle in. I would not give it a single star if I could. This place is rubbish.The repair technology of this place can only be described as garbage. My car was repaired here for three months. I went to pick up the car twice in the middle, and the steering wheel was still crooked. Later, they would not give it to me to repair it. After receiving the money, they did not repair it. My car was unfortunately hit on Christmas and the insurance company chose this collision center due to quicker availability. I was able to drop off my car and Aaron in the office was super helpful from the start. I wish I could give this company more stars, but I can't due to my experience while picking up my car. I got my car back yesterday and Princeton was able to get me my car within 5 minutes of arriving. As I left I noticed neither of my back blinkers were working. I called the shop back immediately and asked to speak with Princeton. I was not able to get ahold of him but I did leave a voicemail. I ended up going back and no one was available to help me, except Jim. Jim was able to find the issue and get it fixed for me even though it was not his responsibility. I found out that no one had done a quality assurance check on my car before calling me to pick it up. The more unfortunate part of this is that they completely jacked up the hood of my car. I have a 2017 Chevy Malibu that I have had for less than 2 years. When I dropped it off the rest of my car still looked pretty new. This is how they gave me my car back. I contacted the company and still no response or even a call back from Princeton. I tried to get the marks out with a wash but clearly there was damage made. read more

This business did amazing for me. I had my first car accident and caused my first fender bender. After fighting with the insurance . The crew and staff did my car wonders. They made it look like new! I'm so thankful for Kamber and her team, they did not take no for answer and they truly took care of me from Start to Finish! Although I really wish they would follow through with what they offer. Checked in got a 10% off, tried to use it and ended up with the "I'll get back to you." It's been two weeks and no response. It started with the great customer service when I dropped my vehicle off but didn't end there. Throughout the whole repair they kept me informed about the process via emails so I knew roughly how much longer I would be needed the rental. My vehicle has been at Chapman Collision for almost five months and they still haven't finished it. They rarely call me and let me know that is it it isn't going to be done...AGAIN. Generally, I have to call them so they can let me know that they have made absolutely made no progress, they received the wrong part, etc. My advice would be to take your vehicle somewhere else unless you don't need it for about a year. read more

My car got there October 1st and i was scheduled to get it back on the 24th but instead they call me that day saying some parts on the car were incorrect so the completion date switched to the 30th and i was fine with that up until i got a call on the 30th saying they dont have the correct part AGAIN to finish my car mind you i called a day ahead asking if my car would be ready and i was told yes only to be disappointed, so I finally got my car today November 4th and i was happy up until they tell me that I need to get a new battery, when I was told in the beginning that they would switch out the battery for me, so i have my car but in order for me to get a new battery I need to jump start it, so im DEFINITELY not happy about my service here and I dont recommend coming here. I definitely shouldnt have paid the deductible for you guys. it took a month to get my car and I get it back with a drained battery. I should've at least been compensated for how long it took and for getting my car back with a DRAINED BATTERY. I got rear ended a few weeks back and had some damage that needed to be repaired because of it. Aaron did a great with communicating with me every step of the way from when it was in paint, when it was a day out and ready for pick up. He even made sure to clean it really well inside and out, unfortunately it DID rain on my way home after I picked it up, but it was clean when I picked it up. The repairs were fixed, bumper replaced and dents and paint touched up. All the work is seamless and you can't even tell any damage was there. It looks brand new. Pretty awful service. They sent me a notification that my car was READY for pickup. Sitting timing the waiting area for a while now and they're taking their sweet time. Clients vehicle has been sitting at Chapman Collision while they evade fixing it until your insurance company agree to their fee for approximately 6 weeks. Commonwealth and Chapman Collision Company sought to negotiate work that ultimately must be completed, withheld it and now it appears that Chapman Collision center is indicating that it is not safe to be on the road hence, why it has been sitting in a wash bay. After speaking with Mr. Drate, who appeared to be confused and unaware of what was going on and who acknowledged that he did not actually inspect Clients vehicle, we are concerned about the safety of his vehicle. I will file a formal complaint with BBB as well as BMW and have the car fully inspected by an independent entity. After several attempts to reach Daniel the manager at Chapman Collision, it seems the the two individuals we have spoken with aren't confident in the actual work that their shop performed. Client has no vehicle, no indication when he will receive his vehicle and as this letter is drafted is being told that his vehicle is not safe from the very individuals who were hired to fix the vehicle.
