She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. Sometimes when you're in business, things don't always go as planned and as a customer, how a…read morebusiness responds when things don't go as planned can sometimes be more valuable than if things went perfectly but the business wasn't professional or courteous. I brought my 2026 Tesla Model 3 here for some tint and things did not go as planned but Josh was super friendly and did everything he could to make the situation right. Below I describe my experience, which involves fully tinting every piece of glass on my Tesla, which is the most difficult vehicle model to tint. I wouldn't pass on Copperstate Motor Club solely based on the below review. The first go-around with the tint didn't turn out as expected. I had opted to tint my Tesla's six side windows, back window, sunroof, and windshield in the MaxPro MaxIR, which is their top of the line film. I wanted maximum heat and UV protection from the harsh Arizona sun, even though I was having the tint done in January. Josh was super friendly and communicative during the process and my tint job took all day. When I went to pick up the car there was a good amount of soap running down the sides of the car but Josh had free QR codes for the car wash near his shop. Even though the QR code didn't work for me, I was able to spray. the car down with some spot free rinse water to get the soap off. Fast forward to a few days later and I noticed some large bubbles on the driver side door and windshield not going away and then I noticed in other areas around the car, there were some dust particles and hair trapped in between the tint and the glass. I also noticed some hardcore streaking on one of the windows and some tint on the sunroof that didn't look like it was cut correctly as the tint didn't cover the sunroof fully. Josh re-tinted my side windows, which look good. He attempted to redo the windshield but when he put the film up, there was a nick in it so it was removed. He also wasn't able to redo the sunroof or the back glass, stating that he couldn't do any better than what was on there already. He was kind enough to issue me a full refund and also give me some additional car wash codes, and money toward my Uber ride. I thought that was VERY kind and excellent customer service. I appreciated his strong business acumen. He attempted to make the situation right and I really really appreciate that. I had since taken my car to Gilbert Tint Works for them to redo the windshield, the sunroof, and the back glass, which look good so far...the car is still curing so I'll know in a couple of days. One thing that Gilbert Tint Works pointed out was that the film that Copperstate Motor Club put on the sunroof had a weird blue hue to it. I also noticed that the windshield film, when it was on there, had a blue hue as well. We suspect that perhaps too much soapy solution was used. Copperstate Motor Club is a newer company and it appears they're still ironing out some kinks. Hopefully in the future they'll be great because the owner, Josh, definitely has the right business mindset.

I would highly recommend that even if your insurance company uses this place for repairs on your vehicle, that you find another place to go. All the ways in which these people are shady: 1. When I brought my car in for a bumper replacement from a minor accident, they asked if there was anything else I needed taken car of. I alerted them to a VERY SMALL chip in my windshield and asked if they could take care of it. I was told by Bryson Cherry that they could definitely get my windshield replaced for me. Red flag. That chip could have been filled very easily at no expense to me. I am not an idiot, I did not need an entire new windshield. So I quietly decided to myself that I would get it fixed elsewhere. Shady 2. In a week, I received 4 calls about whether or not I called my insurance company to get approval for my windshield replacement. But no calls about updates on the progress of my car. Shady 3. When I went to pick up my car, my rep Bryson Cherry drove me my car with a newly cracked windshield and did not even acknowledge it. Like he did not know and did not see. Just gave me my car and was like, "here you go" without saying anything about the crack. The chip looked bigger as well. Shady 4. When I went back to discuss the crack they tried to tell me that this tiny chip I had in my windshield probably broke when they went over some bumps in the parking lot. HAHAHAHA!!! I had that chip for over a year and it never even showed the tiniest hint of cracking or spreading. I am pretty sure I have driven over bumps boys. But thanks. Then, the manager Alex tried to mansplain to me about temperature changes and condensation causing chips to spread. Like, no duh bro, that is why I wanted to get it filled in but you wanted to give me a whole new windshield that I was probably going to have to pay for. When I said that I was told that you get them filled to prevent it from cracking. Like, yes, I know that. HELLO! THEN, after that, they tried to gaslight me and tell me it was my fault because they tried to help me out and get it replaced. If I had just replaced it like they told me it would not have cracked. Shady Bottom line, it was not cracked when I took it in, and it was cracked when I got it back. They told me that it was going to happen anyway because all chips crack, every time, no matter what. So even if it happened while they had my car in their possession, it isn't their responsibility to do the right thing and just fix it. They tried to tell my insurance company they didn't know (like Bryson did not see it when he drove it up to me) and that I drove it off property and it could have happened then so they are not responsible. I think they are shady, dishonest liars and they are probably running some kind of scam when they can to bring in more money or make some kind of extra profit. Maybe there is an incentive with the glass repair company. I don't know but I would not be surprised if they pushed on it to cause the crack themselves so it was a sure thing to get the glass replaced instead of filled. They probably thought it was a sure thing that I would get it replace with them then got mad when I did not follow through with the replacement. Zero integrity. The only good thing about this place are the women at the front desk. read more

My car was rear-ended and this company was suggested by the other guy's insurance. I worried at first that I would get poor quality repairs, but upon stepping into the business it's obvious that this company takes pride in their work (despite the lack of parking for patrons--all the parking spots are reserved for specific companies, but I digress). Kamber took care of us, and she was excellent to work with. She answered all of our questions and walked us through the process of repairs for our car. To my surprise, I started receiving text alerts the next day as to the progress of my car repair, so there was never a time when I wasn't informed about what was going on with it or where it was in the repair process. The repair ended up taking about 10 days when it was estimated taking about 16, which was a pleasant surprise. I may have squealed a little when Kamber contacted me. The end result was fantastic. The car looked better than it did before the collision, and they managed to sort out some kinks that we had been trying to figure out since buying the car. We're so pleased with the results that we intend to go back and have them paint the rest of the car. They really are the best out there and I would go back in a heartbeat without any question. So I had a little fender bender awhile back and wanted to make sure my vehicle was taken care of with the highest of standards. I heard great things about Chapman Collision in Tempe through some coworkers so decided to give them a call. From the minute I walked in, I was treated with friendly, professional, and exceptional service. Their front office staff was great! Kamber was continuously keeping me up to date with everything, and made the process with my insurance company and overall transaction with Chapman smooth like buttaaaah lol. Also, make sure to ask for Clint as your body tech guy when you bring your vehicle in. The front end of my vehicle looks as if it just came off the showroom floor when I bought it! Was incredibly impressed! Not to mention he was super quick. Had dropped it off on a Wednesday and had it back 4 days later! To top it off, Charlie the shop manager, even went out of his way to deliver my vehicle to my home once it was complete. Washed and detailed inside and out. Backstory: my car is old but much loved, so I'm picky about how it looks. I didn't have extensive damages but deep scratches and paint off due to "parking lot" incidents. My insurance company recommended this place so I thought it was worth a try. I arrived without an appointment but got right in. Charlie the manager did the initial inspection; he was great about explaining what needed to be done and why. I felt the quote was more than fair. When I dropped the car off, I had some bad news: the back bumper was cracked, more damage than we thought. Charlie rolled with that punch, finding me a new bumper for $50! This was an opportunity to really jack up the price (as my heart was set on getting it fixed) but they didn't. Very relieved. The best news is when I got the car: it looked perfect!! You can't even tell work was done. The paint matched beautifully, a surprise given the age of the car. Charlie also offered that I bring it back immediately if I find any problems later (such as rapid paint fading.) Service after the sale; much appreciated. Highly recommend. High quality work. After getting rear ended and having both of my bumpers damaged, my 2015 Ford F-150 was looking rough. The Chapman team did an amazing job repairing my truck and made it look like I just drove it off the lot again. Kamber Grace did and excellent job at communicating with me and handling all of the stuff I did not want to deal with. She had made the process swift and made sure I was in my rental until my vehicle was done. Kamber and the staff at Chapman Collusion are incredible! The muffler on my car fell off and when it did it tore up the back body of my vehicle. I was stressed out and Kamber made the situation a lot less stressful. She got me a preliminary estimate quick. She stayed in touch with me and updated me often. My car was fixed and back in my possession in a little over a week. Her team did an excellent job. The back of my car looks brand new, the car runs great, and they even did some minor touch ups to other parts of my car just to make it look a little nicer. We were hit while parked with the engine off in a bank lot. A driver backed her car into our passenger side crossing adjacent spaces. We only saw her at the last second - one of those "who would of thunk it" moments. The hit was hard enough to total the front passenger door, dent the frame, and throw the back passenger door out of alignment. Kamber Grace of Chapman Collision coordinated everything with the other owner's insurer and made sure we received a comparable rental car for the duration. The car was finished before the proposed date and the work was fantastic. (Our one year old car was still in great condition and now it looks mint.) The work they did was good even though I had to go back in for the reset of the computer systems. The issue was they ran the approval for my rental car to be paid by the insurance of the person who hit me. They estimated I would need a car from their onsite Enterprise car rental location until August 28, 2019. My car was not done until September 6, 2019 resulting in a difference of $257. Chapman and Enterprise stiffed me with this bill as neither would take responsibility. So, be very careful should you have to rent a car through them. Enterprise put the charge through without my authorization after I told them give me a day to call Chapman who never called me back as it was. I will never use either of these organizations again. read more

I got into a car accident about 3 weeks ago and after talking with several different collision centers and my insurance, I was able to get my car into Chapman. It only took a couple days after my accident to get my car towed to them, which was amazing, as all other collision centers were not taking tow ins for weeks. With the help of Princeton Steele, my car was moved through the shop quickly. Princeton was very helpful when it came to letting me know the status and updates on my car. He was also very pleasant and professional in conversations, as were the rest of the staff. Worst place ever and they scam insurances companies. I got hit by someone and there insurance was paying for my vehicle to get fixed. The insurance company told me to take it to them for a quote and while it's there I get a rental. Well these money hungry mother fuckers took my car and starting fixing it and told me they don't do quotes only. When I told them I wanted my vehicle they said it was already taken apart just to get the fix. Had my BMW painted a few times by Chapman Collision. The work initially looked great each time, but then the paint/clear coat didn't consistently hold up over the years in a few areas. They would repaint/refinish under the warranty. However, it seemed like prior management was hesitant in doing a complete job when repainting the degraded areas. Under the new management, Charlie Abbinanti took care of the problem by including the areas that needed refinishing - regardless of whether the warranty covered it or not. He even included a hand wash and wax. Charlie exceeded expectations and the car looks great! Thank you! read more

I have to say I worked with Kevin and joe and they are amazing from start to finish when I dropped my car off to Kevin he made sure I was fully awear of the process and he kept me informed through the process he sent me updates so I was in the loop about my car. When I picked up my car joe greeted me and explained all the work that was done from start to finish and let me know it was all covered by warranty and shared a Lil more knowledge that I didn't even know.these guys were amazing thank you both if I ever need some more work I will be back. If I could give 0 stars I would. They said my car would be finished in a week, which then became two weeks, then three weeks, then even longer, AND all the while no one called me to even let me know. I had to contact them over and over. Then when it was finally finished, I went to get gas and my gas tank door would not open (and I was out of gas! To top it off, they said they'd take care of the cost of the extra car rental fee, and of course they lied, never covering that cost. Extremely disappointed. NEVER TAKE YOUR CARE HERE!!!! They will LIE to get your business and customer service is nonexistent! read more

Superior service! I can't even begin to say how pleased I am with the overall service and the professionalism at Chapman Collision Center. Kamber Grace was a superstar and kept me up to date daily of the progress and even was able to expedite my SUV to be completed earlier than expected. The great team effort at Chapman Collision Center should be well commended for the top notch service and the attention to detail. The team at Chapman Collision Tempe is communicative, efficient, friendly, and made getting the repairs my car needed relatively painless for me. I was given a perfectly reasonable estimate for when the repairs would be completed and my expectations were blown away when I was called a week early to come and pick up my car. My consultant, Kamber, was extremely friendly and easy to work with and made sure to call me every day with updates. I am extremely impressed with this location and will be returning for any future repairs I need! read more

She also promised to call the next day with an updated timeline -- but I never heard back. When I called days later, I was told they hadn't even started work on my car and were waiting for Progressive to come out the following week for another estimate. I was shocked since they had my car for several days already and gave me a false completion date. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they couldn't do anything about the rental cost and suggested I just pick up my car. There was no apology or accountability for the misleading information. Because of this experience, I won't be getting my repairs done here and wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who values honesty or communication.

I'm extremely unhappy with my experience at the Tesla Collision Center in Tempe. I expected better…read moreservice, especially since I was dealing directly with Tesla. I own a 2023 Tesla Model Y, and after the repairs were completed, I noticed several damages to the car. I immediately reported them to the advisor (Jason Kendall), who scheduled another service appointment to review the damages. When I returned, I showed Jason the damages and it wasn't just the damages that were a problem--when they replaced the lift gate, it seemed they didn't use any protection on their feet, leaving footprints all over the trunk. On top of that, they didn't even bother to clean the inside, leaving debris all over the trunk and rear seats ( as showed on pictures), also I had a warning on the screen telling me the cameras needed a software update and to schedule a service appointment. Since they replace the rear camera I figure that was the issue. Jason was unhelpful and refused to perform a camera software update (even though they replaced the rear backup camera), telling me I had to schedule another appointment with Tesla Service for that. His lack of professionalism and how the situation was being handled left me extremely mad and frustrated. After some back and forth, the manager got involved and manager was able to do the update the car's camera software, fix the loose lift gate, and replace a damaged rear door trim. However, they refused to fix the damage on the front hood, claiming it was already there. When I asked for proof, they showed me a picture of the hood with a piece of tape, which they said that they marked potential pre-existing damages with tape. Even when zooming in on the photo, I couldn't see any damage on the picture that they showed me. When I asked if they took a closer picture, they said no, because that's not their process. I pointed out that the picture didn't show any visible damage, but Jason didn't respond. By this point, I was exhausted and fed up with the lack of care and accountability. It was clear to me that they didn't care about my concerns or my car. I'm furious with how they handled the situation, from not providing proof of the supposed pre-existing damage to the careless, the messy way they returned my car without even cleaning the repaired areas. I will never return to this location, as they don't treat customers or their cars with the respect they deserve.

After a brief phone conversation with Al on the phone describing a clunking sound in the front steering assembly of my 57 Chevy Belair I decided to take the car to him to see if he could identify the problem. I had taken the car to 2 other well known repair facilities in the valley before but both shops had very different opinions as to what the problem was and they both recommended extensive, costly repairs. One of the shops was convinced that my car's frame was compromised and needed to be repaired and reinforced. This diagnosis is what prompted me to contact Al and schedule an appointment for him to check out the integrity of the frame. I arrived at Al's Unibody and Frame at 10:30 in the morning and within 15 minutes not only did Al pinpoint the real problem of the "clunking" in the steering, he had it completely fixed in that time too! To top it off, he didn't even charge me!!! Who does that??? Ok so I'm very fortunate that the problem turned out to be something very simple (mounting bolts for the steering box had stretched) but after being told by other automotive specialists that I was going to be spending mega dollars to get the problem resolved, I was prepared to write the big check to get that annoying clunk fixed. Turned out that was not necessary thanks to Al's honesty and and his amazing knowledge of automotive suspension dynamics. Al is is incredible and I will tell EVERYONE I know about Al's Unibody and Frame. Thanks again Al, you're the best!!!

He told me he was not cheap, I told him I didn't want cheap just didn't want to be ripped off as I wasn't going through insurance. He told me I would need to bring it in, I described to him in detail the work I was looking to get done and asked if he could give me a very rough price over the phone so that I wouldn't waste his time if he was really expensive. He told me "Let me check my crystal ball, oh wait I don't have one", then hung up on me. Called the auto body shop who recommended him and explained in detail what happened and they agreed that it was extremely disrespectful. Hopefully they stop recommending this clown

I needed a place for a prior to purchase used car inspection. I also needed it right away because I was looking at a car and the place that was supposed to inspect the car was not available. V's said they had the time and got the car. They were done in about 30 mins. They told me that all the brakes needed to be replaced, several parts of the AC system needed repairs and one of the engine blocks also needed to be changed. The cost was about $45 - 50 for the inspection which is lower than other places where I have had this done. Unfortunately for me, I have been to many places for used car inspections. But when I was leaving he said, "if you buy the car, you have to get the front brakes replaced soon. Do not mess around." That was very good service in my opinion. We ended up not getting the car but they seem very trustworthy at this place.
